Good variety of items in stock. Dry goods, home goods, pet food and treats, personal and toiletries, clothes, toys, tools, and seasonal products. Just to name a few. The store isn’t as huge as the box stores, but it has enough common house hold items. Prices were reasonable. It was very clean and organized, but the restrooms needed some help. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of free parking and right off the main highway.

Associate LEM is awesome. We were there 1/4/24 and he remembered I had been there the day before, what I bought and how funny I was trying to remember my email. I answered in a survey and he never saw it. So, I am posting here that LEM is terrific, great customer service, so friendly and professional!! I am happy when I go into the store that he is there. American Patriots..lol...

It's okay. The store is clean, big and bright. But very very very very very very very very very very small sections compared to bigger city stores even though this store is probably bigger. Needs to add more grocery too. I think the building used to be a kmart, it's got the space but it's always empty, probably because there's no food in it.

Workers need to get their stories straight. I was there yesterday to purchase some curtains and was told the truck will be in today but takes a few hours to unload. I came back at 3:30 the following day and was told by a different worker it takes days to unload the truck and curtains do no come on the truck - they come by Ups!!! When asked if they could order the item for me I was told I could go online and order myself: not very good customer service!!!

I see alot of good comments from back when luis was the manager. Now u got a shmuck who puts in hard hours of decorating fireplaces and sitting on her a$$. The rudest and laziest manager i have ever seen in any company. Clearly has favorites who also sit around. Disrespectful, and manipulative. Nosy, a situation can already be handled and she has to come put her 2 cents in it. As if she had any, and makes a bigger scene then needs to be. Dramatic as if there isnt already enough drama with the lack of intelligence and care from employees. Lost a decent employee while she caters to her favorite ones who sit around and talk $hit about her when she aint around. Lol. What a joke she is and this store is. With her in charge i can see the store closing in the near future. I also see why hobby lobby left her go. The assistant manager Angel should be promoted to her spot. Im sure as im writing this shes working hard decorating the store. No actual work comes out of her. None of the employees other than angel seem to know what WORK is. Store is a constant mess, constant clutter. Everything a customer asks for they dont have in stock. They try to force u to sign people up for a rewards card that customers dont want. Nobody wants a rewards card from a place they dont shop at often and 99% of them already have one. None of the employees are happy there except the favorite ones who get to sit around all day and page people cuz they need or want something. Treats the decent employees like slaves so they dont have to sweat.

Buyer beware, "bonded leather" does not survive florida. We were sold very poor quality furniture that peeled apart within about a year.

Dante's the man! Recently moved here and spent over $700 for different things for the house. Made the purchase and didn't realize I was eligible for a Veteran Discount until we had gotten home. Brought the receipts back and he reimbursed me for my discount. Outstanding service all around and hats off to Dante for going above and beyond!

I remember when I use to love going to Big Lots but now it is a cold environment and just not family friendly. Since they changed there pricing system and inventory management it is simply not affordable or does it have the same quality standards. They simply lost touch with there customer base. While I do go to the store a couple times a year I never feel the need to go back.

Always greeted by an associate when you walk through the door. The store is well kept and neat. Was able to find tissues here and water. The prices are comparable to the larger chain stores without the crowds. They are open until 9pm every night which is a great convenience with most stores closed at this time or closing early. Thank you Big Lots and all the staff.

It has been fe years since I have visited here. What an upgrade I wanted to buy so much but I had a better idea. Bring the wife and have her spend. Anyone looking for home goods needs to start here

Oh how the mighty have fallen.What started as a fun, bargin filled store has become a low quality furniture store similar to a rent to own store, gone are the aisles of toys, gone the neat odd food items, gone the bargains that made them famous. Now items have locations and are priced the same and in some cases more then the big box store that first initial is W. Big Lots you've forgotten your roots and have lost your way. Thankfully we have a store that remembers where Big lots started their initial is O and has a general as a mascot.

I love the Big Lots in Sebring The staff and their manager Luis always go out of their way to make sure you are finding everything you came for or they attempt to find the next scheduled shipment another location. And the store is meticulous and organized. Very easy on your nerves.stress free shopping.

Staff is not interested in aiding customers. The managers are tacky at best, rude at worst. Everytime I have been here they appear over staffed as the staff are just standing around talking to each other and refuse to help anyone who asks. I have been told" it is not my job" by more then one staff member here.

Best furniture experience in years. Dontae helped me get my box spring but suggested a new queen mattress and it was on sale. Didn't try to upsale me and helped me load all of it, great service and very friendly.

3-4 people in entire store. 1 cashier. I person in front of me. Best I can figure she was applying for a mortgage. Waited for about 10 minutes while the cashier collected every piece of private personal info on this young woman. Address, email, phone, discount card, etc ... it went on and on and on .... I think she was buying a candy bar. I finally walked out as they were continuing to collect data. Are there any stores left where you can just hand somebody the money and walk away with your items?
