They still have items that actually cost $1.00!BUT their new store policy is to only allow refunds & exchanges at the location you bought it from. And there are NO SIGNS posted about this new policy to warn customers. So if you're passing through an area and decide to stop at a DG- you're in trouble if you need to return/exchange anything. For a major chain to adopt such a "mom&pop" return policy makes no sense and is anti-customer. I will spend less at DG now and definitely will not shop at their other stores when I'm all over central fla.

Has to be one of the nastiest customer service staff I have ever seen. When I walked in the clerk was arguing about a delivery and as I was shopping my husband asked to use the restroom and the clerk told him the store didn’t provide them to customers and this wasn’t a restaurant. My husband not I will EVER be talked to in that manner. Unfortunately I had to give it a star.

Terrible. I had @ $5 that would not work. The digital coupons did not work. I left the store with nothing. I left the cart & the cashier came running after me asking if I gave the medicine back. He never gave it to me & he could see I had nothing in my hands. How embarising!! You need to just mark the things on sale & do away with coupons that your not going to honor!!

The best place to shop I'm in here 3-6 days a week great customer service low low prices always using coupons on deals very clean I can't say enough how much I love Dollar General!

The dollar general in north avon park is much cleaner than the pn west of Frostproif 630 and highway 27, and ll livebetween each one. Seems like prices are higher in Frostproof, so usually use the one in avon park. Both stores are clean and stocked, and both have clean and helpful employees.

The black man that’s always at the front of the door is a creep. He made a very inappropriate comment to me the other day. It made me uncomfortable. I won’t be going to this dollar general anytime soon unless he’s gone.
