9/30/23 been coming here a few years now. New people were working today, did not answer when I called the store to ask what time the dog washed closed. When I walked up there was an employee smoking a cigarette right outside the door and the man behind the counter laughed in my face when I asked about the dog wash. Said it closed at 5:30 and I was too late. Would’ve saved me time if they would’ve answered the phone and they didn’t have to be rude. Will not be returning to this location. Will now drive to Alexandria. Terrible!!

I used to go to a place that took an hour plus to bathe my short haired American Staffordshire Terrier for an expensive amount of money. Then, I found Petco after. $15 for a self wash that comes with shampoo, conditioner, grooming brush, a leash to keep my dog in the tub, a high powered vacuum and freshly cleaned towels?! Yes please! My 65lb escape artist is getting calmer each time we go. The employees are awesome and super helpful.

The store is small but clean and tidy. Everyone was helpful and I was able to bathe my dog quickly. The self serve bathing area was very clean
