Great customer service from the store manager at this location, never have a problem and she’s so nice. The assistant store manager always has an attitude, this is a multiple occurrence with her. Would’ve dropped my order there had she been the one to take care of me.

Every single time I come in here there is no one at the register. You have to wait 5-10 minutes to find anyone. Last time I went in 2 girls were in the back for at least 10 min, no where to be found. Super annoying. I'm going to start just ordering my stuff from Amazon.

Came to this store for the 1st time. My gf was checking out the cockatiel, went to see if she would bite or be aggressive. Turns out it was. Seconds later, a tall, blonde employee brought to her attention that the bird would bite. However, the way she did it was very rude and made it seem like she was scolding a child. Definitely could have done it in a better way. We left right after that.

Friendly, helpful staff. I am returning today to shampoo my dog. Easy to use tub, hot and cold water at your finger tips. Set your preference and use the powerful spray nozzle. Slanted ramp for easy pet entry. Towels and was rags available. I bring my own towels, rag , and pet shampoo.

Very Clean store, has decent range of products, but my biggest issue was today I soon as we walked in we were greeted with a overly overwhelming employee that was face to face watching me and my mother walk around the store intensely. When we went to leave to go home, she then follow us to the door anad stopped us asking if we enjoyed the store, again in our faces.

I am SO glad to see this store open in my little town! No more need to drive 40+ minutes away or pay shipping fees when I need something for my kitties.I have shopped Pet Supermarkets in other cities before, from Ft. Myers to Tampa, and points between. I already knew they carried a wide variety of quality products, so when I stopped into our brand new Arcadia, location, I knew I would find what I wanted.The staff is helpful and friendly, the prices competitive. A Florida company, they are a valid competitor to the slightly bigger box pet supply stores, provide a variety of services and products, and donate to support rescues, (that matters to me).Welcome to little Arcadia, Pet Supermarket! You are so needed here!

Found it very rude that the “manager” on duty was standing at the counter eating and completely ignored us walking in and walked off from the register. After waiting 10mins at your counter to check out did the associate come up to assist us.

Very clean, spacious isles, well stocked. Very friendly helpful staff. Great place to get you dogs shampoos and even a bath if you bring em along.
