I will not set foot in the bartow location ever again.... update after several calls and some time waiting, this issue was resolved, and I appreciate the time that was taken to look into this matter and make it right

As a general rule - Lowes stores are clean, well stocked and the employees helpful. That was true here also. Unfortunately, the corporate business model does not include having cashiers to handle sales. Everyone is being funneled into the self-checkout lane. Often times - self checkout is sufficient. Just seems that customer service was much better when you had a cashier to thank you for your business.

Stefanie & Eva with the pro desk are amazing. Above and beyond. My husband is a contractor and we have dealt with every major competitor and finally found our go to crew here! So extremely happy with this location. Have earned our business over Home Depot and even other Lowe’s local locations!

There's always a cashier open I hate ringing up my own stuff. So scared I am gonna screw it up. Everything is more expensive every time I go but that's everywhere. Thanks left! Everything causes 5 other things so if it feels good think twice! Is it good for us? If not then no!

I am a 70 year old woman that purchased all of my supplies for a house remodel and monthly purchased plants, fertilizer, etc. I had a delivery scheduled for my home today, almost $400.00, 75 bags of mulch, 10 huge bags of potting soil, fertilizer and some new pots. The only thing that didn't arrive was a $50.00 piece of large pressure treated lumber. The driver called immediately and spoke to Tim. I told him that I needed it before 11am the next day as I would not be home after this time. I have an electric gate that I need to open prior to anyone entering my property. This was Tim's mistake as he checked off that it was on the original delivery truck. I just received notification that my lumber will be here after 1pm! I've been on hold for over 40 minutes!

Went to the Bartow location to buy paint. Not usually my thing. Kody was very helpful in explaining the different types as far as washability, durability, etc. It made my selection much easier. His great service was so appreciated!

Everyone was friendly and curious. The store was clean. The shelves were nicely stocked or in the process of being stocked. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend this store to friends.

Don't ever order lumber from this store online. If I didn't know any better, I'd think they saved all the rejected, returned, and disfigured lumber just for my online order. Almost every single piece of lumber I got was very poorly manufactured. Full of knots and defects, and some was covered in mildew/mold, and it's supposed to be inside my home. To make it worse, my sanded high dollar cabinet grade plywood had countersunk screw holes in it already, CLEARLY used and returned, but they loaded it in with my order anyways. Of course I didn't notice all this until I got home and got started on my project. Moral of the story is, if you want good cuts of wood, go in and get it yourself, because they clearly don't care about the quality of the product they're giving you. Covid or no covid, if you want something done right, go in and do it yourself.As a side note, all of my in store experiences here have always been great, but I will certainly never trust them to fulfill an online lumber order again.

By far the worst visit I have had at this store. I special ordered a window, which took 3 months to get in and when it came in it was broke. Never got a phone call of the situation, they just ordered another one. Didn’t find out until I went up there trying to pick up my window. I called and talk to the store manager and she said they would give me some money back for the trouble and headache. $20.85 was what we got back for there mess up and my frustration. We go there today and the manager Jessica on duty was just down right rude with her attitude. When we asked for the store manager’s name she didn’t give it to us just said she will be in tomorrow with attitude. It’s people like this who make an entire company look bad. And the sad part is when you call and complain about them because they represent your store, nothing is ever done.

It took days to get a simple over the range microwave.We ordered one for pickup in Lakeland only to find out, despite what the website said, they had none in stock. So we called the store in Bartow and asked if they had it in stock. They looked it up and said yes, so we paid for it online for pickup. Arrived to find they did not have it in stock after an hour of searching. They could not return our money immediately so we could afford a different one, even though the Lakeland store was able to return our money immediately. After a several days waiting on our refund we went back only because they had another microwave that would work for us and they offered a measly 10% off for our troubles. It was better than nothing. But we will never shop there again. We hadn't been there in over a decade because of our last experience. Thought they might have gotten better.... Nope!!

The staff seemed a bit preoccupied and took quite a while to get a response or the assistance needed. The quality of some products seemed to be substandard and not quite the quality I had expected. As far as the pricing seems to be reasonable compared to other retailers. All in all I will continue to do business with you now and in the future.

Numerous times...not enough cashier help..today not enough help at paint desk...30 mins for a paint sample...Only 1 worker at paint desk...SMH. I spend over $50.000 a year here at Lowes. Slow wait times to check out ..many times not enough cashiers... Money is time for me but apparently they make enough here...
