Nice store compares to pet smart and had the dog food my dog like in town saving me driving , gas, & Time. 👍🏼👍🏼2 thumbs up because that’s all I have 😂

I never like to write reviews but when I have tried to book online many times and it tells me the days there is availability and the days there is not, so I booked not 1 but 3 times for my dog to get groomed days in advance and get a call the day before to let me know his appointment is declined due to now not having the space for him.. told next time the best way to schedule is call… so why have an online booking appointment if you can’t use it.. I’m a barber myself and i use a booking system for all my appointments if I was to call my clients all the time to tell them sorry I can’t take you I would be losing clients and have no business… so now I will be taking my dog somewhere else and you won’t have my business at all.. like I said I have given them 3 different chances and each has turned out the same.

Nice place good service. The prices are a little higher and I hardly ever find the food that I use from my rabbits. But in medicines they have a variety, that's why I like it.

If I could give this establishment a 0..I would. My daughter brought in 2 furbabies to be groomed and was disregarded and had an appointment. The young lady just stood their and ignored her. The male groomer needs to know how to keep making this company money.WE WILL NOT BE BACK . Sunday 17 2023

Super upset I paid close to $60 for my dog to get groomed only for him to get mange. Never have I had a problem till he was groomed here. VERY upset

This was mine & my boyfriends 1st visit to this pet store & it was a pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, the store was clean & smelled clean, well stocked with expiration dates & prices clearly marked. Staff even informed/signed us up for their rewards program. This store offers many pet related products, grooming parlor & pet adoption section. Highly recommended checking out the website because you can save 10% by purchasing online or prior to in-store pickup, if you like to save money!!!

Wish I could give zero stores. Rude groomer and doesn't even look like they clipped my dogs nails. I had to take my dog to Petco later and have them re-done. I asked the groomer there without saying anything about my visit to Petsense, "does my dog need her nails clipped?" And they agreed. I got them re-done, NOW they are clipped AND buffed properly. Will never be back.

Had an appointment there for my two fur babies. The male groomer there was very rude to me while talking to another customer. So, I felt the need to tell him I'm canceling my appointment and walked out. Had to follow my gut on this, especially because I'm standing maybe 6 ft with my small dogs in the shopping cart while he's talking to the customer before me. No dogs was being aggressive but the groomer asked me rudely to move back while talking to the customer
