I took my goldendoodle here yesterday for the first time and had an amazing experience! The groomer was incredibly skilled and understood exactly what I wanted done to my dog. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, too! They made me feel welcomed. My dog looks and feels fantastic, and I can't wait to go back! My groomers name is Audrey, thank you Audrey you did an awesome job with Nala! I will be back and will have my sister bring her doodle too.The prices are good and they have cutest treats for our fur babies for any occasion, it so happened for be Nalas Birthday and we picked a birthday cookie which she enjoyed. I can happily say that this our new grooming spot.

My sister and I took our dogs here today because our regular groomer was closed today and this was a HORRIBLE experience!1st off I told the receptionist that I had TWO DOGS, she told me to bring both at 1:30. We came at 12:45pm and she said one dog ‘s appointment was at 1:30 and the other at 2:00pm. Now if you would’ve told me that one dog was at 2pm I could’ve brought him later on, so he wouldn’t have to sit in the cage that long.Next she told us that we were too early for the appointment. Ma’am you never said to bring them right at 1:30. At previous groomer’s you can bring them 30min- 1hr. early. Now if I would’ve brought them late you would’ve had an attitude or canceled them all together.Next, they called me 2x after I left. Once to tell me my nephew and dog were barking loudly and my nephew was throwing up. She said if he continued we would have to pick him up. So, the second call was for us to come pick him up because he still was throwing up. When we got there they were trying to say we fed him before he came that’s why he was throwing up. They didn’t charge my sister because he didn’t get a full groom. When I tell you they did my nephew so wrongggg. The picture that I’m going to post does not show you how bad this half cut was! They could’ve at least made him look presentable.Lastly, I paid 69 plus for my dog to get groom. His ears was still dirty! The cut was not smooth at all. His belly cut didn’t match the rest of his body. They will not be back!

Had a great experience today at Woof Gang Bakery - Apopka!!! My babies look fabulous as they were so well bathed and combed as they have long hair!! Very shiny hair!! I am so well pleased with how they look!! Thank you to my Groomer!!

I’ve been bringing my Shih Tzu Martha to Woof Gang for a while for grooming and they never disappoint. They are so friendly and show my fur baby so much love. April always does a great job grooming my dog. My dog is very comfortable with her and seems to enjoy her visits. I highly recommend their services!

first time took my golden doodle for a grooming few weeks ago. we had a very pleasing experience with all the staffs and the service provided. Place was Very clean and staffs were professional and informative. I would give it 10 stars! Highly recommend to any fur parents :)

New to the area so I had to find new groomers. Choose this place because it had good reviews, I wish I would have read the 1 star reviews before choosing this place. I did not notice the terrible "cut" that was given to my Buds at the time because I was running very late.. as per their 15-30 min policy that you have to pick up your dog. That being said...When I got home, I was taking out groceries and my husband who RARELY ever complains about services cause he just doesn't like to.. was so upset about Buddy's haircut. I looked at him and I couldn't believe it!When they asked me what I wanted.. I told my groomer who was very nice btw and I dont like to give bad reviews.. but this warrents one. I told them I wanted a rounded haircut. and his "body" to be short since it's hot. They shaved everything! His FACE! SNOUT! LASHES! WHISKERS!!! His cut is all choppy.. and he looks soo bad as you can see the difference in the pics. There was only 1 other place who did a horrible job and that was Petco. I even gave a 20% Tip. I wish I would have slowed down.. and looked at him.. I will not be coming back here again. :( and you can find me by my name Kayna. I am sure I will be the only one in there with that name.**Update to respond to the response**I said a shorter cut and round face, cutting off his lashes.. ALL of them and all whiskers is not a round face maybe you all need to go back to grooming school if that is what your response is. I notice everytime someone gives you all a bad review you always have some defensive excuse that is bs frankly. Anyway... you lost a potential long term customer and I hope my review warns others for their furry loved ones.

This is our first time taking our pet here and we can say without hesitation that this is the most awesome and completely satisfying experience ever. From Amy at the desk to Amanda the one who groomed him were amazingly courteous professional and so understanding and patient with him. I can't thank them enough especially since he's blind. You guys are the best example of the way groomers should operate a business since our pets are a part of our family. Thanks again so much for this piece of mind.

Take your money elsewhere. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new groomer for our Australian Shepherd.We paid $72 (with tax but without tip) for a typical full groom, and they did a bare minimum job on her hair trim and nails, however the hair around her ears and head seemed like it was completely untouched.I don't mind paying a good fee for a good service, however this place lacks in the service department. I have taken her to several other places beforehand and never had this issue. The lack of attention to detail is immenamte.If you're looking for a proper grooming service for your dog, please do yourself a favor and find a different groomer.

I loved it! I'm not a big pet supply shopping enthusiast and rarely even go to the big name pet stores. I do, however, have a dog with sensitive skin and I was so surprised at the variety of shampoos, conditioners and other skin care products. They were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right products and even have a discount program that I don't have to keep track of! Now, my dog is happy, looking and feeling a whole lot better because of the right product I couldn't find anywhere else! Thank you, Woof Gang Bakery!!!

Luciana cares about the dogs and staff like family. My labradoodle loves going there and always looks amazing when he leaves. I like his hair long, so we get a bath every 2 weeks and a full groom every 4 weeks. Amber is amazing at doing his lamb cut! Thank you, ladies. love you!

We bring our dogs for grooms fairly regularly and always have a great experience, and the dogs look great. They also have a nice variety of treats, food, leashes, etc. This is a great location!

Some of the best people I have worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The store was beautifully decorated for the holidays and spotless. The baked goods looked so good I had to remind myself they were for animals. I went to the Apopka location but I understand that they are a franchise with other locations. I brought in a Minipoo mess, and took home a show winner. The store is in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking and wheelchair access. There are at least four handicapped parking spots right in front of the store. If you need a gift for a pet, you will find it here.

I highly recommend Wolfgang Bakery and Grooming in Apopka. The staff has always been pleasant and listens to how we want our fur baby to be groomed . If they think that something we want may not work, they tell us why and suggest options. I also love the fact that they call us as soon as our baby is finished being groomed so we can pick her up right away.Our little girl has always comes home looking great.

Took my dog Harley (Great Pyrenees) and they did not disappoint. Communication through text, sending shot records, went surprisingly well. When I arrived they discussed how I wanted her groomed and I made them aware of a recent nail issue and they were so understanding. Harley came out looking like a brand new dog! They took very good care of her.

Loved the text option. The staff here are friendly and respectful. They understand that your pet is part of the family and do what they can to ensure they treat them as such.We took our pug with arthritis here for a nail trim and they were so patient and took the time that was needed with her.The receptionist was VERY kind. Showed pictures of her dogs and shared stories while I waited. Overall very positive experience.

Such a great experience. I love how my dog is groomed. The groomer is so gentle and patient, she takes her time and does a wonderful job. No more rushing through the grooming and my dog getting knicks and cuts on his skin as in the past. I will continue to get my dog groomed at WolfGang in Apopka.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly, and the groomer did a wonderful job on my pup. She is usually very hesitant with new people and i was worried about how she would handle her first grooming experience, but they were so welcoming and Luna seemed so happy when we picked her up. I took my little puppy in to be groomed and everyone there was so nice to me and they took such good care of my girl Emma they seemed like they really cared and when I came to pick my baby up she was so squeaky clean and smelled so good !! I will definitely be going back there to WolfGang Bakery they are the Best !!!😊
