Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. I have witnessed them hanging up on customers, they close the drive thru whenever they can because it's more convenient for them, they give me trouble every month I try to fill my daughter's medication, one tech told me she didn't have a prescription so I went in and pharmacist found it and said she didn't check other pages like it's a common thing. They need to get all new employees with proper training!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTWorst pharmacy ever, the manager Adam idk if he’s even employed still is super unprofessional thats the first complaint since last year I haven’t gone to this cvs unless it’s like last resort, they wouldn’t give my newborn baby his medicine lastYear. NOW YOU GUYS DONT EVEN HAVE NEBULIZERS what kind of pharmacy doesn’t have that , it’s insane my insurance should’ve never partnered with cvs. Or it’s probably because we’re not white? Best believe I did that first complaint to corporate last time so I will do it again if I have to.

Debated on whether or not to write about this but I decided I will. I went in recently to pick up my medication and was met by Mary who must have been having an awful day because she was very rude, caught a nasty attitude about having to redo my medication due to the quantity being wrong and proceeded to loudly talk trash about having to recount them with a coworker who’s name I do not know. Mind you all of this took place while the younger pharmacist was right next to them and allowed them to talk about a customer and also give me the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered here. The only reason why I stayed with cvs is for the drive through which is no longer available so I’ve decided to switch to eckerds down the road where the prices are cheaper and the pharmacy actually wants to do their job and treat people politely. Hopefully whatever mary was going through is resolved because it was totally uncalled for.

Rude rude rude. Only employee on duty had her back to the customers and only had the self serve checkout open. When I ahemed and asked for help she IMMEDIATELY developed an attitude. I called her out on it and she screamed at me to leave the store. Whomever this little troll you have working for you is, she should be kept in the back away from customers.

The pharmacy is excellent and Mary is a joy to work with. She makes sure you understand the medicine and it's side effects and fully answers any questions you may have.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would with no hesitation. A friend and I stopped by just to use the bathroom after a long trip and I couldn’t even stay in the bathroom for 2 seconds, once I stepped in I started gagging, it was that bad. How are you CVS and your bathroom resembles a gas station bathroom?? Disgusting. I stopped by because I thought it would be neat but I was totally wrong.

Pharmacy is horrible in the later afternoon shift.. was asking question about a script and they hung on me.. without answering any question i had. They acted has if they didtn want to be bother with. Thats there job..

Absolutely disgusting. Customer bathroom makes my family want to vomit. Asked employee to use other bathroom and he said no it’s for employees only. Im sorry my family does not want to use your customer bathroom that has an overflowing toilet with feces and socks in it…. So disrespectful and disgusting. Never coming back. Planned on buying medicine and snacks. Rather go to Walgreens. I hope no one experiences what we just did.

I have been sitting at the drive thru window for more than 5 minutes! I'm being completely ignored. Terrible! I have been waiting for over a week for a prescription to be filled. "It's being processed" 🤬😤

Went here today a man named tony was there working but his self stoped doing what he was doing to. Make sure I mailed my items properly he help me with tape and making sure my package was ready to go that was exceptional service and I think him and the staff are training him like that. Arcadia has ran out of kindness but I see it’s still lives in few peoples hearts.

Every time I've gone in nobody's been at the register. Nobody seems to be working there. You have to hunt down somebody when you have to actually have a person check you out. This place is ridiculous

Customers are only allowed to use the men's restroom and it reeks of stale urine. Evidently it is too difficult to pee into a urinal and not on the floor, and it's impossible to clean a restroom. Only employees may use the ladies' room.

The Girls at CVS pharmacy have always been nice and respectful to me I can go other places cheaper to get my meds but I love going there and will continue to do so 😁👍🏻 great job for always doing such a great job since they are always so busy ( I have to add to my review wow they we busy before and now with the testing on top of all that they do such a awesome job thanks for always doing a great Job and making me feel welcome this pharmacy Rocks)
