Tropical fish is being my hobby for many years, today I called this store looking for a particular fish, the employee that answered the call was Amy and she told me that they carried that type of fish and went right away to the fish section to verify if they have any left in stock after confirmed that they did, I made it to the store were Jonathan the employee in charged of the fish ordering took care of me and got my phone number to notify when they get the other types that I was lookin for. This was a very good experience and a great customer service from this sore. I had a bad experience with customer service at Tropical fish store in Oviedo even that they have a great selection of the types of fish that I collect it discourage me of taking my business there.

We went to the groomer and our Princess Buttercup loved Kara! This was our first grooming ever but it was great. Pricing was reasonable and we left with a cute bandana and treats. The grooming was excellent, Buttercup smells so good and now her coat is very clean!We will definitely be back! 🐕🐕‍ 🛁

I bought a rat for my snake from here a small rat and get home to see it's a huge rat that was crammed in a small box. They would not accept a return or exchange for it because I don't have receipt or not a member even though it's their fault for giving me the wrong size rat. And not even letting me see it before they boxed it up

My Furry babees love Kara the groomer. They take care of my babies until I pick them up... Always have our dog food we need. Love shopping at all Pet Supermarkets. Someone always answers the phone when I have questions.

The staff changes a bit but that just goes along with post-COVID job market ups & downs, not the store itself. And when staff changes, the newbies are always great so that speaks to management's ability to hire and train. Always a great time here for doggie self service baths. Clean, great signage and good sale offerings. Our family always feels welcomed here by everyone.

The manager was very sweet and helpful. She really knew her stuff, and even owns the pets we needed info about. She let the kiddos hold one of the Conures, and that really made my son's day. Will definitely shop here more in the future!

I stopped by on Saturday October 16th to purchase fish food. The young Luke working at the register was very polite and said welcome to Pet Supermarket. I then went on my way to get the fish food and then I decided to see if I could find some kind of cream for my dog’s paws along with booties to protect them from allergies. There were to other store employees Pam and Johnathan that totally ignored me as I was trying to find these items and I was very frustrated going back and forth through the aisles. I would have given more stars to Luke at the register however I knew he could not leave his post. I guess the other 2 store employees didn’t want to bother to help.. and I was the only one in the store!

Julie does such a great job on your nails, and pedicures. She really took her time and was very thorough. The establishment is very clean there was a young lady cleaning all the windows, doors, and jars of nail color. Thanks so much my nails look great. I will definetly be back.

Big pet store, they have a lot of types of pet foods and they have dog grooming. You can also wash your own dog in the DIY dog wash.

Bird prices are soaring, but the customer service here soars even higher! Trust me, you'll find a friendly and kind staff who are happy you walked in to their store. You can ask for help or be left to shop, too. They're around and attentive for all customers. Thanks for being an awesome Pet Supermarket location!

New to the area area and was pleased to find a conveniently located pet superstore not named Petco or PetSmart. I love that they carry some of the more niche, higher quality brands at reasonable prices. They also have feeding supplies for reptiles and have come through on several occasions when other stores were out! Really appreciate the level of service that ETHAN has provided every time. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I love this place. The self bathing area was fantastic. I wish we had that where I lived. Gave my dog a great bath and his hair is still soft and smells great.

I went there to get my dog's nails done for the first time today.I've been unsatisfied with the big chain up the block for a while now. My friend suggested this place because his groomer Marlene had recently got an employed here. The ladies are courteous. I was a walk in. They weren't annoyed if anything they were gracious and courteous.I asked if I could go shopping at the grocery store next door and they said yeah I was fine. So I killed two birds with one stone.I looked at the dogs who were there getting haircuts. Usually big chains like this only know how to shave your dog bald.but one dog was getting shaved and another dog was actually getting a cut & style and looked good. My dog's nails were cut to perfection it's been a long time since my dog's nails were done right. She has back dew claws and those can be difficult. They cut it and they filed it right I am no way going to get scratched they did a good job. And every time I go in the store the staff always inquires to my needs. I want to thank the ladies who cut crickets nails today Y'all did a great job. My only regret is I didn't get the name of the young lady giving the dog a hairstyle cuz I want her to cut my dog's hair. The dog was getting antsy and she was so sweet and patient to the dog at the same time making the dog look pretty..

I didn’t see a place on the receipt to leave a comment? Anyhow my first visit was yesterday and holy smokes your store is immaculate! Plus the staff especially Cody were awesome. Cody helped me with some questions and when we branched out of his expertise he was quick to print out a pet care sheet off of a website. Gotta say I was so impressed my follow up needs out of a pet store I’ll be coming to your location specifically. Thank you. And Cody if you hear about this Buddy. Great work man, keep it up!

This store and their staff are so helpful and friendly! They are always able to help me out with all my questions. They have a really good selection of pet supplies and the prices are good too. I used the grooming center and the groomer Kara was extremely professional, very good with my pupper, and kept him comfortable the whole time despite him usually being anxious.The grooming center was also remarkably clean and well-organized. Most grooming I go to have hair everywhere and can be a little grungy but not here, I had no worries letting my pup sniff around.Overall I definitely recommend this place, and especially Kara as a groomer.

Small in comparison to others but quality staff. Clean and we'll maintained freshwater aquarium friends are found here. The kittens are adorable! Someone please come rescue Cici and Grasshopper. This store is my favorite.

I take my chug here to see Meara for baths & nail trimming. Always a wonderful service. Everyone is so nice! She’s very sweet with my woofer and he always leaves looking his best!!
