Sharing my personal experience.once entered the first things that stand out into a Walmart shopping center is the sheer size of the place. The aisles are wide and well-organized, making it easy for customers to navigate through the store. The store layout is intuitive and user-friendly, with clear signage and helpful staff members available to assist customers with any questions they may have. Usually I use to visit here for groceries, electronics, clothing, and this time I wondered seeing elegant designer jewels for both men and women . Collections are really cool design with reasonable price . My highly recommend place for family shopping .

The parking is horrible. You have employees and shoppers in the handicapp parking space with no handicapp ID and the wanna security just rides around doing absolute nothing. Went the other day and purchased a rotisserie Chicken and it was cooked on the outside and raw on the inside

This is the first Walmart I've been to that is truly different. The parking is free, albeit under the store, there are several people working the baskets and receipts in and out at the top of the escalator. When you left they had a special way you could get your carriage on it's own escalator. The actual store was fairly small. But like all Walmarts you can at least find a something close to what you need.

I've tried contacting someone at this store to discuss an accessibility issue, but no one answers. Not to be confused with the online customer services representatives, who are easy to get a hold of and as helpful as they can be, but since I'm still experiencing issues and unable to get to the store in person, I've tried reaching out to the store directly to address my issue. The store manager information is also unavailable. My issue:Unable to go to the store in person, all of my grocery shopping is done online. Multiple times, I've placed orders around my schedule only to have the shopper begin shopping and mark each individual item as "unavailable." At first, I thought it was my error for not selecting substitutions, but even with substitutions and attempts to chat with the shopper (w/ no response), my orders are continuously cancelled. My biggest issue with this is the accessibility issue. This is a service that some people depend on and thus far no one has been able to help me resolve the issue. It cannot be possible that every single item I ordered is out of stock. And if it is, are there truly no substitutions that can be made? Is the store truly out of all forms of water, salt, garlic, etc.? I don't understand how this is possible and why it keeps happening. It's a disservice to people with disabilities who may not be able to shop themselves. Not that it matters, but if it does, I'll be happy to update my review if someone helps address my issues.Edit: since posting this review yesterday, they’re now telling me I’m ineligible for delivery based on an address that they’ve delivered to every week prior to yesterday.

I'll start by saying this is one of two grocery stores I frequent. If I'm not willing to trade cheaper prices for longer lines, I'll shop at the Giant off of Rhode Island NE. It's clear that we're familiar with Walmart's pricing strategy given our experiences there, and I don't believe this store is any different. The aisles may be slightly narrower compared to stores outside the city, but the fact that we get free parking in the District, especially off a major street, is a plus. The lines at this store can be quite long and are some of the most hectic I've seen for a grocery store. If you're doing your weekly shopping and not just picking up snacks, and therefore ineligible for the self-checkout lines, waiting up to forty-five minutes in line wouldn't be surprising. However, I don't think many of us should be surprised by this, given the store we're shopping at. If you need assistance with unlocking products or finding items, you might be out of luck. But if you know what you're looking for, you should be fine, and the main downside aside from the long lines is just that.Despite the long lines, this is still my favorite store in DC because of the cheap prices. I've never witnessed any unprofessional behavior from the checkout staff. While you might not be able to have a conversation with them, they seem to take their job seriously enough not to be rude even on a bad day.

This place needs some serious help. It needs new management. They simply do not care what goes on in this store. They are so lucky I am not a secret shopper. This store will fail miserably. Most of the employees here just do not care about their community. Do not care about their store. Do not care about the people that come to shopping this store.. As busy as this store is, this place needs some serious help. It needs new management. They simply do not care what goes on in this store. They are so lucky I am not a secret shopper. This store will fail miserably. Most of the employees here just do not care about their community. Do not care about their store. Do not care about the people that come to shopping this store.. As busy as this store is,their shelves should be constantly stocked and full. Whoever does the ordering for the store needs to be fired. From fresh bread to water, how can you be out of bread and water basics. Most of the shells are continuously and constantly empty you cannot find what you need. Then, most of the items are in the wrong locations. Some of you people who are in the higher-ups. Who runs this company? Your supervisors need to come check out these two stores in DC. They suck and they do not care about the community. And again they don't care about the people who shop here. This is another one of your Walmart stories that you guys can sit there. And BE laugh at and be happy about IT because there's another disaster.

