This place is such a little gem and we absolutely love it! We picked up some toys and lots of treats for our pups and kitties. Our dogs scarfed down the Oyster Bones right away! The staff were so kind and knowledgeable as well. We will be back for more soon.

This is a great place for accessories for you, your dog or your cat! It is not overpriced and the selection is amazing. We were unexpectedly back in town a couple of days later and went back because we were so pleased the first time (and we needed a portable water bowl dish for our dogs). I believe we met the owner the first time around and she was wonderful, her staff two days later were very friendly and helpful as well. They even have a backyard where we took our boys for a little break... as life would have it our hybrid/mix is named Stanley!

I purchased a chew toy that was supposed to be undistrutable. When I arrived home my 10 pound dog started chewing the toy and pieces of the toy came off and he swallowd them When we attempted to return trying to explain I was rudely dismissed with no offer even of a store credit. Since this could make my dog sick it was very concerning. they seemed to care less. I would avoid this business.

👎If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The young lady that was a worker in the store didn't even greet us or ask us how we are doing. The first thing she did and said was give us a rude glaring look and asked us if we had a mask. I said no, and that I have a medical exemption. I even gave the courtesy of stating which one kept me from wearing one, which I absolutely do not have to divulge. (the exception is stated on writing on the front door for mask exemptions for health reasons and concerns.)(see photos.) Also, you cannot legally ask someone what their medical condition is. She then went silent and gave us an even more rude glare, so I said "Would you like our business?) She responded with "That's up to you." Sorry, but no, that is mostly your priority, not the customer in my opinion." She then asked if my Girlfriend had a a specific medical exemption, which is absolutely out of line. My girlfriend then said "You know what, I'm out." We left and I stood outside and wrote this review. Terrible, rude, and ridiculous experience. Never will get my business, and I will let all my family and friends know about this experience and let them decide if they want to shop there.

Every time we visit the area, we make sure to stop by Oysterbones! We love their selection - for both pets and humans! Make sure to get your dog a bag of their homemade treats, with ground oyster shells mixed in. Our dogs love them!

Fantastic selection of toys, nicely organized and easy to shop. I picked up fun goodies for both my dogs. Along a bag of Oyster Bones treats. A generous cat section, too.

Such a cute place. Great gifts for fur babies and humans. My pups enjoyed the sea gull cookies. They had been chasing gulls on the beach all week.

Shop every year at this store for my babies, great selection. I will have to say this is the first time ever being treated very rudely by the young girl running the register. I asked for the prices of the cookies and she said that they start at .99c and go up, from one end to the other. I selected 4 cookies from the. 99c end, and was charged almost $12. I told her they should display their prices. She rudely told me I should have asked which I did. Won't be back.

Needed to return an item that I had had for only two days a new collar for my dog and swap it for a smaller one. They refused to take it back because I didn’t have the receipt even though I did share the credit card that I used to charge it three days before I told him I would never return.

Very pricy, 22 dollars for a dog collar ( with a discount) had really cool setup, there was a very nice woman at the front desk and she came around, gave our dog some pets and a treat! They were very nice, very calm, and not any people! Had very funny and sweet house decor and shirts!

Love this place! Found calming treats you can't find in our pet store all natural, as well as cat churro it's like a paste you can give a dab as a treat for hydration or in their food, my kitty lapped that up so fast. Grabbed a couple toys for them and adorable shirt for our dog. Friendly service with lots of neat things.

Horrible customer service!I bought one of their so called Tuff toys yesterday and it was floatable. I was throwing it at the beach and my dogs were fetching it. I noticed one end of it was becoming unraveled, after just one hour at the beach. My dogs WERE not chewing on it. I called the store today and was told very curtly, that I could not return it. I could understand it if it had been an entire week but only less than one hour? Seriously, there isn't another pet store that wouldn't gladly let you exchange it. This is horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Cute little shop for pet supplies. Most things seemed higher priced but, there is lots of variety and I still purchased a couple things for my dog. She was happy when I returned home with new toys.

The lady at the counter was very kind to us and our dogs. She helped us find what we needed and even gave the dogs treats! There is a great selection in the store as well. I will absolutely be returning next time I’m in Apalachicola.

Great store full of fun and unique pet paraphernalia and treats. Also, I'd like to offer my public apology - and thanks - to the incredible staff. While there, our kids managed to knock over an entire display of dog toys and made a huge mess. The staff took it in stride as we all helped to put it back together again. It made the best of an embarrassing situation and I greatly appreciate their attitude. They could have absolutely gone off on us or been complete jerks but they were incredible. Please visit and patronize a great store!

Nice little store for your 4-legged friend. They have a great selection of toys, treats, food, leashes, collars, and lots of Hyper-chewz toys. Pretty expensive, but great people. Nice little play area out front as well.
