Not a good experience there today the employees there was talking to about another customer about how rude they where. The employee should of talked about that in private not in front of other customers

July 19, 2023. Went in to get some item for house, walked down first isle then up second making a dash straight to exit gagging on some type of chemical smell. Sat outside in car a few mins trying to stop coughing / gagging. Smelled like some type of cleaning agent... bad, bad, bad. Left, figure didn't need to die for a few $ 1.25 item. Shame on staff for not stopping folks from walking into that.

Store was fairly clean,well stocked. Not a busy night,only 2 other shoppers. Store hours I noticed on the store window M-F are opened until 10 pm. I verified this with the cashier. Also, prices are no longer $1.00, they have increased to$1.25. Some are 2 for a dollar,such as the greeting cards. Still great bargains to be had. You have to know your prices though. A square box of tissues is$1.00,the same brand is.82 in Walmart. Great variety of items. The store cashier was not very friendly on this visit. Must have had a long day 😐

Store was cluttered and messy during this visit today. Oh, not to mention the huge factor that most items in the store have now went up in price to $1.25. Unless otherwise marked that it is still $1.00. I asked the lady that rang me up, what was going to happen to the name of the store being that everything isn't $1.00?? She laughed and said she didn't know! Both lady's at the registers were polite and able to answer me about products I asked about! Thanks... 😁

I'm a School Bus Driver for the Hardee Co. School Board Transportation Department. One of the things I do to connect with each student on my bus/ route is to give them each on their birthday a Birthday card. A simple act that brightens their day.I shop at the Dollar Tree two times a month for the cards and I often stroll through the aisles to look for other great deals. I REALLY LIKE going to the Dollar Tree. Always good things to buy and you can't beat the prices!

This is a nice store, quite large with a lot of products; everything we bought was a dollar per item. My complaint is the checkout service. Only one was open and the cashier was not there since she was running aroung putting carts, etc. in order. (Feb. 7 around 1pm)Even while we were checking out she walked away and put shopping baskets in order. I guess she assumed we were paying with a card, and that she had enough time to be away. Well, we were paying with cash and had to wait several minutes for her to get back.It's great that she keeps the place organized but honestly, why do it while there are customers waiting??

The store in Avon Park is by far my favorite store. Tammy, the store manager is so sweet and helpful. I had to order a product in bulk online and it was no problem at all. Tammy called me the night it got to the store so I could arrange to pick it up. The store is well stocked with fun things and practical items as well. Great store with a great staff!

I personally love dollar tree! Not because I'm cheap but because everything i need is cheap. I mean everything is a dollar cheap! If you live by yourself then this place is perfect. But if you have a family this place is great. The store that has a little something for everyone.

Went to that store on Feb 26 in the evening to return 3 items with my receipt was told they don't accept return by the cashier. Manager on duty a white female was very unprofessional will never shop there again

I love the Dollar Tree in general but I do not like this store. Just got off the phone with their corporate office because I never received the items I ordered. Was told by the store they tried to get in touch with me, my phone and my emails say otherwise. Was told by corporate in the future I need to call the company to track my packages.

They have good stuff for a dollar. True only a dollar. Store was not busy and was easy to get out of store and they are very nice to deal with. I hope they pay them well. They have Easter stuff out now. Go check it out. Good small toys for small one and only 1 dollar. The store is clean

I went looking 4th of July decorations, they weren't any. 3 employees nearby & I had to interrupt their conversations to ask if they had more anywhere. But I like Dollar Tree.

This store is a total disaster. Merchandise is not in order on the shelves, shelves not being restocked, many items are in the wrong places, boxes full of merchandise opened & unopened on the floor in many places blocking the isles, carts full of merchandise in the isles blocking the isles. No one ... No one is minding this store. This the last time I will shop the Avon Park store until it is cleaned up. I should have taken pictures but had no idea this store would come up for me to review. My rating is actually NO stars ... I had to rate as 1 star in order to complete the review

The deals are good, the staff are nice, but always short staff this causes two things that is going to give the store bad raiding. 1 lot's of merchandise in baxes on dollys not on the shelfs 2 the store looks very messy and dirty. This happens cause corp' office does not pay good and wants the employee's to do more for less. If pay was better and have 4 employee's everyday lost of the store's would look better and smell cleaner.

You can find good deals here but the place is a disaster. I would guess a couple hundred boxes in the aisles needed to be stocked but the shelves were such a mess and unorganized leaving little room for more stock. I've heard they're short of staffing.

I went to Dollar Tree in Avon Park todayIn hopes of getting some crafting materials.I found the store to be very dirty disorganized and downright disgusting. There were carts of merchandise with boxesripped open where people have been digging for things for days. The restroom was the dirtiest I have EVER SEEN ANYWHERE!!!! Get it together Dollar Tree Avon Park. DISGUSTING STORE!

MY shopping at dollar tree is pretty good actually. Many things for a great low price but it may not be exactly what you wanted(generic/off brand).

FANTASTIC place to shop. Things do cost a dollar. Similar named stores can cost much much more. Dry erase wes $2.50 other dollar whatever store and here got three for a dollar

Long lines at check out. Never enough cashiers or help on the floor. Many people walk out due to long lines.When the shelves are stocked you can find a good choice of low priced items.

This location was well stocked, organized and a lot larger than the other Dollar Tree locations in the area. They had a larger and better selection.
