Our little yorkie had appt time at 12:00pm, we were told to pick him up at 2:30, if we were a little late know big deal. So I returned to pick him up at 2:55 pm. He had not been touched, still in crate now going crazy because he heard me. Was told by Kim to give her until 4:30. Was texted by her 22 minutes after I left, that he was ready. Returned to pick him up and saw how bad he was chopped up, so uneven. I said this is horrible, she said she would try to fix him, she made it worse, I told her to stop, he's had enough, electric clippers give razor burn on side of stomash. She wanted payment, I handed her my credit card, Kim said she didn't take cards. We've never been there before nore will we ever be back. Kim was paid with cash. We rv fulltime, have gone to many groomers, think this one topped being the worst!!!!

Rocky is just cut exactly how I wanted him, you took the time to listen to me and I forgot to mention his paws and you actually clarified exactly what I wanted before you touched them.

My wife and I took our little dog to be groomed, this woman was not nice my little dog was shaking so bad I could barely hold her ,she growed at us to say she don't blow dry,she had a dog on the table ,did not like the way he was being handled by the groomer ether,we left, would not let her groom a skunk for me , if you take your pet to her you must not care much about your pet. No place to set and keep a eye on what going on. That's seem to be on purpose she had a waiting Aire no chairs.by design
