5 star grooming experience with Kate L! And everyone I spoke to in the salon and entire store were very friendly. This was my dog, Max,'s first time with these groomers. They went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable. Max left the salon in a timely fashion looking like the super star he is!!!! All staff (cashiers, those stocking shelves etc.) were kind and helpful. We love this PSP!!!

I've been going there for 10 yrs now.the manager has always been so helpful to me. He's helped me with making a decision about medicine for my dog 🐕 and healthy food and treats 👌👍❤️❤️‍🔥 💞💕💟💘💛💚💙 I can't say enough about how much I love the store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are compatible with Pet Smart, wish they had more coupons available, but the location is convenient for us and it works. Store is always clean and smells pleasant. Our Blu loves the trips to pick his treats!

I was impressed by the staff and cleanliness of this store. I was unhappy with my previous pet supply store that was closer to my house. Even though this one is further away, it is worth it. They have a wonderful membership rewards program and they even took my dog last minute as a grooming walk in, which was so nice of them. The groomer was quick and did a fantastic job. Their dog washing station is very nice as well if you want to do it yourself. They have a great selection and I was able to find everything I needed and was pleasantly surprised by the prices and sales going on.

I called their headquarters and was promised a call back, never received one so here we are.I keep 4 different species of lizards and recognize that care of feeder insects is just as important as care for the animals themselves. Healthy feeders = healthy lizards. I have had this discussion on great terms with an employee of this location, discussing how I usually only lose ~3 crickets/week in my setup, which is phenomenal.Last Friday, I went into this location and purchased 110 (~$12) crickets and placed them in my cricket setup - this should have lasted me 10+ days. By Sunday morning, nearly all the crickets were dead all of a sudden - which is bizarre. Monday afternoon (due to Easter), I brought the crickets back to the store and talked to the same employee (above) and asked for replacement. She was unable to get the manager to replace the crickets - he simply offered 50, but I brought back way more than 50 dead crickets. He refused to get off of the floor where he was cleaning to come speak to me, so I asked the employee to delete my rewards account and I wouldn't be back.On my way out, I told the manager that it was a shame that he'd lose a customer over $12 and he replied "it's dumb that you'd stop shopping somewhere over $12." Wrong answer, I have choices as a consumer - YOU need to focus on keeping customers coming back to the ONE location you care about. The manager's snark and holier-than-thou attitude + refusal to guarantee their product tells me everything I need to know about this store. PETCO guarantees their feeders, and they're not too far away; and feeders from online retailers have guarantees as well.The bottom line is that the manager is totally not focused on customer satisfaction and it really seems like he doesn't give a damn about much. And he's rude.Avoid Pet Supplies Plus.

"Don't Fall For The Lies"Signs all over the store promoting (switch to our brand) REDFORD NATURAL. Been over a year oh there rebranding, changing flavors every excuse under the sun. Why promote your products and talk customers into change over to them, you can't even keep them in stock. Now I'm going to have put my dogs through a food change again, after your representatives talked me into switching over. Guess dropping anywhere from $300-$500 monthly on your company's brand name promoted products isn't worth you actually keeping them in stock. Stop Promoting until you figure out your supply issues.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We take our dog up there for the self washing "doggy wash" during the winter. Clean tubs and nice warm water to bathe her in.

Brandy was incredibly patient, kind and helpful while trimming my dog’s nails. My pup is a new rescue who was previously traumatized by a nail trim gone wrong and Brandy completely eased her though the process with success!

Blake got groomed and nails trimmed and filed. They put a pretty green bow tie around his neck and made a paw print with his name and year as an ornament to hang on the Christmas tree. Very special, an excellent job. Highly recommend them for your pets need.

I love to support local, but disappointed today when I went in to pick up some treat refills for my pups. Every item was $3-$5 more in store compared to chewy or Amazon. My pups love the milk bone marrow treats and they’re $19.99 for a 40 oz jug and I can get two 38 oz packages for the same price. The milk bones, marrow bones, and greenies were all more expensive.

Such wonderful staff and great, healthy products for your pet! Every time I come in, I’m always greeted with a friendly hello. Someone always helps me take my big bag of Canidae dog food and bring it to the cashier. Then they take the food to my car too! It’s so nice and I recommend highly! My past visit with my daughter was very exciting since one of the staff members let her hold one of the geckos. She was thrilled and so was I!

A new pet store here at the beaches of Jacksonville. They have a pet grooming service in the back of the store. They are pet friendly like most pet stores. Everyone that works there is friendly. They provide fast service when a customer needs help.

The staff there was super helpful. We adopted a cat from the humane society a few days before our visit. We were trying to find a cat tree roughly similar to the ones the humane society had. One of the girls there helped us find the perfect one. Then when we made our purchase another staff member helped me take it out to the car while my husband had our new cats tag made. Everyone was very pleasant and super helpful! We can't wait to come back!

Great self-wash stations, 5/$25 or $10 each. Just bring your dog, everything there to wash & dry your big or little dog. Plus snacks!Only a mile from Atlantic Beach where I take my dog swimming everytime we are in the area! Super excited that this is here. I used to spend $10 at the car/dog wash station & she was never fully clean or dry. This is the best!!They also have a full service groomer(s) by appt. friendly staff, love the bowl of water by the front door. My girl was happy & tired after the beach & bath!!

The self service pet wash is so great.Adopted our new dog and she was stinky!! I didn't want to try to bathe her in my tub without some type of restraint and my normal groomer was closed. We both did great!Very affordable at $10/wash. 4 types of soaps to choose from (2 in 1, oatmeal, deodorizing, and I don't remember the 4th option), towels, and blow dryers to use.

Love this store! Every single time without fail, you are immediately greeted with a happy employee asking if you need help with anything. I normally don't, but it's nice if I do and it makes you feel welcome immediately. Love being able to get a little bakery treat for my dogs near the cash registers as I head to check out. Plus, the rewards program is good. Glad to have a pet supply store so close.

We always shop this store & specifically this location due to all of our great experiences. I am always greeted & asked if I need help. Today Bryan F helped me with locating the food I normally purchase. I did not have to lift a finger. He carried it all the way to check out & then to my car after. He was also very knowledgeable & helpful with recommendations for my aussies hips & joints as well as how to use the points system. Associates like him are why I will always continue to shop this store.

I absolutely love this pet store; however, I was told that they are going to discontinue the bulk rabbit food. That's a problem for me because those are the only pellets that I can get 1 of my rabbits to eat and believe me in 6yrs I've tried her on ALOT of different pellets. So it looks like I'll be back on the hunt for rabbit pellets. That is my only issue with PSP. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I like the other products that I purchase.

Great store - the selection, quality and staff are excellent. Their fish tanks are super clean and we feel safe buying our finned friends from the store on Atlantic Blvd.Thanks to Rosie's expert net skills, we picked up a few Julii Corydora's and they are fun to watch and a great addition to our one of our tanks. We're still looking for one or 2 more Julii's and a few more Rummy Nose Tetras. Then we'll get another tank ready.We'll be back without a doubt. Highly recommended!