Terrible!Terrible! Stay away. I went in the evening and everything is locked up and NO ONE had the key! Take your business elsewhere! Thank goodness for an Associate name Lanese. She stopped stocking and searched for someone with a key . 20 minutes!

As far as Walmarts go this one is pretty solid! They are well stocked and well staffed. The only big downside is that checkout lanes get fairly busy and crowded. We've been using their online ordering and pickup service for a few weeks though and it's gone smoothly every time.

Our cashier was not helpful at all and even charged twice an ítem. When we found out (the same day), we were unable to contact customer service by phone, as they never picked up. We were just visiting the area, so we left with that embittered taste.

Its a typical Walmart. The grocery/ fruits and veggies area were all clean and well stocked. The aisles were also clutter free but the fishing section was small and rods not well organised.A few of the units were either broken or too tangled to get to.Its a pretty busy store and the fact that it was well maintained means I’ll def return.

I was at this at this Walmart earlier today and let me start off with the staff were very rude towards another customer I over heard how the employees talked wrongfully about the customer who was just looking for a particular iteam and just about all employees were wearing airpods ignoring customer's who would try to get there attention.

Greatly stocked. Was pleased that I was able to stock up and the neighborhood Walmart I'd always a friendly place to shop. Not as crowded as I would have thought before the holidays which was a great surprise. I recommend the meat selection. The giant bags of leg chicken was a great family deal. The kids clothing selection is great. Love the brands. And I'm happy that it's on the bus line for those who love in the area like me.

First and last time I will ever use this store. I am 8++ hours into grocery order (including 2.5 hours calling service line) and groceries were NEVER delivered. Driver never came to the apartment (waited at door for 30 minutes). Driver must have had to leave. He took food back and cancelled the order of 90+ items (for my daughter's new apartment). Customer no-service said the order would be reentered at delivered by 10 pm same night (that was at 7pm) and store confirmed. By 11 pm no delivery again. Called help line and told the order at 7pm was never even placed. Wasted the entire day and still got nowhere. I have Walmart plus and have been customer for 10years. Last time I will use them in DC because this store could not care less about using up my day and still shafting me. I could've order elsewhere at 7pm but relied on the lies of the the customer service representative.

Overall, I had a positive experience and found the staff to be extremely helpful. One aspect that stood out to me was the willingness of the workers to stop what they were doing to assist customers. Whenever I had a question or needed help finding a specific item, the employees were always readily available and eager to assist. Their friendly and approachable attitude enhanced my shopping experience. However, one area where I noticed a slight inconvenience was during the checkout process. Due to the flow of workers at the registers, there were times when paying for my items took longer than anticipated. This seemed to be an issue with the allocation of workers rather than the efficiency of the staff themselves. Despite this, I still enjoy shopping at Walmart for its wide range of products.Overall, I appreciate the assistance provided by Walmart's workers, even though paying for my items can sometimes be time-consuming. I find the store to be a convenient place for my shopping needs, and I will continue to shop there in the future.

I go here with my mom, but I hate shopping here. The pharmacy is horrible. And everyone who works there is rude.I never shop here and I live less than a mile away. It's filthy dirty outside the store, and there is so many homeless.

Came to store at 6:30 AM, to purchase my kids a video game was told that electronics opened at 7 am, cool waited. 7:30 came around and I was told by management with an attitude that they were looking for the key. 15 minutes later they placed an employee at the register who then informed me that he too did not have a key. And when I went to speak to a manager again attitude and no help. The lack of accountability was crazy.

