I love this place. Fresh fruits and vegtables.i especially love that middle isle its different every week cool stuff. They help me keep my diet and eat healthy at cheap prices. Good stuff

UPDATE: the hateful short haired blonde lady is still rude as ever!This store is great other than the hateful blonde short haired lady. She never smiles, is RUDE and has ZERO customer service. She makes comments about Sunday’s being busy because of all “the church people”. Maybe she needs to become “church people” to help with her inability to smile and lack of customer service. She has almost ran us over with her product carts without any apology TWICE! FIVE stars for the store, ZERO stars for that miserable employee.

Worst experience I ever had at an aldis. Got to rhe store 1 minute to 8 and they close the door. Spoke to rhe lady short Caucasian brown hair that I just wasn't to get a juice. Told me that it was time for them to close. They still had clients laying for their products.Worsr service.

Every Sunday when we shop here, there is only one cashier and a line to the back of the store. Whoever was cashier on 10/29 needs a bonus, she was clearly stressed but handled it professionally and was very courteous. Please schedule more help on Sunday!

Love the store. Cashiers are doing better at friendliness. It seems some of the rudest ones are gone. Not sure. It would be nice if the freezers were repaired. It’s been a while since they went down, (about a week now?).

I usually enjoy shopping at Aldi. I love their products. However, I do not think I will be returning to the Bartow store. Not all, but a few of the cashiers are very rude. This happens mostly on the weekends. I hope upper management acknowledges the issues.

At first it's confusing to find things because of the warehouse style design. Some of the labels are new to me so that goes slow, I read labels. The selection is nice with many organic products. Some of the pricing is just as high as other stores on gluten free products but regular items have great deals, like basic baking supplies. Overall I like the shipping experience.

The store is great prices are awesome... but the cashier that checked me out was very rude! She was on the phone while checking me out. Talking snippy to me and has the nerve to talk to person on phone about me before I even walked all the way away from the register. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant checked out!!

Hands down my favorite place to shop. After starting a healthier way of eating, I was absolutely thrilled when Bartow, Florida got an Aldi.Yes, they do require a refundable quarter for a buggy. However this ensures many things, staff can be fully attentive to the customer in the store and an extra employee is not needed. It also drastically reduces the number of stray carts loose in the parking lot. It's efficient and cost effective. Now that that's all taken care of let's enter the store. : )Large windows let in a pleasant amount of light as you enter and bam you are in produce, my personal favorite. They offer a wide, clean, organized and fresh variety of fruit and veg. All priced wonderfully affordable! 50% of my weekly grocery budget ($200) is spent here and it lasts into the next week. This is pretty great considering meal preps for two and home-cooked meals daily.They do offer different brands but tastes are comparable, as with the Soy and Wasabi Almonds and White Cheddar Popcorn. Although there is no bakery, the pastries and bread selection is well done. Crossaints, baguette and bagels are on the shopping list.Eggs are in cardboard containers, moisture from the cooler compromises the box and eggs do sometimes break. If you struggle with this, ask the staff they are always happy to help. Their options for healthy choices are great.I would advise purchasing the turkey breasts, from the meat section, and almond flour (season it up) cook in the air fryer, totally delicious.Deli meat, cheese and charcuterie item Heaven, broad array of choices. Meat and frozen goods are affordable and well stocked, most of the time. I recommend the fresh salmon fillets. Around $22 for a 25 inch beautiful, tasty piece of fish, this truly can't be beat! Home goods, can goods and paper products are well priced, stocked and organized.The isles are wide and uncluttered. There's no extra items to buy hanging from shelves. They seem to be expanding the miscellaneous merchandise. It's always fun to check out the new inventory.Not sure where they are trained, but the staff has one goal at check out...to get you on your way and quickly. Although they sit while they work, they are no slouches!The self bagging system isn't for everyone, I enjoy it. Paper bags a few cent each. I personally skip the indoor bagging and do it at the car. Take that final trip to return the buggy and get the reward of my quarter back or paying it forward to another customer. Always an enjoyable experience!P.S. It is cold, bring a little sweater.

