Folks are very nice and helpful. The produce, baked goods, and meats are fresh and displayed well. Lots of BOGOs. Walking space for carts is generous & the store is clean and well lit. I truly appreciate that there is someone who can help me to my car & unloads my basket. recently when unloading my cart at checkout, the bagger offered to do that for me! It reminded me of times gone by. I have been shopping at Publix since I was in the child's seat with my Mama pushing the cart.

Literally the worst Publix I've visited. Could not care less about their customers, wildly overpriced and consistently rotten fruit and vegetables. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Highland City!

I shop here a lot and always have an excellent experience, everytime. The employees are always professional and kind and the products are easily found. I've never had an issue with anything I've ever purchased here nor have I ever had an unpleasant shopping experience. I did want to mention an exceptional employee this last visit I made. Nate S. was an extremely well mannered young man and went above and beyond for me at the self checkout . He offered help while I was bagging and even watched my cart for me , after realizing I forgot to grab something from the freezer section. I've had an extremely difficult day today and his genuine kindness truly meant the world to me. He helped me see that even through the hard times we can still share a smile with someone. I wish him the best and wanted to say thanks so much for being yourself ☺️ God bless you Nate and keep up the awesome work. If I have any advice for you, it would be to never let anyone change your heart, remain kind, and remain authentic. I'm truly grateful for people like you because you make all the difference in the world. Thanks again.

The store is always clean. The staff are helpful in finding items, check out, and getting groceries in the car. The riding carts are almost always available AND charged (unlike "The Mart"). This is just one of the many reasons we shop there. Their deli bread is always delicious and fresh as are their cakes.

Publix was truly a refreshing change. I have been shopping at Walmart for many years and have run out of patience and grace with that store. I am planning on making Publix my permanent grocery store.

I came in and ordered a cake on 03/28 to be ready for pick up on 03/30 in the afternoon for a birthday party for the following day. I showed them the picture of what I wanted from the Publix website. When I arrived to pick up the cake it was the completely wrong cake. I ordered the cake in the picture below from there website that should feed 15-20 as stated on the website and what was brought out was a smaller round cake that would barely feed 5-8 people. The cake that was brought out also wasn’t even finished because it didn’t have the writing on it either. When I told them it was the wrong cake and showed them my receipt and once again the picture of what was actually ordered I was told that they could have the correct cake ready in a few hours. When I came back to pick up the cake I made the mistake of just glancing at it to make sure it was correct because I was in a rush and should have opened it to make sure it was correct and while it was the correct cake when I got home and opened it I noticed that the back side was falling down and the fruit on the front was falling as well. While every one I spoke with was very nice and professional to talk to the quality of the cake was subpar. I also realized when I checked the receipt that my phone number was written down incorrectly by the person who took my original order.

I shop there all the time. There meat is cut fresh daily there fruit cut and you can by it already prepared. Love Publix grocery and bakery deli and meat department they have a large variety of frozen foods fresh foods seafood fresh section anything you want to eat you can get it there love it

I went in to get a cake that was for my wife's birthday the cake was made and on time. The only thing is one of the decorators who was handing me the cake didn't know what all was with it because it was a cake and cupcakes. Great atmosphere it was nice

While I understand it was the end of the day and may have been busy.....I feel this is completely unacceptable and disgusting. You're literally putting people at risk. Food safety should be a number 1 priority. Cross contamination everywhere. Do better. No stars.

This month one of the managers at this store did some good old fashioned customer service to correct a mistake of the store. He went above and beyond his normal routine job to do this. I'm stressed shopping out because I'm handicapped, but I don't give that appearance, autoimmune, heart disease and chronic upper resp. Mostly genetic problems , I require a special diet for continued good health. I read everything on labels, then walk around thinking about the most recent nutrition research I've read to decide if I should alter my diet. Unless I'm rocking $40 worth of B&M store coupons or discounts, this is easier done at home.This isn't a perfect five star review. Many of the Publix prices are higher than other grocery stores, except with a BOGO sale.Publix has a decent offering of organic products but I'm not finding organic coffee. Ordering organic products they have online is sometimes a problem. If those products are on sale they sell out quickly. I like the quality of the Greenwise product line but value sizes are hard to find. For some reason Greenwise Pollack can't be ordered online.Diet has changed my life from crippling to manageable, I remain fierce about it and appreciate the choices at Publix.

At 1 time, Publix was known for customer service, which was probably the driver behind their very, very high prices.I went in and got a sandwich from the deli a chicken tender sub. It was $10.50. There was no love put into making the sandwich. The deli clerks were basically filling a hole.They were not communicative.They were not friendly.It felt more like an imposition on their Part. They even used the store brand ranch dressing, couldn't even spring for a national brand of ranch dressing. They used the cheap publix brand. So I won't be back for a $10.50.Sandwich served with a cold glare. The sandwich was not even good. It was mediocre, so if you're looking for a mediocre expensive sandwich, it's at Publix. Absolutely Absolutely the most expensive grocery store known to man ! Jar of peanut butter $9.70!!!

You would think around lunch time they would have breaded wings and chicken tenders not here this is the 5th time I’ve came up here for food on lunch and they ain’t got anything set or ready to go. Employees act clueless when you ask them questions. Management ignores you when you walk by and explain your situation. Smh I thought Publix was all about customer service

I came into the store to get a chicken tender sandwich.I started shopping around. Got a few things. Went to the deli. Ask if they had the sweet and spicy saracha sauce to make a chicken tender sandwich. They said they didn't have any chicken tenders, and it would be about 20 minutes. So I continued shopping and came back to find out that no one in the deli dropped chicken tenders, and it was gonna be another 45 minutes for them. There were other customers trying to get chicken tenders also and were upset about it and left. So I thought under the circumstances, I asked if they could use the popcorn chicken to make my sandwich, and the answer I got was no, we can't do that. You would think under the circumstance by making a customer wait over an hour for chicken tenders that the manager would be lenient and would compensate because they dropped the ball on the chicken tenders but that just shows how much they care about RULES versus CUSTOMERS. They already took away the grill that made great philly sandwiches, and I believe they took away the honey butter press. If it wasn't for the fact for the chicken tenders and the boars head meat, you would be no better than SUBWAY

I occasionally use this a Publix for lunch when I am working in town. The sandwiches are always made well. I appreciate the self checkout when I only have a few lunch items. I can get in and out of here very fast with something yummy to eat, especially if I order a sandwich ahead of time on the app.

The publix deli must not be training well. Its been multiple times my sandwich was made incorrectly and the sandwhich is very sloppy. Please do better

The bakery order was not ready at the time alloted. They did handle everything professionally and put together the order in about 10 minutes. Except for the deli this seems to happen a lot.

The SLOWEST publix deli I've ever experienced, and it's consistently slow. That could be fine if the workers were nice but the deli workers are all rude or geriatric. Your slow employees aren't my problem get more or better employees.

Ordered ahead went to pick up said order not ready........... 20 min after said time still no order.. complained and then only got 2 of 3 said order because they were out Of flat bread. So my half hour lunch turned into a 50 min lunch and I didn't even get to EAT!!! UNEXCEPTIONABLE PUBLIX!!!!!