I ordered items by delivery from this store before and got them ok, months ago. But just now I tried to order delivery and the "shopper," Bryan, messaged that NONE of the items are available and no substitutions are available either. Really? No bottled water in the store at all, no coffee, cat litter, pizza, waffles? Sounds like someone doesn't want to work. From the other reviews, sounds like things aren't much better in the store. Avoid.

This store keeps cancelling my order on Walmart because they say they’re “out” of all of the ingredients but they have the ingredients when I’m there in person. So I have to call Walmart every single time to get my money back, reorder everything, just for them to cancel it again.

My friend needed to obtain headphones for his Galaxy Phone. We quickly made our way to the entertainment area and he reviewed the options and when he was done. I went up toThe cashier and asked forAssistance.20 minutes later we are still waiting for assistance. I go over again and he motioned that someone was coming but not verbally or an apology for the wait.15 additional minutes, a young lady came over to in essence unlock the case as you had zero knowledge of any brand of head phones or anything to be honest. We thanked her and she assured us that he could return it if he opened it and didn’t have the proper connection for his Galaxy Mobile. My friend waited in line. He was next in line as the gentleman that was there when we initially arrived was still in line. The transaction or situation was taking an awfully long time and there were now three associates dealing with the ONE customer.Meanwhile, there are customers that require items to be unlocked and we are waiting in line and then a lady approaches and the young lady that helped us with unlocking the cabinet and starting ringing up that lady when we were clearly next.Apparently, it was credit only.It was a nightmare, I WILL NEVER purchase any Electronics at Walmart.Pack a lunch if you decide to check itOut

It's often extremely busy, but to some extent that should be expected in a big city. The real disappointing thing for me is that the grocery area shelves are always understocked. Even store brand items of staples are often hard to find.

Workers not that helpful. Some of the people that work inside that store have the worst attitudes especially the deli department. The police that stands at the front entrance is rude also and have terrible attitudes. 😩 The foreign people that work there don't speak English so don't try to ask them anything. How do you get hired to work in a store in America and don't speak any English? Would someone please make this make sense to me. I bet I can't go work anywhere in any foreign country and not speak their language. I would also like to include this Walmart is located in a crackhead area, it be crackheads everywhere. I'm looking for a different Walmart to go to where the workers have way better attitudes and could answer simple questions when asked. 1 thing I must admit, we seem to hate Walmart but love shopping there. Lol

Yall have to fire some girl named Karen. This is the second time I've placed a delivery order and coincidentally when she's the shopper my whole cart is unavailable. And I'm talking about 20+ items there's no way not one thing will be available. If you're too lazy to do the job that YOU applied for then go work elsewhere 💀. I am a Walmart+ member to make things even worse. Why am I paying for bad service?

Employees treat this place as a hangout and are constantly on their phones. No garden center, rotten pet food smell in the pet aisle, and the place was a wreck. Worst Walmart in a while I've been to.

Packages most of the time arrive damaged no matter if l have Prime account. Delivery guys are just negligent. At least l get refunds but is a hassle with Walmart...l order a lot from Georgia Av location but often my shoppers don't find items, they told me not to order from there because this location don't have a good supply of inventory that is advertised online...l have confirmed that.

The customer service at this location is quite disappointing. Recently, my son experienced an uncomfortable situation. After purchasing an item using the self-checkout, he asked the cashier to remove the security tag from his jacket. Instead of assisting, the cashier demanded his receipt in a confrontational manner, despite having seen him complete the purchase. This type of treatment, which feels disrespectful and accusatory, is unacceptable. We are regular customers and expect to be treated with basic courtesy and trust.

Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

I love this Walmart like any Walmart for a huge amount of pretty good quality merchandise. But lately, for about a year and a half, the staff has been acting as if they don’t want visitors in the store - they are constantly creating some kind of jam of carts and pallets, and it has become very inconvenient to walk, and often it’s impossible to get past the jam at all.
