Coming from the hospital with my wife after a stay with major cancer surgery one perscription had been filled but not the other. The individual at the drive through window projected a 'I don't want to be here attitude' in fact stating he had just gotten back from lunch 5 minutes ago. I would have to wait for another 15 minutes or drive 30 minutes back at a later time. This doesn't sound like a lot of time but when your wife is sitting there in pain and when asked if they could get it a little faster being told we have handicaped people come in here all the time. Both supscriptions called at the same time but only filling at different times is not ok. I had stopped using Walgreens some time ago for the I don't care attitudes of employees and if I can get my wife to change it would be good moving forward. There are many more pharmacies that want business.

The drive through window person was waiting on a customer, never acknowledged the fact that I was there, never said "I will be with you shortly"...... I waited at least 15 minutes before he acknowledged the fact that I was there. The prescription I was going to pick up was called in the early morning hours. He stated that they were going to fill it tomorrow. WHO DOES THAT?!!! People go to the Dr's, to get a prescription, they are to start using it immediately, not wait a day or two, or more. Whenever they feel like they want to fill it or get the medicine shipped in because they do not stock it. We have had several bad experiences with the Walgreens pharmacy.

The long nailed, nasty batch that supposedly manages the place just threatened me. Wrong move. Consequences coming. What a shame that such good staff has to work for her. She is ignorant and cares more for her nails than Customers. What a waste. You just lost a loyal customer.

Came here for a flu test. I was so sick. The person the greeted me( if that’s what you want to call it) Josh, was so rude. He seems quite upset to have to do his job. There was no kind of “customer service “ from him. Thankfully this isn’t my pharmacy. From one tech to another, you can do better, Josh.

Grossly incompetent. Lost my order and can't find it. Was supposed to be delivered days ago. I've spoken with three different associates, been hung up on multiple times, and they still can't figure out what's going on.

Visted 2/24/24 for rapid covid test. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing nor care.Do yourself a favor and visit a different location. Waste of money here.

pharmacy at this store is slower than molasses running UP a hill in January in North Dakota. No matter how many staff there are on duty, they just cannot keep up. Suggest avoiding the wait and using another pharmacy.

Can not say enough positive about the staff! Yessi greats everyone with a smile and always has a kind word. She knows the location of everything in the store! In a world where customer service is almost completely gone she is such an asset! She is why we go back to Walgreens in Alachua!

Drive thru was very slow. I sat for close to 15 minutes before they decided to let me know my husband's script was only going to be filled for 7 days. We have to go back in 8 days to get the remaining amount. No fault of Walgreens. But they could/should have told me what was going on. By my sitting there, it caused a backup behind me. Good thing they don't have drive thru times like the fast food restaurants do. They would have gotten written up.

Pharmacy stops answering the phone an hour before close. I don’t just want to have medicine, I need it — this isn’t for fun. What a nightmare this store put me in after effectively closing at 4pm after I was discharged from the Emergency Dept to pick up medicine. I truly despise this Walgreens and the corporation in general for prolonging my suffering and sending me back to the ER.

Lately service has been HORRIBLE, I've always liked using this pharmacy but, things have definitely declined in the last few months ,they never have the meds , and the staff seems to be frustrated and not so enthusiastic to help. I don't think Ill be patronizing this establishment any longer.

Tanner in the photo department is outstanding! He realized my photo order was printing in very low quality. Stopped my order, contacted me and walked me through using their online temples (after a few trials and errors due to the website itself), we found the perfect fit that printed beautifully! Tanner went above and beyond to make sure our photos were perfect!

Pharmacy is terrible! I am only with them because of my insurance. You turn in a prescription and one person will tell you one date, you call that date and another person will tell you no you have to wait another day! Are you serious? Every time I deal with this place I end up with a headache because my blood pressure shoots up sky high! I have only encountered ONE PROFESSIONAL person there and she isn't even a pharmacist! Her name is Erica! Can't wait for January so I can go back to CVS!!!

I had a great experience at the Walgreens location in Alachua, not only the personal is very friendly but they have an awesome Manager named Amanda. I was driving my two little guys completely fast asleep, I was by my self ( I didn't wanted to leave them in the car unattended), went to the drive trough and the pharmacist was so nice that she called the manager to assist me because I needed teething gel and Ibuprofen and she didn't have access to it. Amanda was very nice, friendly and patient with me. I want to acknowledge the great service that I got from the pharmacist and from the Manager Amanda.Thank you all at the Walgreens in Alachua, and I strongly recommend shopping at this location :)

If you want to buy Borden eggnog from here, don't. I purchased the last one today and when I got to work I tried to drink it and it was the most gelatin eggnog I have ever had. I almost vomited right there and I am very disappointed. I would've have brought it back but I didn't have time due to my shift starting.I assume whomever stocked the eggnog left it out too long because it shouldn't have been like that at all and it wasn't expired yet.I won't buy another dairy related item there again.

The pharmacy staff is so frustrating to work with. One staff member tells you one thing and is very helpful and encouraging. Then you go back and it's a whole different staff and they contradict what the other staff told you.I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Publix. I am through playing games and getting so frustrated with this staff in Alachua, FLORIDA.I have had to get the store Manager involved before. This time, they just lost a customer.

I will be using Walgreens pharmacy from now on. I had my son's prescriptions sent to Walgreens at first, then changed to CVS when refilling because it's closer to my house. CVS had the prescriptions for 5 days and still said they were having a problem with getting the insurance to approve them. Walgreens was able to fill it the first time without issue. With my son almost out of meds, I asked Walgreens to have CVS transfer the prescriptions back to them. That was at around 4pm, and they were ready when I called at 9-ish the next morning. Walgreens Pharmacy staff is competent and professional; and that's why I'll be going there from now on.

I won't to thank the doctors at the alachua branch my temperature was 200+ not only did they attend to me they followed me home to make sure I was ok and taken to the doctor,,my heart goes out to them and I am forever ❤️ great ful. L. Darling

Scam their points are a scam have over $12 in points won't let me use it called customer service that's a joke I just refuse to buy anything from there is high price no discount since I done get the points I just switched to cvs that's a better company anyway

I am a cancer patient and I submitted my prescription to the pharmacy clerk who took my license, script and scanned it into their computer. This was for a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE..Pain.Went to pick it up today and they LOST THE SCRIP....LOST .They have copy in computer but lost hard copy. Maybe this should be looked into..

If you need you medicines right away, this is not the location to fill them, I have been waiting over 4 hours, no call or text, I call and just not they are working on my prescription...will go elsewhere next time.
