The prices are ok but higher than many other places. The carts are dirty and often broken. The employees are lazy, stuck up, and generally unhelpful. Ther often have long lines with few lanes. The costumer service is horrendous. The floors are dirty. The store brand often taste "chemically". Food is often expired or close to expiring. I once had a candy bar that expired over 6 months before I bought it. Trying to talk to the manager is a hassle and I really dont like having to contact managment. Only for this store have I ever had to do that. There have been multiple occasions of rotting produce on the shelf. The floors are dirty and there is always an unpleasent odor in the air. I have been to other winndixies and have had nearly none of the problems that this store has. I don't know if it is just because the employees just don't seem to care, the managers don't do their jobs, or a combination of both. I try very hard not to shop here as there are better options in town. The placing of the store is convient, being in a "plaza". Over time I keep thinking to myself that this store would improve and keep giving it chance after chance. But I have now lost hope. After a very unpleasant customer experence once again I do not have plans to return in the near future. This was my first trip. I was impressed with the number of BOGOs and the overall prices. The produce section was less than impressive. It was a bit dirty and the selection was disappointing. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Typical Winn Dixi, but my angst is with the lack of service in deli... waited more than 20 min for ANYONE to show up. Me and several others finally gave up and left. When I told manager, all he would say is that he is sorry that I am upset.... not sorry for my wasted time or for their failures... not my store!!

For some reason neither my email address nor my phone number didn't work on my phone to get to my account. Don't know why you have to jump through hoops to get an advertised special. It's on special for everyone period. This is why I rarely shop at Winndixie or any store that requires a shopping card.

the nasty sub with onion and tomato in huge chunks. The bread had mold. I would not recommend getting a sub from here !

I did find some meats for our weekend barbecue and they were priced at their weekend sale specials. I got some ribeyes at 699 a pound they look good in the package. But when I went to season and cook they were very thin and tough. I was a little disappointed but the taste was okay.

Terrible store terrible employees they are so bored with no customers that they leave their stations and go chit chat with each other oops here is me a customer they look at me as I'm disrupting their conversation and make me wait till they are done chatting usually I get po but wanted to see .. and of course rude! I do have my receipt with name but I heard it'll turn into a Aldi's hope aldi's let the current employees go! Do themselves a favor.. will I come back hell no..publix gets and continues to get my business

The store was very clean, shelves were being restocked. A very good variety of products to choose from. The lady that made me a ham and cheese sandwich was extremely friendly and courteous and had a big smile on her face. She was a pleasure to talk to and made a very good sandwich.

Winn Dixie is Winn Dixie,no matter where you go. Everyone is struggling to keep employees,so I understand why cleanliness may not be a priority(baskets are filthy and I won't use them). But With that being said,you can get a lot of boxed/canned foods cheap. I bought some fresh salmon from the seafood department and blackened it. It was fantastically fresh. I absolutely find some great buys here,and with the cost of food,you cant go wrong. The people at this location are very nice and I will continue to stop in to see what deals I can buy.

Excellent Customer service, clean store. Prices are reasonable. Great Products. Love the Cashiers they are friendly and helpful, especially Carol, (I believe is her name). She explains the process of Winn Dixie coupons. She has the long blondish ponytail, she makes you feel like you are in the Winn Dixie Family. She should be on Winn DixieTeam Training.

I was there today (Aug 18 2023) and there was a dog running through the store covered in mud and was nasty. Employees were walking around the dog like it was nothing. No one seemed to care about it !!?

I really don't like the new location of this store! The old location was a lot bigger and nicer and was always kept very clean! Don't get me wrong, as I still love they're prices and choice of products, and the employees are very friendly! I just find this new location not to be kept as clean and nice as the old location. Especially the frozen food section. Half of the freezer lights never seem to be working and the scooters are almost always low on battery and half of the time you can't find one.

Love their deli fried chicken and biscuits are great. The special was buy the chicken and then free biscuits but those biscuits are worth paying for. Mmmmm I love the rewards card for great discounts and if you don't have one ask the cashier and they will use the store card for your discount. I'm very happy with this store

Is very supportive and encouraging along with the staff that R helpful to me and the prices R off the chain when they have sales, specially the SNOW CRABS $ 9.99 can't wait until that happens again. The best thing about this Winn-Dixie is their sale prices on cigarettes... Every time I go in I look for fat free half and half which they've never had which is very disappointing as far as I'm concerned but yeah prices on cigarettes

They, like all stores, have some good sales. I am not pleased with their employees or cleanliness. I visited the Arcadia store today, and while shopping, needed to use the rest room. It was filthy, so bad that I wouldn't use it! The store stock was low, and at checkout, I ended up putting personal items in a bag because the cashier was leaving them in bagged! In addition to this, I had to load my own cart! There was 1 person behind me with only a handful of items.! The customer service is definitely lacking and it will take a really spectacular sale to get me back into the store!

Earlier today I gave a one star to the Sebring location. Arcadia gets a five! None of the disorganization or the attitude their other location suffers from. A shame I had to drive 45 miles to get service. The customer service here was excellent.
