Love This animal hospital. Other hospitals I went to when I would pick up my dog he would be terrified and then wouldn’t wanna go back. Here my dog Gibbs ended up enjoying and felt comfortable. They took time to get to know him and he loved the vet tech and the doctor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Sierra Animal Hospital has kind and caring staff. Appointments are easy to get, clear, up front pricing, clean facilities and no pressure to buy or proceed with treatments. They even call and send texts after every appointment to make sure your loved one is well. They provided routine care for my Luna for over 3 years and unfortunately when she got sick they continued to provide exceptional emergency care. Unfortunately my Luna did not make it due to cancer but their staff is so caring they even sent a bouquet of flowers to my home with their condolences. We appreciate Dr. Doms professionalism and compassion.

We are new in this part of FL and went to this vet because of reviews well I love this vet I just took my 11 year old shepherd who is horrified to get her nails done. We called first and they took our situation seriously provided us with clamming meds that actually worked it is not the first time we have tried this route, but it is the first time we have had them work and I know she’s 11 years old, but this vet will be trimming her nails for the rest of her life along with her other health needs‼️

I've been going here for years now and they're truly great to work with. They done amazing with my dogs from some of the best times in my pups life and through some of their worst days. Their pricing is fair for the market, they have good availability when needed and their office is clean. We're moving soon and wish I could take Dr. Riggs with us!

I'm a new client. The front desk is pleasant and respectful...the vets and techs I have encountered so far in my 2 visits wasn't as positive. Very condescending and arrogant. I'll spare some of the details but I really didn't have a good 1st meeting with the 2nd vet and I'm debating going back to this place. I feel the same way I do going to the mechanic these days at the vet. Its nothing but a money grab. The prices are outrageous and they want to drive your bill up to $200 and $300 dollars each time. I asked for price quote for 3 vax, i got a laundry list of items that she just had done included and the bill was close to $300 when they were done. I'm going to try a 3rd time and truly hope I get a vet that isn't awful, rude and condescending to me as the last one. Her bedside manners were awful. I got reprimanded when and was lectured during my first encounter with her over choose to feed my dog a raw diet dog food brand. She preceded to tell me about a dog that die who ate a raw diet and also expressed my dogs anal gland and looked annoyed by it since she said all she did was touched her back and end and it went all over. She was annoyed at the mess it maid and I had to apologize to her. The cost for that accidental anal glad expression was added to my bill for $35.99. I wanted to find a vet closer to me and this was the place. I might have to decide and do the drive because the other vet we had was a kind women and I never felt as uncomfortable speaking with her in the years I went to her as I did my first meeting with a vet at Sierra. Terrible bedside manners. This place does seem like a money grab as mentioned by another client. On the fence with this place. If you are going to price gouge at least be nicer to your clients and don't treat them with arrogance and speak to them in a condescending rude manner. The 3 stars instead of is for the young ladies at the front desk.

Went in for an initial appointment with my doggo. Place was very clean and organized. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They offered a military discount which is always cool!! 100% recommend coming here! Couldnt be happier with the service!!

The staff here was outstanding. I called them for what I thought was an emergency, just because they were close and I didn’t know what was going on with my pup. They told me to come in so they could help me out and the experience from call to checkout was amazing. You can tell the staff truly cares about the animals and their care and compassion was inspiring. I was so impressed that I ended up transferring my pup to them for long term care. Can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Sierra used to care for my Rottweilers a few years ago and was great! I don’t know what has happened over the years but the new vets in this office are horrible!! This place has turned into a literal money grabI took my puppies for their 12 week shots yesterday and the tech lied to me saying that they had to give them 5 shots instead of the 1 that I asked for.I was firm that I didn’t want them overly medicated because I know that Parvo is the only necessary vaccine (Google is free), yet he chose to lie to me! I feel bad for anyone that they are able to swindle and there’s a special place for people like him.

Friendly staff, veterinarian very knowledgeable, she explained in detail, gave me options with different prices for what I could afford, prices reasonable. I recommend and will from this time forward be taking my fur babies for all my veterinarian needs. I have 7 cats 2 dogs and a bird, not sure if she'll see my bird but I'm sure she'll have recommendations if not. Experience was the best. Thanks to the whole team my cat 24 is getting much better.

The staff is great. I am giving 3 stars because every time I have an appointment, I am made to sit in the waiting room for a ridiculously long amount of time. I am close to changing vets for this reason. I work and I can’t keep taking 2 hours off my job every time I take my animals to this vet.

We recently moved to Apollo Beach with a 4 year old siberian husky and a 3 month old siberian husky, so to say things were stressful was an understatement. The staff at Sierra Animal Hospital took all the guesswork out of transitioning to a new vet and were so helpful and knowledgeable about getting both dogs up to date on vaccines, county tags, etc. The front desk staff are always so kind and friendly when talking on the phone and so personable and helpful when you’re in the office. We usually see Dr. Doms and I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a veterinarian in the area. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and has such a positive and friendly personality.

Sierra Animal Hospital is great! I was able to schedule a next day appointment for my dog (which is nearly impossible to do nowadays). I walked in, and was immediately taken to a room. I did not have to wait long for a vet tech to come in and speak with me. Everyone is very friendly and worked with my very shy and nervous baby. Their suggestions worked on my dog, and I am already noticing a change for the better for my dogs skin. I have found my new local vet for my baby!

I definitely recommend this veterinary office. The people here really care about you and your pets. They go above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of and that everything goes as painlessly as possible for them. They are very up front about the costs of procedures and discuss it with you beforehand. They also have a fantastic bedside manner, which is something I appreciate. We were seen by Dr. Hillary Wolfe, their technician Mike Palchus, and the receptionist that day was Kelly Nixon. All of them did a wonderful job, despite the unfortunate circumstances.When my cat Blaze (pics included) got sick very suddenly, they were nice enough to see her immediately. As soon as we got there, they took her back right away, and worked on figuring out what was wrong. Sadly, after doing some tests and taking X-rays, they found out she had an untreatable fatal condition and would need to be put to sleep to prevent her from experiencing anymore pain. As I researched what they'd told me shortly afterward, I found their explanation to be accurate.While it was a sad thing to lose her, everyone was so kind about it. Even though it was kind of late and they were getting ready to close, I was allowed to be alone with her for as long as I wanted beforehand. I also got to hold her during the procedure, which I know made her a lot more comfortable. What really blew me away was when I noticed tears in Dr. Wolfe's eyes when she had to do it. It was the same for Dr. Palchus. They both did everything they could for her. I know that can't be an easy job, but it also really showed that they actually truly do care about their furry little patients a great deal.To all of you who were there that day... Thank you. Your kindness will never be forgotten. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I will definitely be bringing my other pets here in the future.

My cat suddenly became lethargic. We had no vet. I called Sierra and they got me in, took various tests and sent us home with meds. They called the next day to check up on her. They were so kind and made me feel like my kitty was their favorite little patient. It was wonderful.
