A bunch of dead fish today in multiple tanks. This rating is solely based on the conditions of the fish tanks. This isn’t something that happens in one day and makes one question PetSmarts integrity regarding animal treatment and welfare.

We take our dog for grooming here. Our original groomer just moved, but we now have a replacement, and she is great with our dog and does an outstanding job cutting and washing her.

Over priced on everything, more than usual. I can't find most of the items that I am looking for. I try to do business at some brick and mortars to keep them a float but, it's not economically feasible anymore for me. I am also at the point, I can not trust most products that are sold for pet consumption, and that is from all stores in general. I cook fresh items mostly for my dog now. God help those, that have many to feed.

Our newly adopted dog was in desperate need of a good groom. I called on Wednesday afternoon and got an appointment for the very next morning. Scott was great and did a fantastic job! Our girl came out happy and as pretty as a picture.

This location is always clean and so organized. The grooming area is great and the associates are all super friendly and do excellent work. They even have a pet hospital on location as well which is always great. It’s a one stop shop for your furry friends!

This store is the WORST grooming location for a cat! The corporate trainer, Drianna, was not only aggressive and what I feel abusive to my cat, she also did a poor job and stated in "her professional opinion he should be done at Lake Underhill Veterinary so he could be sedated". Not sure why she did not like our use of Banfield Veterinary inside of PetSmart where we take all 6 of our rescue cats.My 3 year old Flame Point Siamese, Marshmallow has been groomed every 2 to 3 months sine he was 6 months old with NO problems from anyone except the 2 times he was done at PetSmart in 2 locations. Drianna trained the other groomer at the other location. I feel this explains the problem.If you love you pets like I do, STAY AWAY from PetSmart. I may have to start shopping at Petco.

I was greeted with a smile at the door. When I stopped an associate to ask a question, she was more than happy to give me the info I needed. I bought a lovely cat tree (assembled) for my kitten. They were so sweet as to carry it to the check out for us while we finished shopping. When we checked out they were right there to carry it out and load it and our other purchases into the car. Always with a smile and professionalism. Thank you Petsmart, you are why I go out of my way to go to your store.

I love PetSmart! They have so many great products and so many choices. The prices are pretty good, too. After adopting a cat and finding out I was allergic to it, I had to bring it back to the shelter. I brought the products that I tried back to PetSmart, showed them my electronic receipt and they refunded my money! The people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They never push you to buy anything. They just help you find what may help you and you're the one that decides. If you have a furbaby, I highly recommend this PetSmart!

They are great at trimming my dogs nails. Even though we sometimes let them go too long and they get long, they are black, but still are able to cut and grind them pretty short. The staff is so nice and take good care of my big fur baby.

I could not find the cat food my cats like to eat. So, I looked online. This pet Smart store had it in stock. But, they were having an online sale too. I could not get the internet to work correctly on my phone. I asked if I could please get the discount since I am a member. I was so happy they agreed! So, I got my hard to find product with a discount too. They had so many toys, food, needed things, and cute stuff to choose from. I will definitely be back!

Crystal is the best trainer! She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only did my dogs love her and listened so well, but she also taught me how to understand my girls and the best ways to continue training my girls.

Dakota did a great job. He came back looking so handsome and appeared to have loved his first grooming appointment. He was able to get a full haircut and bath. I appreciate the willingness to give him the full experience after he did good with testing the waters.

Not to friendly staff, but you can find pretty much everything you need for your pets, they have in store that's why I choose to give then 4 stars. Not too friendly but, nice inventory. I will decently go back for our beard dragon supplies

Brought in my cat the other day to get the basic bath and brush package which included nail clipping and ear cleaning.After we picked her up and got her home she’s been shaking her head all the time and scratching/picking at her ears. We look in her ears to find tons of discharge. She has also been avoidant and not eating as much as she used to. Looks to us like she has an ear infection. Now we have to go spend 100s$ at the vet because of this PetSmart. Won’t be going here anymore that’s for sure. Before this she was a healthy exuberant cat with no issues…

I went to this petsmart yesterday to look for a fish to add to my turtle tank. The tanks on the far bottom left (especially tank 13) were piled with at least 30 dead fish. I understand that some fish usually die, and can die in masses, but I wish they had at least cleaned the tank. There were little kids looking at those fish, watching them eat their dead friends.

The staff here always looks terrified when you have a return and that’s because the store manager, Cory, consistently refuses returns. He always states that the item is not in “resealable condition,” without even inspecting the item. He won’t even give you a store credit as the return policy states. I’ve had to call corporate customer service regarding Cory twice now. I know how retail usually works and I believe he doesn’t want to accept returns so they are not deducted from his store’s sales. This store had even encouraged me to go to another location to return items as they were refusing my return.I wanted to return a $13 item to turn around and buy a $80 bag of dog food. And even after speaking to Cory and telling him we have spoke on this exact issue before after calling corporate, he still didn’t care.I come here because it’s convenient, despite my dog food being much cheaper at Chewy or Pet Supply Plus. Not that Petsmart cares, but they’ve lost a loyal customer who spends hundreds-thousands there a year and I will encourage everyone else I know to shop at local retailers instead too.

I take my dog for grooming here! I think the name of the groomer was channel, she was great! She called to confirm and make sure Charlie was groomed as directed and the job was pretty well done! I’m definitely coming back!

Petsmart is a great store everywhere. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. And my dog loves being able to shop with me. The groomers are fantastic, they always do such a great job.
