An item didn’t make it to my check out bag, In store Greeter Antoine Ragland offered no assistance. Stated the store did not have a phone in order to speak to store Manager, would not give me a contact number. This greeter was stating refund policy to me about needing a receipt to run the camera back. I suggested I could use my online banking statement. Again, he stated refund policy to me. I have never seen incompetence at this level before.

I'm a Black woman but I don't think family dollar should have a bunch of Hoodrat Black Dudes working at their store. YHEY HAVE BAD ATTITUDES ‼️ I HATE going to this store because of these workers and their AGGRESSIVE attitudes. Iroes NOT feel SAFE ‼️‼️❗

This store location is like most Family Dollar stores I’ve visited. They have smaller sized packages that are usually sold for cheaper prices. The store generally has a sale section and seasonal aisle as well as other novelty items when you walk in. There is a good selection to choose from. When I went recently, there were kids clothes on sale for $1. Originally they were $10. The same for some workout shirts in adult sizes. Overall when I need to find something quick and want to get in and out of a store fast this is a good place to stop before or after going to work. One thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the store. It could definitely use a good wax and buffer of the floors and overall deep clean. Also be careful with some of the packaged foods as the dates and be close to expiration.

It wasn't crowded for a change, got in and out. Only thing I didn't like was the Cashier throwing my items back down on the counter; he did one card so hard the envelope flew on the floor and shoved my bag in my hand and told me I would have to put my items in my bag myself. Wow! My first time experiencing this and I've shop here since 2004. ☹️🤬🤬 this is a post from over the summer.

I love family dollar. The people there are amazing. But the store is very unorganized. Cant find nothing everything is everywhere. Great employers its just the store itself is a mess.

The store is small but packs a punch! It has all of your basic needs. I went in to purchase a pair or headphones, but didn't see the ones that I wanted on the shelves. When I got to the checkout they had the ones that I wanted behind the register. Plus they were cheaper than the last time I bought them.

Thank the man upstairs,!? For having a convenience store like family Dollar close to home! 🙏 Too far to go to Giant and Safeway in most definitely too expensive!!! Memory serves as well? My ex-wife once worked at one in South Carolina, might have been the first time I went there! Wilson I'm pretty certain I had to take her to their headquarters in Wilson North Carolina nice drive enjoyed myself had a chance to check out Charlotte not too far away😎🌹❤️🙏

I always find what i need at this store,I park on the street if i can, parking lot too,never saw anyCrackheads,there's a lotOf police up & downRhode Island ave nowA days.The isles are full of new merchandise ready for their spots on the shelves, makes it hard to maneuver around,But there is stock,I found the Cordless blinds i was looking for with ease.

Crackheads always outside the store begging, high crime area so don’t leave ANYTHING in your car. I worked here before and customers cars always got broken into smh. The store was even robbed when I was at work one day. The parking lot is super small can only fit about 8 cars & the store is definitely infested with rats and roaches. If you don’t have to shop at this one then don’t wast your time just go to another one

Brought this Tree Thursday. My children and I decided to put it up today because they love decorating for Christmas. However this tree started to lean and the the bottom cracked off and the tree came down. This is a very defected tree I use to love family dollars but this is the second item I brought that was defected. The part that hurts is I loss my receipt SMH 30.00 down the drain 😪

I'm impressed! I went to Family Dollar on a hunch and they actually had the "Dig It Bar" that my granddaughter wanted from listening to one of her favorite programs. Subsequently, we were able to enjoy yet another Grand time together!

My visit was good but sometimes not Family dollar has to get ise to my service dog situation. Im not suppose to be asked for my paper work but I do have it to show but ada.gov/us justice dept made it clear what the guide line for service dogs are but yet people spend money needlessly with out knowing the law updated in 2011 dog lover and haters i encourage you to read it or call ADA the number is on the site

Pleasant . The isles are narrow but, it is super affordable, super cheap especially for this economic weather and good quality products with quick check out service. My new go to for house hold supplies.

I love this place!!!My only suggestion is to stock at night so that by morning when the store open all the clutter of boxes can be removed for better shopping for the customers....

Horrible today a lady stop me at front when I was ready to pay that she need to check my work bag and my shopping bag I fell so horrible never before someone do that to me in front of a lot of people I let her checked but I desire to leave the store and not buy all the staff that I had on my hand so shame that she did that been shopping there for more than 10 years because I live like 2 blocks away from this store Always buy there but after this I will think twice to go there I was so embarrassed

RI Ave Family Dollar is smaller than the one in Coral Hills but it has a better selection and more items.

Customers should check prices of their items that are rung up at the cash register! One of my items had a substantial price increase upon checkout! The manager reluctantly corrected the price and refunded my money!
