Bad customer service there is one who always has an attitude. She told one of the employees that the store was nasty and continued to curse.You can’t even ask them questions without them being agitated.Some of the people are nice and always greet you but this one seemsTo not like her job.

I gave this store a three star because of the night management. I was a worker there and the manager Nelley stayed on her phone the entire shift. When there was a situation I couldn't ever really find her. The store manager was barely ever there. The manager Lucan was the only one to help. Trey is a hard worker as well. Andre wouldn't ever listen had ear buds in his ears. Outside of that people threatened them with a gun and a knife. Threatened to blow up the store. Customers was rude and out of control. They don't pay enough to put up with all of this. Not to mention it's in a bad neighborhood.

Stopped at this store during a trip. Good thing about these store most set up the same so easy to find what you are wanting to purchase. This store was better stocked didn't have the isles full of boxes that need emptied so you could get down the isles with your cart.

At the store there are 3 people outside of store that is supposed to open at 8. The gentleman ask person is rhe store open. She ignores him. He gets agitated and ask again. She then shoots a bird by sticking up her middle finger.

The Family Dollar closest to our home was closed. This is our first visit to his location. Larger greeting card selection here which we love. Store appeared very neat.

I was in there on Saturday I believe it was the 14th of April there was a pretty long line there was a lady at the front register buying some clothes like always to takes a while to check out the clothes there was a lady stockings cigarettes behind the counter I asked her after waiting for about 5 minutes if they could open another register she said no I'm fixing to leave I said me to put my laundry detergent down and walked out the girl had a bad attitude while sitting outside looking for Family Dollar corporate number it took me about 10 minutes the lady that was right in front of me to check out walked out after 10 minutes the girl who said no I'm fixing to leave is still there when I called the store she answered the phone some 15 minutes later the store has a severe customer service problem because this lady does not want to work but she wants to talk she said there and talk to the lady checking out the clothes evidently for over 15 minutes I was very disappointed with the way that the store was being run and the way that the store was treating people

It’s 9:03 pm, Monday night. Walk up to the door, the girl smiles and shakes her head no, both doors are locked. The sign says they close at 10pm, the website says they close at 10 pm.
