Adam from this Store called and fixed this issue, he stated some trading would be in order so my faith in Ace is restored because of AdamFive stars for AdamThe store sells pre-cut PVC, they cut it and put it out on a rack for sale, these pieces are not custom cut, they refuse to exchange or return them 20 minutes later, management and cashier have super bad attitudeThe hardware store in Arcadia near goodwill sold the parts to me and said they’d exchange or return them if I kept the receiptShop where the manager and young cashiers respect customer's.I wish I could give them a Zero score, a one is too high for this locationAvoid this store !!I love Ace in other towns, I support them when I’m home in Ohio because they’re more of a hometown store but will not return to this one. Such a shame Ace has such a poor example in Arcadia..

I dropped a window screen off for repair back in February I have not heard from the store so I stopped by and it was not done I asked the gentleman that does the repairs I told him it’s been het sense February, I asked to talk to the manager and the repair gentleman says well give me 15 minutes and I’ll have it done, well if it only took 15 minutes why could that not been done his reply to me was you can take it elsewhere! Well that’s what I am doing. Manager comes up to me and I tell him what’s happening and he said sir: I will talk to him because we do not talk to our customers like that . So sad I won’t never go into that store all I can do is pray that they put. Lowes or a Home Depot right next store to them. Thank you for letting me vent.

I bought a copper cutter from the ace hardware in Arcadia on Sunday march 3 2024Because I’m an HVAC technician. On Wednesday the copper cutters broke at the bottom where you spin it. Today is march 10 I went to the store with the receipt and the manager was looking at the receipt and on her phone for 10 minutes and end up telling me she can’t refund me because it’s used. I had to tell her yes it’s used because I used it and it broke it doesn’t want to spin anymore so now I’m out thirty six dollars plus tax. I went to harbor freight and bought the same size copper cutters for seven dollars and a smaller copper cutters for six and the brand it’s Pittsburgh and ace hardware cutters have no brand and overcharged me.

Couldn't get anyone to help me find what I needed. Went to a different hardware store, and upon entering, I was asked if I needed any help. Immediately, an employee assisted me and helped me find everything. This is my new store to go to.

Always have what I want and need.Update;Will probably never return to this location. I was issued an Ace Hardware punch card for propane refills. Buy 6 refills get the seventh free. When I asked them to punch the card after a propane tank refill they refused. I will not return to this Ace hardware location because of their overall poor attitude toward customer satisfaction and service. Sorry but you are not the only game in town and definitely not the least expensive.

Had to wait in line because someone in front of me were trying to purchase some lumber that the cashier couldn't figure out how much to charge them. Then when I got my turn with the cashier the credit card reader froze and wouldn't work. Not blaming the cashier at all. I'm just saying don't go there if you're in a hurry.

Amazing except for the lady manager. Took her an hour and at least 4 attempts to mix my paint. By the end I was helping with the formula, as she was drunk or high or severely limited in her skillsets. Everyone, literally everyone else, amazing service, product knowledge and very helpful. I recommend this store highly for all your hardware needs!

Great place to buy all your home hardware needs. Although their tailored less to contractors and more to homeowners they still offer plenty for those looking for quality products. Great customer service warm and friendly quick to help you find whatever you're looking for. The only sell products that are of good quality. just a great store for all your hardware needs definitely recommend coming here to find amazing household products! 🤘

Some of the staff need more training, pay more attention to the customer @ check out, instead of joking around with the younger staff members. The older/adult, staff members were very helpful, knew where everything was, and were eager to insure customer satisfaction. And, if they didn't have something, they would give you suggestions as to where you may find it.

THE BEST hometown hardware store! They care about their customers, they are helpful and very knowledgeable... Someone always steps forward and asks if they can help you with anything, but they are NOT pushy, if you say no they simply say just let us know if you need ANYTHING and they mean it!They have Stihl products and a certified Stihl mechanic on duty at all times so any problems they can fix it right there in house! Love this store and it's staff! The only suggestion I have is PLEASE fix your automatic door, it's hard to get in for woman!

Store is open until 7 pm... I arrived prior to 6:30 pm. 3 saleswomen at counter and none greeted me or offered to assist. Very unlike the service that I have come to expect at almost every other Ace store. I asked about bags of concrete. I was told quite curtly that the “door for lumber” was already locked and that I could not purchase any. This at 6:31pm. No apology or explanation after I inquired on getting just one bag. New to town and I will most likely shop elsewhere.

Talking about having a little bit of everything ... from BB guns to lumber, fishing gear to plumbing supplies, barbecue grills, cleaning supplies, power tools, fishing apparel, it is a hardware store for sure! ... little bit of everything! Give them a try, they'll probably have what you need.
