Big store, huge variety of pillows and kitchen utensils that I'd been looking for. They even had Valentino, Ferragamo, and Stuart Weitzman shoes in few sizes, many different designer scarves, accessories etc. Dori was super kind and helpful when I asked about the availability. Quick checkout on a Saturday evening and separate counter for customer service. Overall great store.

I love this store, and shop here far too often. Friendly staff, and store is always clean and organized. Just one thing to pass on re: my most recent purchases. Although their new collection of plant pots are lovely, all three that I bought allow water to seep through. They are also forming an unusual bumpy crust on the exterior, which can be seen in the photos.They each have drainage holes, and attached overflow trays, so appears they were meant to be functional, and not just decorative. I did call, and advise the manager. She was very understanding, and advised that I could return them. Not practical for me to do, because l have already potted plants in them, but I truly appreciated her understanding and offer.Just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone who reads this--probably best to use for faux plants, or as decoration only.

Yesterday I was at this store. The minute I turned my back to get socks from the socks suction and because it’s a narrow spot in there I wasn’t able to manage taking my cart with me there . The minute I went there to get the socks, my cart with lots of stuff after long time I spent at the store, was gone!!!! I asked the sale assistant she was super extremely rude to me and she said “ we will take it the minute you leave it “ my book was in the cart too and I went asked another store assistants to help me out finding the cart, they ignored my request and all of them acted like they didn’t know anything and they kept on walking away while I’m talking to them and still couldn’t find my book!!! Rude staff, disrespectful customer service!!

Very good store and it looks tiny from first view. But Downstairs is the big room with ecerything you need.Absolutely good and direct next to the METRO-Station Central.

They have all the great selections just like any other TJ Max but this location is in Georgetown... you would think with how busy it is they would have more then 1 register open during high traffic times. Too long of a wait and it didn't seem like it was much of a concern to staff unfortunately.

The store manager disabled the elevator at 9:00pm while I was with my baby in a stroller in it! The store closed at 9:30pm. We got stuck inside. When we eventually got out, I went to complain but she didn’t even say she’s sorry and instead, she was pointing her finger at me saying I was wrong (so basically I should know that elevators closed after 9:00pm while the store closed at 9:30pm!!!!!) and she gave me her back and went away. When I went back to her, she called the police!!! I think she had a problem that my wife was wearing a hijab.

I like this store! Staffs are super nice and friendly! One time I had to see store manager who she was super nice and handle my issue professionally. As far as shopping: You may find some good casual clothing you like as well as nice kitchenwares.The only thing I dislike about this place is the crowded displays. You need too much time to find your items, time consuming for me. But I am happy with this branch over all.

Aisha G is the rudest sales assistant I have ever met. I can't believe she's a coordinator in a management position. She yelled at my mother just because she didn't respond immediately when asked for her telephone number. My mom is hard of hearing. A little patience and kindness toward a paying customer would have been nice.

This place is really affordable in terms of price, but the shoe section was completely finished. They need to bring more products and more varieties.The prices at TjMaxx in Michigan are much more affordable than here. The jacket you see on the screen is half price there

Last Friday about 4pm, my daughter was shopping at this location. While my daughter had me on a call on her earpiece, she walked into the dressing room where I heard a female staff addressing my daughter in an unproffessional racist manner for not getting a ticket. Then I heard the staff suck her teeth, as my daughter tried to explain herself. I informed the management the following day.

My elderly mother asked one of the women working the floor to help her find her size for a shirt she liked. The lady shoo’d her away and said “go find it yourself, you see the rack don’t you?!” like she wanted to fight?! Rudest experience ever

Although I usually have a good experience shipping at this store my last experience wasn’t so great. There was an employee that wasn’t very friendly, she treated me as if I was a thief instead of a paying customer. Which isn’t fair at all. It was definitely racially motivated. Her name is Mohrael.

They had a police officer as a security guard and he kept following me everywhere I went inside the store just because I had a back bag so I looked suspicious to him and there was the lady at the cashier she spent ten minutes speaking with one of the customers after she finished paying for her purchases even with long line of customersDon't recommend that place at all.
