Ayran has done a great job on our terrier in the past, but i was so disappointed today. Last night I made and received confirmation for a 200 Appointment today. Went at 2, no answer at the door. Called, no answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. Nothing. I called again around 240. Aryan answered the phone this time and said he had “forgotten to look at his schedule today” and he wasn’t home. No offer to make a later appointment, not much of an apology. This is no way to run a business. The website says there is a $40 charge for a missed appointment - shouldn’t that go both ways?

Convient, courteous and reasonably priced. Mozey needed his summer trim, but I wanted him to keep the beard and scruffy eyebrows. They were cleaned up well, and Mozey looks slim and sharp! Mozey can be a bit impatient if it takes a while, and it has been over a year, so it was gonna take a while.... he stuck it out and was invited back, so my buddy has more haircuts in his future!IF I were to deduct points, it would be for the web interface and scheduling system. That could be polished up a bit.

I’m in love with this place. These guys are just amazing. Their services are really top notch. The only place I take my dog for grooming.
