We filled out the pre-groom paperwork and no where did it say dogs on anti-anxiety medicine would be denied service. Though my review was originally 1 star, I added back a star because the woman was very nice about it. Very frustrating - this should be disclosed at booking.

Stephanie listened to what I wanted for my Princess I could tell she really cared about what I was saying; she also did a fantastic job on my Princy. I have already recommended this Petco. There was also a Manager on duty that came over to make sure all my needs were met.

Michelle is amazing! She does great work, is very attentive to what we want done, and very professional. When we take our dogs, they run to her and forget about us entirely. That makes us feel very confident that our dogs are in good hands.

I was able to come in and have my pup's nails trimmed without an appointment, and that means a lot to me. Making appointments is not always my strong point. I need to be able to do things in the spare of the moment. Trimmed buffed and out the door for 20 bucks, not to shabby.

Everyone in the grooming dept treats all 3 of my wonderful dogs like family and it’s always a pleasant experience. Smitty and Willy love the mini make rover and Flapjack loves her full grooms. Michelle,Katie,Teri, and Charlina are the best!!!!

Michelle is the best! The only groomer I trust my dog with. He is difficult and she has such patience love and strategy around him. She does not give up and is honest with us when he acts up when she does the service has always the best recommendations and I am always happy with the quality of her work!

Took my dog to get groomed today. He's been to three different Petcos and has never had an issue with any groomer. I'm sure Michelle is okay with other dogs but she did not handle my dog well. She greeted him suddenly with her palm down and then when she went to take him back she moved very quickly to put the leash over his head. My dog doesn't like sudden movements or people who don't give him space to come to them because he feels like he can't trust them; he was adopted and abused as a puppy and although I've worked with him on that, he still gets skittish around people who move too fast and he can't see what is coming. I've never have to preface that to any other Petco groomer because they usually know how to work with dogs and he never has a problem. He is also not aggressive anywhere (vet, public parks, etc.). I'm not sure if she only deals with dogs like golden retrievers who couldn't care less if you do things fast or slow, but she did not handle this situation with my dog correctly. After he tried to nip at her for putting the leash on too quick (he also did not bite her at all, he just made it known he didn't like what she did), she didn't want to groom him and didn't offer to have another groomer take over. She blamed the situation on my dog instead of recognizing that she may not have handled the situation correctly and at the end of the day my dog isn't groomed. I'll never take him back to this Petco grooming location because she acted like my dog is aggressive when she just didn't know how to approach and handle dogs. I'll take the advice and go back to Winter Park where the groomers are more experienced.

Michelle is a wonderful groomer. She is sweet and positive and does a beautiful job on our toy poodle, Ziggy. She always has a nice comment and seems to really love our dog. She is one of the best groomers we have had and we have had dogs for over 25 years.

Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and very friendly. This was the second time I brought Atticus there and both groomers were wonderful. I'm finding that it doesn't really matter which groomer I get both girls were just GREAT!!

Accidentally booked my dogs grooming appointment for the wrong date, when I showed up I didn't realize my mistake and simply showed up to the counter and stated that I was there for my appointment and was greeted by the girl at the counter simply stating "no you don't, not that this location" with an attitude and was less than helpful. I've never used this location for grooming and usually go to Winter Park or Apopka and always have the best service. I've also visited this Petco with help with other needs (such as aquatics) everyone else has been great at this location; just NOT the grooming department. Never taking my dog here again.
