Despite living in Arcadia for quite some time, I've never visited this store. I was pleasantly surprised to see all it offered and the prices seem decent. When the cashier learned it was my first time there, she came from behind the counter and showed me around the entire store; totally unexpected.It was a good experience even though I was in a bit of a rush, I would visit again. I would consider editing stars once I visit again when there is more time and I encounter more than one employee.

I’m from Naples , but the service here is great , everyone asked if I needed help & was super friendly. Also answered my questions about my account. I wish the Tractor Supply in Naples was like this one … My store in Naples could use some training from this store. Very happy.

I stopped by your store to pick up a replacement winch for my flatbed trailer. I was greeted by Ty that after understanding my concern of the height of the cover, went and got a measuring tape and a screw driver to take measurements from your floor model. I bought the unit knowing it was going to be tight , but felt confident that with Ty’s help we covered all that we could. In the parking lot I started to install it and ran across a mounting issue. Ty came out to collect carts and saw me having a issue, offered a few suggestions from his own experience, and just like that I was all set. I can’t tell you how much his helped me. I was 100% blown away by the amount of time, concern and customer service Ty gave me. I left feeling blown away by the customer service experience Ty gave me. I don’t normally fill out surveys, due to the lack of customer service you seem to get from employees at retail chains. Our company has a good number of employees and if I saw this type of commitment for a customer and there experience with our company I would be very focused on putting him in a management position to spread that level of the customer service experience through out a store.

The sales staff doesn't honor their own sales signage. I don't care if they made a mistake. I purchase in good faith based on their sales signs. Not going back. We have many more options in this area.

We love this store, we get all of our chicken supplies here. The prices are fair and the staff is Pleasant. Never a large crowd. Very convenient. And as a side note my husband says they have great Wrangler shirts.

AWESOME assistant manager Patience made sure we saw the sales and clearance section! Her customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Had no idea they had such cute clothes and such a great supply of boots! Patience made my first visit to a Tractor Supply very pleasant and I will be going there every time I am in town! Everyone was friendly and even gave our pooch a couple doggie treats!

Screw this place. I went to get a propane tank filled and the lazy little girl outside would not fill it because it had a little rust spot on the bottom. Never going here again.

The employees at the store are always kind and attempt to be helpful. However you are always short staffed. I do not understand what the problem is. Apparently you need more employees you need to pay them more whatever it is it needs to be done. I've been shopping at the store for many years you sell lots of products you should be able to pay your employees. It's not their fault they are they are busting their butts and they get burn out or hurt

Great shopping experience. Needed some puppy formula and vitamins for my mom's dog...found everything quickly and while at checkout the cashier gave Leche' a dog treat, as well as a friendly pat on the head. My girl felt like she owned the place. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet supplies

The manager Rick is very nice and helpful every time I come to this store. The cashier rung up fencing material they did not even have which resulted me to go back inside for an adjustment, maybe if she didn't have her head banging music pandora station blasting on her cell phone in her pocket she could of focused on my transaction. The yard guy was so nice to help load us and realized that our receipt was incorrect and that he did not have the material we paid for. While loading us he made sure we were given nice quality fencing.

Don’t ever depend on this store to get propane consistently from. 1 day they will fill, 1 day they don’t have anyone certified to do it and the other times they are “out of fuel” after leaving you standing outside waiting. not very dependable place when your trying to run your own business. To buy anything else you have to stand in a line that’s the length of the store.

None of the workers or customers were wearing face masks! Went in looking for women's Snake boots. Didn't have anything in comparison & what they had was expensive for that quality. As we decided to just leave, a worker asked if we needed help. The problem was, she wasn't wearing a face mask & got way too close for comfort

I buy my dog food at tractor supply. My dog's eat hills science diet sensitive stomach and skin formula. It's cheaper to buy it there than anywhere else. I buy boots and clothes there to. As well as other pet supplies. I've bought tools there to. Great place to shop

It's a tractor supply. Need I say more? They have certain things that you need that some stores don't.. I'm kinda Baffled by the sale of certain fruit trees they have in South West Florida ( peach and apple etc).... The store is kinda run down in my opinion. Not to much attention the cleaning and overall care of how the store is presented to the public. But there isn't much expectations from the town, seeing how this is Arcadia and all. For all that I call this the Winn-Dixie of hardware stores has everything to get the job done just not the cleanest 3 🌟.

I went to the store to pick up a ship to store item and it literally took over an hour to get the item. There were 4 employees in the store that I saw and they were to busy playing around to retrieve my item. It really looked like a bunch of teenagers playing around and not taking their job serious. The only way we got them to do their job is we told them we either want a refund or our merchandise. Needless to say, tonight’s group of employees should not be left alone again.

tractor supply has a belt measuring device but they tie the belts tied up so you can't compare. when I ask for something to cut their ties off with the clerk said I don't think we have something right now. The manager was worse than the clerk. Get some new management. I did buy a belt for my mower but had no help. WHEN management and staff team up against the customers soon to be out the door.

Best prices for black oil sunflower bird seed, and doesn't contain a lot of non-edible debris compared to Wal-Mart's. Also best place/prices I've found for women's Wrangler jeans.

I want to say a big thank you to Shalana Jimerson. We have a sheep farm and we visit TSC in Arcadia at least 3 times a week. Shalana always greets me and my Family with a great smile. Shalana always asks us if we need help and she is always helpful and she always go the extra mile. The most important thing in an employee is to love their job and Shalana appear to love what she dose. She has an excellent knowledge in the store merchandise and always recommend the best products. As a faithful customer to TSC I think Shalana is a great asset to TSC

Tractor Supply Co. Has a great dog food, 4health. I started my dogs on 4health when I found my dog had a reaction to popular name brand. My dogs have never had a problem with 4health. They have a variety to choose from, for what ever your dog needs.

They don't keep stuff stocked like they should I ordered a part it's been over a month now and they still don't have the part even though it says they have two in the store it's all in Ben's that apparently nobody's going through cuz I've been waiting two weeks for people to go through the bins to find my part

They have everything you need for gardening, lawn mower parts, chainsaws, parts for small engines. Baby chicks and ducks in the spring. Great customer service
