My first time today at Our Pet World in Apopka FL and I loved it. Very friendly and helpful with questions and really good prices. I’ve been paying a lot more online in comparison to what I paid at Our pet World. They have a great rewards program by the way :)

We went to get a male guinea pig to go with our other male, and were told that it was a male by two clerks there. All of the staff but one person (maybe and that's generous) seemed really incompetent and had no pet knowledge. Now we have to pay $700+ to get the FEMALE we bought from there spayed and hope we don't end up with babies. They also have a no refund policy which is already suspicious walking in. The store will be getting an earful from us at some point.

My boyfriend and I had a great first time experience at the store. Prices are so much better than online. Marcus was a huge help, and he gave us free sample of his favorite dog food. We’ll definitely go back there!

Went to get a hamster habitat today. Don't line big box stores for such things if possible and picked this smaller store. Picked out a $100+ enclosure and supplies.When we got to the counter to check out with our items we were told the paper price on the enclosure was "old" and instead of $100, it's $180! No honor of the price on the box, and no apology. We left, and ordered the same enclosure on Amazon for $120 with next day delivery.Small business are best, except when they're not. Price competitively and provide good services and you'll win.

I’ve given this store two chances of shopping there.The first time I went about a year ago & the woman there was so rude and unfriendly. And I swore I’d never go back.Well today I went back again and the same thing. Rude, unfriendly, short answers to my questions etc.how do you want people to support your small business when you act like that?!I wasn’t rude, I just asked two very simple questions.But of 3 people working in there, none of them could help & had no knowledge about the questions I was asking about a product. How do you have people working in a pet store and none of them can help Or give info on your products.

Very nice pet store. They even had puppies and kittens you would of never guessed it. The place did not even smell. The animals looked very healthy and well taken care of. I went in for a bird heater ..they did not have but suggested other way to keep our bird warm. Very nice staff. We still found other items to put in our bird cage. Definitely be back!

I always support local business when I can. This place makes that easy. Great selection and the employees are great folks who really care about your animals and what they need. Interestingly, I found that their prices on the things I was looking for were not higher than I can find online. And some things significantly lower than the 'big box' pet stores. Definitely a new stop for me.

Great place to shop for your furry friends. They are always very polite and helpful. I love that they trim my dog's nails for free and are so patient with her. They have cute pets for sale and they have lots of great stuff for many kinds of pets. I recommend this store.

Im from New York City, and I googled tgis olace to look for a carrier for my puppy. I called the store to ask questions and the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant also helpful. My mom, and I drove to the store, and the gentleman that had answerd remembered who I was from the prior phone conversation. He directed me to the perfect carrier for my pup. When it was time to cash out he, and the manger were very compliant ro our purchase. He also trimmed my pups nails. We had a wonderful experience at this store. Very friendly, helpful, and met our needs as customers. I believe the gentleman’s name was Mark or Marcus, and I totally can’t recall the nice lady in the store as well. Overall anytime I am in Florida I will be coming back. Thank you guyssss. Btw Ashton lovesee his carrier🤗🤗

Staff was super kind and helpful when we wanted to hold a rat. They were very professional when the rat jumped out of our hands and started running around the store. It was quite a scare but the way they handled everything while being fast and careful with the rat was amazing.

Great local store. I bought my 4 month old Bearded dragon there and the friendly knowlagable staff have helped me every step of the way. The 1 downfall to this store is there vary narrow selection of reptiles. Other than that, I highly recommend a visit.

As a long time customer of Our Pet World in Apopka, who has spent considerable sums of money, I was rather shocked to learn ( via the young guy who I spoke to today on the phone when I called) that despite my turtle hatchling, which died in the span of just 2 months, which I purchased from them, that they have no guarantee on the sales of their pets. Yes, that's right folks....no guarantee.... so along with high prices, if your pet passes away, it apparently doesn't matter, as after you have left the store...BUYER BEWARE!!!! Thanks Our Pet World Apopka- You have just lost another customer.....Time to shut down!!!!!!!

Great store for a quick pick up of pet supplies. We get crickets and meal worms here. The employees are always welcoming. My kids love to pet the puppies every chance they get!

Buyer beware they don't warranty livestock even if they sell you a sick animal. They also don't work with you. And when you ask them questions because you are new to certain things you are not told everything you need to know about the animal.

When we pulled up into the parking lot we noticed that the store looked like they had moved. Turns out they just down sized a part of their store. The land lord has decided to lease out the other part of where Pet World used to be. The store looks a tad smaller and what didn't sell the people decided to go thru their inventory and got rid of quite a bit and put new stuff in. Each aisle has pretty much what they had before just not alot of is all. They still have animals to buy. Reptiles of your choices. Both Cat and Dog food and treats. The atmosphere is nice. People there are great and help you out if you have any questions that you might need answered. We go there every chance we get.

Don't judge this book by it's cover, when I needed crickets for my dragon I had to stop here and the inside is completely opposite the outward appearance. Great store, helpful staff, knowledgeable reptile keeper. A+

I went here for the first time and it will not be the last. Very friendly staff and also super knowledgeable. They had quite a few puppies there for sale as well as kittens, birds and other things.Great find!

nice place, got my cockatiel yesterday with a kit as well. and some toys for my cat, will come back soon for some more toys and decoration for the cage. but the food it came with was a only seed diet, that can cause fatty liver and more for the bird. thats the only con though, very nice decor and many pets to choose from.

Ordered my product on June 2, 2021. Tracking still shows its on a plane from Singapore since June 8, 2021. Emailed Our Pet World 2 times, they respond quick but keep telling me that due to Covid they are having shipping delays. Never will I purchase from this company again!