This place is not bad. The aisles are clean, there's a decent variety of products, and everything is well marked. But, they want you to insert money to use their shipping carts, and more importantly, they want you to bag your groceries away from the register, and it is with that which I have a problem. First off, I don't work there, so if you want shoppers to bag their own groceries, then it's only fair that they receive an employee discount...oh wait, we already mentioned that we don't work there. Once you scan an item, it's basically mine. Putting it in the cart, to then have to transfer to another completely different area to bag is a ridiculous waste of my time and energy. Now, the store may want to respond by saying that they can maintain lower prices because they make you (the consumer) do their job for them. If you want me to do your job, then pay me, and don't say that you're passing on the discounts, because then I'll need to see a balance sheet where it says that. Or better yet, take those cart-quarters, create another much needed job, and hire a bagboy.

Sales items are not always in stock. I wanted to buy the hamburger that was on sale, but the manager said that it didn't come in. This has happened many a times in the past, with other sale items. They won't give you a rain check, for when it does come in. Today was no different. I love your store, but I don't care for your out of stock policy.

Love the prices, food & wine @ Aldi; however, the customer service at the Bartow location including the managers is some of THE WORST customer service I've ever received while grocery shopping. Every one of their managers has a RBF; the cashiers throw your grocery items into the shopping cart in front of their station, doesn't matter if it's glass, plastic or paper. While you're standing there putting your grocery items in your bag(s), the cashier throws the next customer's groceries in the cart on top of your grocery items.... RUDE!! The cashiers don't speak to you unless you speak first and they might respond with friendliness though highly unlikely.

I am in love with this place. It's got a small town feel to it. Local items from local farmers. A lot of healthy options to choose from. I really liked the prices here. I caught myself double checking the items and saying to myself, "that's how it should be." I will definitely be back here and I will be posting more about Aldi on my next trip. Thanks!!

The store was mostly empty and felt almost dead to walk around. Not sure if ordering online for pickup is better than visiting. Very confused on why the quarter thing with the shopping carts is still a thing in our modern times but I guess it keeps a few carts in line.

I usually like shopping at Aldi, but I had a really frustrating experience today. When checking out I noticed a few items did not ring up at the advertised price. I paid anyway, and checked the prices on the shelf to make sure I wasn't wrong. Once I verified the prices, I tried to get the manager to give me a partial refund for the difference. After 15 minutes of waiting for her to do simple addition and subtraction i lost it and told her to refund me all of the money (I should also add we spent 15 minutes walking around the store grabbing the price tags). How can the manager of a store not be able to do simple math?! Shame on you Aldi. Hire someone that can do the job.

Love this store! It has a variety of new things to try and many other things I love. Like lots of fresh produce. Sometimes it goes bad fast or ends up being bad but but they have a great return policy so it isn’t that bad. They replace the item and give your money back. Just check your produce real good before you leave the store. I was so excited when our town got an Aldi because I had to travel to another city before to get to one. I love Aldi finds because you never know what new thing might come to the store. I love trying new things and the prices are very good. Definitely a great place to shop!!

Love aldi never been before a few months agoNo one told me about the Aldi experience though, make sure you bring your quarter and bags. The prices are incredible I went once and bought a ton of items the most expensive one was 5.99 and I save so much compared to Publix

If I could give no stars I would. First off the cashier's sit down to ring you up. Why???? That's just lazy. And want to catch an attitude because they can't reach an item, well turn on the belt to move it forward. I think the girls name is Tiffany or something. I understand your like Save a lot and have to bag your own groceries, but at least don't have a attitude. I will forever shop at Publix or Walmart. I would rather pay more and people treat you right.

Great prices and good quality. They do not have as large a variety of items as a regular grocery store but it is worth getting what you can at Aldi's to save money. We really like their meat department.
