My sole mission was a quick stop in the store to get items for a sweet potato pie. We stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. Two things I noticed about stores in this area. There is virtually no handicap buggies in the stores and the handicap parking spots are already taken. I don't care what store you go to this is usually the case with the exception of Publix but that's another story.Aside from them not having handicap buggies the store was great. It was bright, clean, well organized and well stocked. I did not have to go all over the store to find what I needed. When I couldn't find something I was able to ask an associate and he directed me to where it was located.I didn't get to browse as much as I would have liked to but the items that I did get made my life so much easier. Although they were lines, they moved very swiftly and to check out process went very well.Again my only complaint is no handicap buggies but such is life. Oh when I went back to the car all the handicapped buggies were in the parking lot. You live and learn.

On April 29th manager or lady behind counter at 9:00pm location at aurbandale not helping the one operating cashier who was very kind with line. The reason for this review I ask her she stated one minute never came out. I needed a lotto ticket. She probably was on her lunch break.. the store closes at 10pm she was ready to go home.

I tried it to high for my blood the prices here way higher than Walmart so I like the store layout is nice clean but pricey and I believe a product should not be as high as what I can find at Walmart some items was as much as 18 percent higher that is a bit much

It needs more handicapped spaces up front. The store was clean, the prices a little higher than Walmart, but at least there were plenty scooters to get around.

I am always satisfied with my WD shopping trips. Sure a tad more expensive on some items than Walmart...but the quality of the meats at WD makes it worth it.

I think it's gotten better than it used to be. I don't know if they've changed managers, but it looks a lot clearer and more organized.

Bruce was amazing! He's so helpful. He was busy but made time to go to the back and get the produce we needed. He remembered the names of other customers and was quick to offer help and assistance whenever needed. Excellent employees!

yeah customer service is NOT a priority at this Winn Dixie and I agree Publix has the best Customer Service and the best quality fresh products and better prices too. also yeah this store is filthy dirty especially the floors.The quality of produce is not fresh-My mom went to the produce section and bought several items-the bags of potatoes and even the carrots when she got home she checked and half were spoiled and rotten. I could go on

If you want an accurate count of your medication please don’t use Winn-Dixie pharmacy. My one script was for 9 pills and I was given 6. I called the pharmacy and she did a inventory count and said I was correct. And would have someone bring them to me yesterday. No one ever showed up. I called again this morning and was told oh, the pills are still here, I’ll have someone bring them today. I told her just forget it I’ll have someone bring me to get them. ( I just had surgery on Monday and live out in the country)) What a bunch of incompetent people. Makes you wonder if they even give people the right medications. I always thought they are required to do a double count on prescriptions. How can you read a PRINTED out prescription for only 9 pills and put 6 in the bottle. Be very Leary of this pharmacy. Like I said, incompetent !!!

Very best prices, freshness,and variety.I can't afford to shop for groceries at that other supermarket chain also I think it's social responsibility to patronize or not, businesses that make their political affiliation clear.Winn Dixie is indeed , a win win.

FILTHY FILTHY STORE !!! Apparently under new management ? Even the ice cream freezers had ice cream that appeared defrosted and then re-frozen. Floors just filthy always. Aisle shelves were predominantly half empty of stock.The Customer service uneducated cashier Barbie sort was exceedingly Rude--I returned seafood that had me and hubby sick for 4 days--was only refunded One item-I attempted to return the unopened purchases as well and was told that could not be done. AND when I mentioned I would return to Publix for my seafood items from now on--the mindless girl said Good don't come back. Totally unprofessional. Again Customer Service Not at all a priority at this store. I had purchased the seafood nearly two weeks ago but put it in freezer and only cooked shrimp and scallops up a week ago. Oh on top of that the girl insisted on keeping all my unopened seafood without giving me a Refund !I will continue my shopping at Publix--their Customer Service is Primo !!! I remember when I bought several large shrimp platters at Publix couple years ago and hubby got sick Publix was apologetic and allowed either Refund or Replacement--we replaced the Shrimp and all was good. Publix goes Above and Beyond in treating their Customers with Primo Service. Winn Dixie should do the same.

I really love shopping here. This place feels like family everytime you walk in. Everyone is so sweet. Lori the manager is very professional. I never had a bad experience with staff or product. All fresh foods. Best place for teens to work especially when there not many opportunities for these children. This place definitely gives teens a chancw to grow. Great work!

Usually go to Haines city Winn Dixie but was running errands n decided to go to the Winn Dixie Winter Haven location. Doing my shopping in clearance section n one of the employee greeted me advised me that I should see mark down items in every aisle. Sure enough I did see the them which I was not aware of before. Good to know that we can get these bargains ...thank u Winn Dixie.

Convenient location. It's pretty much right across the street from an equally sized Publix just in case you want to hit more than one grocery store.The prices are pretty high on everything unless they are having one of their b1g1 days on certain items.Customer service is just ok. Most of the clerks need a little more training on how to get the lines down at a decent rate. It can take up to 20+ minutes from standing in line to check out some times.

Love the new look. The shelves were stocked very well. The frozen food items were filled to the max. I like the cards being in front of the store so you don't have to walk around looking for them.

Store is clean. Most Employees seem as they don't want to be there or even wanna deal with customers. Prices are extremely high and the BOGO sale is a scam. They tell you buy one get one free but the price is actually almost double of what you would pay elsewhere
