Love LOVE this place! Well, maybe it's just me. Love the smell of grains, sights of work clothes and sometimes..sounds of baby chicks. People are very helpful and friendly. Always bright and clean. They have everything farm related and more.

Really great prices even without a sale... But I always find AWESOME deals on all kinds of things from rubber boots, to clothes, to tools, to gardening items! Love going when I have time to really take a look through most of the store... Always find a hidden gem that I just don't want to leave without!

The app says that you have all purpose sand. We walked in, the first employee has no idea of what we're talking about but is sure they don't have it. Really? The very rude cashier says we don't have it. We showed her the app saying it's in stock. Then she looks it up and finds there's a lot of them. Obviously showing us where it was must have been an inconvenience. I had to dig through bag after bag because they're all torn in the corners, left in the rain and ruined. We finally got 2 bags and she was going to charge us $5.99ea when the tag clearly stated $3.99.We have NEVER had such lousy service and rudeness in this store and we do come often. This level of product ignorance and rudeness is unacceptable.

I was in the store recently and Brie was so very helpful. She not only recommended great products, but also her customer service skills were exceptional. She greeted me with a smile and was very attentive when i explained what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to Tractor Supply and I will recommend and highly suggest this location to others Tractor Supply is lucky to have such a wonderfully nice young lady attending to customer needs. I went to this store to get Black Diamond 50 Ib. Fine Blasting Abrasives SKU: 390779899. The TSC APP says 32 In Stock @ Bartow FL #1728 but they do not have them in the shelves, when asking for the fine size 12/40 or 20/40 they come from the back saying they only have 30/60 yet the app keeps saying 32 in stock for the fine grits.

Joreni was very attentive and helpful. Went into the bartow location about a week or so ago and she was very helpful with a couple chainsaw chains I needed to replace. Went above and beyond. One of the best employees I came across in a while.

Best TSC ever! The employees at the Bartow location go above and beyond to help their customers. For some reason out of their control my online order was transferred to the Haines City location. The girls working at the Bartow location on (2/7/2023) made sure my delivery got to the barn. They are amazing and this store will always be my go to!!

I love to shop in this store every chance I get. The staff is friendly and helpful and someone always greets every customer when they walk in the door. This store carries everything from high quality pet food to unique housewares. And of course everything for your lawn, garden and farm equipment. Everyone should stop in. You will be glad you did!

Can’t post what I’m looking for as I’ve not bough it yet. However, with medium size dogs.. First, I’m a bit picky about dog food and dog foid brands sticking on a very limited retirement budget. I’m able to buy quality for two dogs with vastly different diet needs. I found 4Health for a very active puppy (8week old to one year) and one older dog, now fat as he stayed about 6 months with friends when we moved. I tried 10-12 weight loss quality dog foods and the only ones he loves are two weight management 4Health kibbles. There are many quality pet items here that don’t kill your wallet. I buy quite a few other items reasonably priced. We also purchased an assortment of pet chickens for our son-in-law. He loves various breeds based on plumage and eggs shell coloration that don’t need to be dyed at Easter.Thank you TS. We also get our dogs shots, and occasionally filling my gardening needs.

Staff was very helpful to help me search for tools I needed. Alot if what I wanted was online order for there. I wish they wouldn't have people and kids always selling stuff outside the door. Or some donation thing. Always found them annoying to be honest.

Very courteous staff and helpful when needed. You can also get your pets vaccinations and other things done here from the pet clinic in the back who are also great to deal with. Check for the days they do this prior. Found my shopping needs met here for my dogs and animals are welcome inside. Good atmosphere to be in

Called to ask if they had something in stock, was on hold for five minutes by the manager on duty, finally a female came to the phone and helped me.We arrived at the store to find four employees, one very pleasant and friendly cashier, one who could have cared less. Neither were helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The friendly one directed me to the wrong place. Then I saw the other two employees, the manager on duty who had put me on hold. The other employee went and obtained the item I needed but neither were friendly and the MOD didn't even apologize. I drove from another city to get this. To say the least, I was angry at this point.

Always has nice selection, store is clean , staff is courteous and helpful. Don't like seeing nice riding mowers sit in the rain like that. Need a better storage, these are expensive.

Products are good, BUT the rats freak me out every time I'm in there. They jump out from the dog food bags when you're walking down the aisles and jump back in and run down across all the bags and jump out again. It's kinda comical, but at the same time a kid could get jumped and bit. They need to use their products on these foot long rats.

Don't order anything for store pickup, they do not ID the person picking up the online order and they literally gave some dewormer I bought for my dog to some random person who said it was theirs and also I bought my puppies first parvo shot from there and when the kid brought it out to me he didn't ID me he didn't say anything he just gave it to me and went about his business and it clearly says it's policy for them to ID for online pickups I'm furious

Great place to come and shop, the only thing I have to say is that a few times I've been there I have seen rats and there have been products on the floor. Otherwise the staff are great and love the deals they always have. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Hard to find good work gloves that fit my small hands. T.S. had a variety to choose from. I got 2 pair and will be back for other stuff as I need it. Great customer service too. 😀

Always a struggle to get my horse feed. Someone comes in and buys in large quantity. I only buy two bags every two weeks and they never have it.

This is where we go for our homestead supplies. It has been hard getting chicken feed when we need it. They are always out. Seems not enough is ordered for the demand in the area. No idea who the manager is, never see them. They don't carry duck food. Workers recommend chicken feed which is not for ducks. Ducks need different feed as they need more niacin in their food. Would be great to get all we needed at one place. If you sell ducks you should sell duck feed and employee's need to be educated on the needs of the animals you sell.

I dred going to the Bartow location, only because they are apparently unstaffed and have been for a long time. Everyone is always "in the back unloading"? The only person on floor is one over worked cashier. You can't ask a question because nobody is around. I've given up going here.

Friendly staff, but overworked and underpaid.Came in for the 20% off boots sale (I see why they were discounted). It appeared as though they hadn't restocked the boots in years. very poor selection (styles and sizes), every pair I tried on had scuffs on the boots like someone returned them after wearing them for a few days. I know I'm being picky for work boots, but no one wants to drop $100 for boots someone already scuffed up. I ended up "settling" for a pair of Schmidt's (I never heard of them). The price was right ($70 after the discount), but I had to dig them out of the overhead myself - the spiders were very unhappy and the cobwebs nearly choked me out to find my size!
