Last 5 times I have been there atleast 8 or 9 customers I line. Just remodeled and installed 2 self checkout and they do not work, why?

By far the worst Dollar General I have ever stepped foot in!! You can NEVER get to anything because the isles are blocked with carts full of boxes!!!! They never have what you need and if they do you can’t get to it because it’s either blocked by carts or in boxes on carts!! Every time you turn around there is a hand written sign on the door for some reason the store is closed. Today it’s to unload a truck that’s not even in the parking lot!! I’m stuck here waiting for them to open back up because all I need is a can of fix a flat! This store needs a visit from a District or Regional or maybe even Corporate management!

Everyone in the store has been awesome to me and my family! If I needed anything they go out of there way to help. My father got sick they were so good to him before he passed. They still are the same to me and others. If the are not enough 2 liters of coke it is with coke not dollar general.

This particular Dollar general 60 in Bartow look pretty unorganized, which made it very unclean looking and feeling. However customer service was really nice and polite. I was able to get in and out of the store and get what I needed.

The staff is always went out of their way to help me find what I needed if I could not find it they're always friendly and I know how to laugh this Dollar General is not like a lot of the regular retail stores. People has a sense of humor that works there

This store is a life saver for things we dont have to run into town to get.. there is somethings can make a improvement but other than that it has been a great store

TERRIBLE customer service! Would not honor digital coupons when their old machine didn’t recognize it. Why even make an app for coupons that you won’t honor in store? I’m better off going to Walmart, at least they honor their coupons.

I go here so much they know me by name :) very friendly but they never have enough cashiers. They try their hardest though! Wish corporate would update the computers for them!

I love to hate this store since they have remodeled they have some new stuff and the ladies that work there are 99.999, percent of the time really nice and helpful but everyone has a bad day once in awhile.lol

So of the older lady are just very gurd. And I think they kinda over price on some of the things. Plz I have heard some not so good things when it comes to the penny thing. Don't understand why people would want to help others. It be help if some of us could find cheap goods.
