Our first time going to Passion’s. Loved how they treated Heidi. Very very friendly. Only one thing that I would like to address is nail clipping. I spent $40 and then got home and had to file her nails because they were so sharp. I wish I could find someone who files them done a bit after clipping. But they were great. We will go back

This place was an awesome find! I have an elderly girl Bella, she is so sweet but refuses to allow me to trim her nails… It’s very upsetting for both of us! I brought her in, we did not have an appointment but they took her right away her nails got trimmed in record time and she did not put up a fuss! Her nails are perfectly trimmed and We are both very pleased! We even made another appointment where she is going to get the works! Thank you thank you thank you.

Tracy groomed my older Shih Tzu who was blind and deaf. He had become difficult to groom. She was kind and very patient with him. Having him groomed had become stressful for him as well as for me. Tracy, Crystal and Jacob are so understanding. A great place to take your fur-kid!

I am a new customer and I love how everything is out in the open! The place is very clean and dogs are treated very well, even while grooming - not all groomers treat dogs well!! Bichons are extremely difficult to cut correctly and it was NAILED to perfection. BEST CUT EVER! Wonderful place!!!

Best pet grooming parlor ever! We have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. Crystal groomed our first Westie Mackenzie(RIP) and now she & Jacob take care of our second Westie Braxton. He always looks wonderful and cuddly after his haircut. They do an excellent job and are so caring and accommodating.

I thought they did a great job at first however i saw that they actually cut my dogs eye. I wont be going back. Even if the dog was “extremely mated” thats no reason to cut her. I understand accidents can happen but it was never mentioned. I noticed it the day after.

Super nice and so great with my puppy. I walked in asking for a nail trim for my puppy and although they were swamped, I was able to get a trim. They also let me go ahead and book an appointment for a cleanup for next month. Everyone was so kind and so good with the dogs that were getting groomed.

Passion Fur Pets is wonderful. I recommend them to everyone. They are patient, kind, loving, and do an incredible job. I was nervous about leaving my furbaby at first, so I went and checked them out before even bringing my baby in. I first want to start off by saying Crystal did an amazing job on my dogs fur! I just recently adopted a dog who's fur what a mess. I tried everyday to get the knots out,but I just couldn't get them. My next door neighbor was telling me about Passions Fur Pets and how they did a good on her dogs hair. I thought,why not give it a shot? An appointment was made and I took him, the young man at the front desk named Jacob was very kind and friendly. Told me what they are going to do,how much it was cost, and how long it would be. I was a little scared leaving my dog there because he suffers from extreme separation anxiety. After getting my dog settled in I left feeling like he was going to look great. Three hours later, I get a call from Jacob saying my baby is ready to be picked, and how much it was going to be. I go to pick my dog up thinking he's had a nervous break down being without me. When I get there, and saw the amazing job Crystal had done I was so happy and impressed. My "mop" of a dog, looked adorable and happy! They said he was such a good boy and didn't give them a minutes trouble relieved me. Crystal must of cured him of his anxiety because he's independent and happy. I will come back and go there knowing my dog is safe and happy. Whew,sorry for the really long review. :-)

Great people! Easy to make an appointment for a day and time and you don’t have to wait a month. Reasonable priced and they don’t take all day. We take both our dogs pretty regularly.

I picked up my beagle after the first time coming here. I was told she would have a bath, including her ears cleaned, and have her nails done with a dremmel. Her ears were never touched! And a 2 year old could've done a better job with a pair of children's scissors! Never again!

This place was new in town and close to where I live so I thought I'd give it a try. Bad decision!! Very bad. I was extremely disappointed with how my pet was treated and handled by the staff. I will never go back, and if you love your pet and want them to be treated like family, with love and care, and to feel like they are in good hands while being groomed, this is NOT the place for you.

Every one was friendly enough, but made excuses why they would not finish the job. After getting my dog home we found a big sore (appears to be a cut) on the side of his leg. Not happy at all with that. Now it's going to be a trip to my. vet to verify what they claimed was the reason for not finishing the job.I WILL NOT GO BACK!
