I had not gone to Petco often in the past, but this location changed my mind. I will definitely be returning.

Her name was either Vilma or Wilma (can’t fully remember); she helped me with a return and a price match. Even though she said she was new, she was able to price match an item from the Pet Co Website. She was also so friendly and kind! Thank you for a great customer service 😊

The manager is beyond rude, I was about to make a decent purchase and would rather drive to another location to spend my money and time opposed to this location, didn’t care to try and help me find anything, then when I asked if I could speak to a manager he informed me that was his position— that’s a pity for Petco, I work in guest services myself and would never treat/interact with patrons in that fashion. Find someone who actually wants the job of assisting guests, not just clocking in and out.

They wouldn’t groom my dog who had 1/2 of a therapeutic dose for a dog his size (7 drops (2mg) for 65# dog) of CBD 21 hours prior. If you’re going to pretend to be pharmacists or vets, get the training. Your views in CBD are completely wrong. It’s a shame because Teri the groomer deserves a better place to work. She is the best. My dog will miss her but we won’t be back.

I took my recently rescued puppy Harley to get all his puppy shots and let them know he is very shy & scared. They listened and where so so accommodating to him and his needs. I will drive out of my way to come to this petco/vetco to make sure he is cared for and respected

Terrible service. Nikki, the grooming salon manager is very rude and condescending. She started very polite and once she seen the notes in the computer, she immediately got aggressive and continue to scold us over and over again like children. She used her power to make our life miserable bc she didn’t like the fact we didn’t want to continue to hear her lecture over and over again with her aggressive tone.Spoke to the manager of the store, he defended her without trying to reach a resolution. Will never come to this location again.

Never take your pet to this location. You pay a lot of money and they come back with fleas. Then they can’t do anything for you but offer you a flea bath but you still have to pay for it. I’ve said it before Petsmart is the way to go. Never again will I go to this nasty over priced location. If you love your pets please don’t take them to Petco

They have a good selection of supplies, and do a lot of work with rescues to help animals. They always have clean bird cages, and small animal cages as well. They are a little pricey, but I think the selection they have makes up for it, and they have human-grade food and prescription diets and flea meds available for purchase (with an rx from your vet!)

I love this petco. I bring my yorkie in to be groomed by Brittany and she does an amazing job. I have 0 complaints and the customer service is great.

Petco's honestly awesome. I probably go there every week or two. Dear pet owners, if you're in need of pet supplies or actual pets, this place is for you. Although they don't sell dogs, you might see one or two walking with their owners! I reccomend Petco to everyone, unless you have pet allergies (there's all kinds of pets in there every day).

Petco doesn't care much for their fish in general. This poor koi has ich, fin rot, or both. It's too late for this one, but if they treated the rest of the tank, the fish would stand a chance. Don't buy from them. The time for improper fish treatment was over 20 years ago.

I bought two cans of dog food. Not realizing the grain free food wasn’t included in the sale or the sign didn’t state as such either. I returned the grain free can and got another regular dog food can the person didn’t give me back my money for the can I returned he charged me again for the other can. So not only did I not get credit for the can I returned I was charged for another can. I didn’t realize it until I got home and checked my bank account. I trusted the guy did the return correct. Now I have to go back to the store when I get a chance. Hopefully the store in my town can straighten it out for me because the store I bought the food from was about 30 miles away.

My dog is a friggin mess without halo elevate dog food because of his skin and I’ve been running around trying to find it I got to these guys about five minutes after they closed didn’t have to embarrass myself too badly but I begged and they opened and save the day thank you guys very much very compassionate of you

Ms. Mary was INCREDIBLE!!!After driving to 2 Petco stores and 35 min away looking for the “Cat Sushi Bonito Flakes” for my cats, I called the store and Ms. Mary was able to hold the last of the flakes they had in stock for my cats. She was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The best service we’ve ever received from a pet store and Petco! Will definitely be coming back even though it’s nowhere near us because of Ms. Mary!

This petco is well placed next to the mall, a supercharger and a Whole Foods. It’s never crammed, well stocked, just right sized to find what you need and , very very clean. I’ve never had to wait long to checkout and the couple interactions I’ve had with staff were great. I came here first because Orijen was $30 cheaper than my pet store but it really is a 10/10 retail spot and well managed.

I went here recently to get a pet mouse. He is so friendly! So sweet. Great price too. I bought one of the small saucer mouse wheels for him and he loves it. The staff was really nice and helpful too.

I arrived before 7:00 p.m. and the dude was pushing the door shut and when I got to the door he explained to me that the registers were all already completely closed and that he couldn't help me I knew exactly what I needed and where it was because I shop here all the time because I foster kittens but you know I guess a 22-year-old guy isn't worth the 1 minute transaction lol f the long haired white guy that was working for being so rude.

As one of the few vendors with live feed rats, they were quick and efficient to address my animal sitting needs. The store is clean and seems to have a handful of events for dog training and socializing. I also enjoy the community boards for information and the price match policy. This is a staple for animal lover for rabbit hats, bedding, dog food, or just about any animal care request.

Great service however one major problem I'm handicapped and there is not one handicap spot anywhere near their building Not even remotely close. And yet they have online pickup spots reserved. I see where their priorities are. I suggest check that I highly suggest that management corrects this immediately. If I see this again here and I do frequent Petco very often I will have to take this to the next step. Not acceptable Petco not at all. Two stars was only because the two employees I spoke to were very nice and very helpful. You'll get five stars when you add handicap parking spots.
