I used their mobile grooming service and was able to meet Eddie who took such great care of my Oliver. Eddie did fantastic work and only took an hour and was able to do everything right outside my apartment. Having a mobile service option and their onlinr portal to book was so convenient and easy to use. So glad I found them and will use again!

I love it here! My dog, Patrick, who is a senior Maltese/yorkie/mix has a heart condition and lots of quirks and anxieties (he's a rescue, and he had a very hard life before I adopted him). Because of his heart condition, I'm very nervous with groomers and there are some who have turned him away because he gets very scared. I've gone to the T-Street location twice, and I trust them fully! He comes out looking great, and he doesn't display some of the nervous "post-grooming depression" that previous groomers said was normal. They are wonderful there.

Really disappointing experience. We took our two dogs there and they came back with nicks and cuts that they didn’t even tell us about. I had to send texts and photos asking what happened and when one of the cuts got infected they wouldn’t even respond to our texts trying to get more information. We had to spend $200 at the vet to get the wound cleaned and get antibiotics. When they responded after weeks they said it was a preexisting condition because our dog had a bump. Dogs have bumps! They’ve been getting groomed for years with the “pre-existing condition” of bumps and no one has cut our dogs to the point of infection. If you’re dog isn’t completely silky smooth I’d go somewhere that won’t cut them up.

We took our fluffy 4 mo. old Bernedoodle, Rider, here for his first grooming. We were very anxious about the process and how Rider would respond to the grooming. Eddie was very friendly when we dropped him off and eased some of our fears. Two hours later they texted us to pick him up and he looked great! Eddie assured us that while he was a little anxious, if we continue to bring him there for grooming, that they will work with him and he will get better. It was such a great experience, we plan to use Noma pet services for all of our grooming needs. The bow tie was a nice touch too! Thanks Eddie!!

My dog has been twice for grooming, deshedding, and nail trimming. The staff is professional, friendly, and provided updates 15 minutes before he was ready to be picked up. The second time we went he decided he was afraid of the dryer so Cristina, the owner, took the time to towel dry him instead. My dog is all wags and smiling afterwards and loves the attention he gets, I highly recommend NOMA Pet!

Just brought my pup Benny in for a quick nail trim that I was able to book same day. Benny is already a nervous dog, hates when we touch his nails AND this was his first time at a groomer's, but somehow he came out of the appointment happier than when he arrived - such a nice surprise! The team was so efficient and kind. Very pleased and will definitely be coming back!

My 3 year old little Morkie Pup Micah loves the folks at NOMA pet services and they take such great care of him! They dematted and cleaned him up after a year of no haircuts due to quarantine and me not being able to give him one and he has had a standing monthly grooming appointment since. My family in the past have had some not so great experiences with the big chain groomers (p.s. and p.c.) including bad skin cuts and Micah as a puppy unfortunately getting a really bad flea invasion after a grooming appointment (go figure) and so I really wanted to try and find a nice local groomer. After searching through the internet and trying a fair priced groomer WITH availability in February of 2021 when it seemed everyone was rushing to get their pets groomed and de-quarantined I came across NOMA who were quick with response as well as kind and accommodating and Micah looks amazing every time he comes back from an appointment we’ve also used their boarding service and I received picture updates and I know he had a great time! Micah’s hair and skin is in the best condition and look because of NOMA pet services and I’m extremely grateful! 🙂

Christina and Eddie were so nice to Camilo. He spent 2 weeks with them for the daycare and every night they took him directly to my home. I was afraid that Cami didn't like it, but he loved them. He was so happy every time we arrived at their house each morning.If you want good quality service and be in peace whilst you are away from your dog I recommend them SO MUCH!Now we are frequent customers.

I took my dog for a groom without haircut, de-shed, and teeth clean. She came back super shiny and smelling great. They even managed to wash and clean her face which is impossible to do myself. She’s soft as ever.

We come regularly to get our pup’s nails trimmed and anal gland expressed. It’s quick, easy, and Christina is always super nice and seems to genuinely love dogs. There are good coffee shops nearby so we just grab a coffee while we wait.

I moved to DC during Covid to take care of my Grandson. I have a Maltese who needs to be groomed once a month. I didn’t want to leave the house, so Boo (dog) was picked up and brought home every month well taken care of.This last month, I took a trip where I needed Boo boarded for 2 weeks. She was care and loved by Christina. I was very fearful because Boo is 13 years old.I can’t imagine a better place to send my companion (Boo) to be loved and cared for

This is the WORST pet groomer I’ve went to. I showed the stylist how I wanted my dog to look and she completely ignored my suggestion. Also would not answer her phone when trying to pick my dog up after 4+ hours when the initial estimate was 30 minutes. Save your money and your time and DO NOT GO HERE!

The groomer cut my dogs toe too far down to where the nail is invisible and pouring blood and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Blocked me after requesting a refund and wouldn’t take fault for their wrong doing. Good cut just non helpful when making a complaint.
