Tractor Supply in Apopka is such a great local store. I have never stopped by at one until we bought chickens (which we bought at this store a year ago). Now we go there quite regularly, most recently today. Store is usually well stocked and clean and all the staff is very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. We buy all the chicken feed there as well as miscellaneous supplies, including tires for carts, gloves, shoves, boots and more. Pretty neat farm decor as well. You can buy seeds to grown flowers, veggies and all there, some canning supplies, apparel, pets feed and much note. Check it out!

Easy peasy! I placed my order through the TS app then the app let me know when my order was ready. I pulled up parked in the designated order pick up spot and my order was promptly brought out to my vehicle and placed in my car by a pleasant employee.You can't get much easier than that! Thank you!

I was helped by the manager and another employee. Both were very knowledgeable. The employee stayed with me through my whole shopping experience making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. They have a great selection!

Outstanding service. I was buying horse stall mats and picking them up at curbside at the Apopka store. They had the wrong quantity of mats and the patterns were different on each mat. It was no big deal and I could come back later. Instead, Anthony the delivery guy went above and beyond. For a nominal fee he offered to drive to another store 1 hour away, pick up the right mats and deliver them to my door. They also gave me a discount on the mats … and gave my dog a treat :)… Anthony delivered them and helped me unload them (~100 lbs each)

You have a manager by the name of Karen working this AM at 10AM 3/16/23 . I have been using this location for years and spend a decent amount monthly with Tractor supply for my business. NEVER HAVE I EVER !!! had a manager speak to one of my employees the way this woman did . She was rude , nasty and spoke to him like he was trash then when I called to complain she got nasty with me on the phone and spoke to me as if I was beneath her . I run a farm and work for a large Corp. I have never had anyone speak to me this way and or from your company. I typically walk into the Apopka location and everyone there is amazing kind and so helpful to where I know most of them by first name . This was ridiculous and to make it worse kept throwing in my face "O well I have been here 5 years this is how I run this place / handle things" to be honest I have never spoke with her as I come in the later afternoons but you as a company need to review her behavior and explain to her if she is so unhappy doing customer service maybe do something else !

I have been going up to this location for the dog wash station for the past 2 month the dog wash station has been down when i ask about it they say a work order is open. I ask to speak to manager she got rude about it. As i was walking away i heard her say lime if you are paying for the use of it anyways. I am offend by the comment i have always paid for it and if they are having issues with people paying for the use they need to do a better job montioring it. I belive after her comment there is no ticket in to get it fixed she doesnt want anyone bath thier dogs there.

The price match is an allusion,The Apopka location has a few idiotsI hear stories of used merch being put back on the shelf as if its new. Might want to find your item yourself - its a hit or miss to ask a manager. Seasonal items is a lie one tells you so she won't have to actually go look. One bad apple ? yes it spoils the bunch. Try going across the street to Halls ( 4 generations ) of service to the locals - Good ole boys

Nice, clean store with a large selection: clothing, gardening, landscaping, farming, animal care: horses, dogs, chickens, etc. Heck they even have chicks right now! Every time I go there, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you shop here frequently, make sure to join their rewards club.Beware of the bins, strategically placed when you walk through the door... they have lots of great stuff at fabulous prices!! I always seem to leave with more than I intended in buying.

I love Tractor supply store. I get my cat and dog food from here because it's only a dollar more then Walmart and there's no waiting in lines like you do at Walmart. I even get my wild bird seed from here because I can but a 35lb bag for under $20 where at Walmart their I think it was 12lb bag was $15. I save money going to tractor supply store and I love it. They also have great mowers just wish they had weed eaters too.

Last summer I bought a lawn tractor from here and we rented their trailer to take it home.The heavy built man that “attempted “ to load the tractor onto the trailer got it stuck, so instead of looking he just started pressing buttons, pulling levers etc.He put the blades into motion, as he had not a clue what he was doing or how to operate the machine, and the sparked flew from the blades as they were hitting the trailer. I reached over to stop the blades as he looked “empty “ and was staring into space as if to say what did I do?!Also after getting the machine home I realized that they had not given me a new machine but a store display model that was obviously mistreated by all and sundry outside the store.Hood bent out of shape.One headlight inoperative.The whole machine leaning over where it had been climbed on by all.Blades ruined by the staff member.Engine running rough.So I contacted the Tractor Supply Co via their website and after some e-mails and a call from the store manager we came to an agreement that it should be replaced - Great!!! , you’d think! - as they had no more in stock and was not going to stock until the spring (2019), the manager suggested that I keep it until they restock. I asked what I was supposed to do until then, and she said “oh just keep using it - Fantastic service, you’d think!After going into the store in April 3 times, I was told that the manager was not available/on site.So back to the e-mails, that was last month, to now (6/6/19) no response from anyone not even acknowledging receipt of the e-mail.I’m copying this to them now also.

First time that I used the dog wash& it was Awesome!I have a 75lb. BLK Lab puppy(1 1/2 yrs) and it was so easy to give him a bath& dry him. They have everything you need & I was able to Clip his Nails without a problem ☺️Great Experience..

Love this store! They always have great deals on everything from dog toys, treats n collars, to farm supply, to kids clothes and boots for everyone. Its the only place I can get the compressed pellet litter I use in my hedgehog cages! They also have baby birds on a regular in case hall's doesn't have what you're looking for. Love that my puppers can come see Santa at Christmas too!!

Tractor Supply in Apopka is a very clean store and their employees that work there are mostly men. Up front there are 2 check out lanes. They do have a female employee that is very short so she never really knows if anyone is up front and ready to check out. (too funny).I do know that the employees that work there are constantly moving about the store making sure that everything is in order for their customers for when they walk in the front door.People there are very kind and are there to help their customer's out if they need help with taking something down off of the shelf.My review is a 100%. We go shopping there often.

The store is always nice and decent customer service most days. BUT they are always out of Dumor 50 lb bag egg layer and larger bags of chicken scratch. We drive from the other side of town because this is the closest location. I would give more stars if they kept chicken food in stock.

Literally Every time I go in there I need help. Guess what there is an awesome set of people there to help. I cannot believe how knowledgeable everyone in there is. Girl power to those women who really know their stuff . I have also had to do an exchange and they were ready to help me replace for a bigger tool I need from the same product. I know that when I go there I will be coming out with everything that I needed all because you have took the time to hire and train a high preformance team. Thank you so much and I will continue to keep coming here and keep supporting this store. I wish I could remember the name I believe she is the floor manager well I know she's been promoted to that position I think her name is either Shelby or Ashley I would be wrong so forgive me but she is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. It's clear to me she has just about every store product in her mind and will be able to tell you where to find it and what other things you may need which is great. Thank you!
