I was so excited to try Peet’s since they do not have shops in FL. I mainly wanted to try the Vegan breakfast sandwich, it was PERFECTION! The vegan scone was also the best I’ve ever had. Very impressed with their vegan options. The horchata cold brew was not a fave. Iced matcha was made perfectly. Employees were very nice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very cool coffee shop located close to The White House! The interiors are really amazing giving you a chill vibe and it's a pretty happening place with lots of people walking in to have a coffee. I ended up here charging my phone and the staff was really friendly enough to let me know where the charging port is! While waiting for it, I ordered mocha frappe. Well.. this was the first time I've had a mocha frappe outside Starbucks and must say it simply blew up my mind. The coffee seemed to be layered with the dark chocolate milk at the bottom, latte in the middle and whipped cream at the top. Overall, it was 5/5.I better hope the POTUS is aware of this place and gets his coffee well.. atleast frappe from these people!

Customer Service is A+. I love the Pennsylvania Ave location. The only location I will visit. My favorite coffee spot. I like the Caramel Machiato latte and my favorite is the Hazelnut latte. My 1st choice when traveling to D.C. for coffee. I would visit more often but finding parking is a HEADACHE FOR SURE.Parking: Be prepared to pay for parking

Love Peet's Coffee! The coffee in general is excellent, way better than Starbucks. Service was quick, exactly what I ordered. If you need to use the bathroom just ask an employee for the code, no problem with that. As of now because of DC and the rules they have masks are still required to enter. Pricing is comparable to the other chain coffee places, this location is awesome just kitty corner from The White House.

Very creative baristas and wonderful customer service. Even when short staffed they’re always very prompt and professional. They always have fresh pastries and a wide selection of sandwiches. I love that they greet me as soon as I walk in. Employees make sure the lobby is clean and I enjoy the ambiance.

I've been to Washington, D.C. since yesterday and your coffee was very good. I like it more than a certain SB, which is famous. The inside of the store was also fashionable, and the clerk was also cute.

Horrible experice, I was walking around the white house, and entered to have a coffee, and hade horrible customer service from a employee, that while my mother was orthering she said to me on line to the bathroom that if I wanted to go to a free restroom I should look for a McDonald's, never coming back and recomend the Starbucks on the other side of the road!

I am a California transplant and was looking for a local Peets to remind me of home, and unfortunately, there is no place like home. However, I did find a friendly staff who made me feel at home by providing excellent service. I want to thank the manager and team on duty on 11.17.23 during the early afternoon. I don't live nearby, but getting there is worth the trek. I also felt the same way about the location nearby. You guys are examples of what kindness is about. #Kindness #Benice #Stoprudeness--

FANTASTIC near 3rd-wave coffee just down the street from the White House & kitty-corner to the Eisenhower Executive bldg.Their Forte Espresso blend is a smooth harmony of notes whout the typical, American-burnt cowboy coffee taste. I just bought a bag of their Anniversary Blend and am so excited to try it.FINALLY, some good coffee in our country!And the staff: awesome - go figure. With coffee like this, who wouldn't be happy all the time?

I’m a big fans of Peet’s in general! While i mostly brew Peet’s at home, I do visit this location occasionally. The baristas are ALWAYS very friendly and professional, and make my coffee just right!!UPDATE: awesome coffee and service a few days ago, it was birthday, and you made my morning and birthday extra special!

Disgusting! There is no reason in the world to sweep a table (the one shown in the attached picture) with a broom while sweeping the floor!This was done in a very natural way; customers are sitting nearby.I simply out of words.
