Love this place! Kat was so awesome with her expansive knowledge of every product and its benefits. She made me feel as though I was the only customer there. Corrine and Karin are awesome, always ready to answer any question to the best of their ability and are great with recommendations. The shop has a great vibe that’s very welcoming to both experienced and inexperienced buyers. The free samples are great, but honestly it’s the staff and selection that keeps our business here. Rahua welcomed us very warmly and did an amazing job listening patiently to my mother’s knee and joint pain, and then counseling her on the best CBD oil and cream for pain relief. She also explained the available science about CBD and gave us sources of information to learn more about it. While it is too early to say anything about its effect, the first days taking the CBD oil have definitely relieved some of the joint pain. A very pleasant experience at District Hemp with thanks to Rahua.

You know those times you have a great experience somewhere and you think, "Wow! I am going to leave that place an amazing review next time I have a minute!" and that minute never comes because you end up going about your day? Well, I had such an incredible customer service and wellness-seeking experience at District Hemp Botanicals two days ago that I refuse to let that happen.First of all, let me do the internet thing: I am about to GLOW about this place. You will think it is paid. I can't help you there - these guys are just that good. I am not paid or associated with District Hemp Botanicals in any way other than the fact that I am a wildly impressed customer from out of town thinking "WOW I am so lucky I found them!"Why? Okay, here we go...First of all, BIG shout out to Rahwa who helped me for the duration of my visit. She is wonderful! I walked in with what I thought was a pretty good knowledge set, and she taught me a thing or two in the best way and helped guide me specifically to products that not only targeted my needs, but I was so impressed with their products and service that I also picked up items for my mom and my partner to try!Second, the quality of the products is clear. If you aren't familiar with cannabis products, know that LAB TESTING IS IMPORTANT. If you see products that don't provide lab results, definitely question them. All of the products I purchased at District Hemp have QR codes for retrieving the lab results for the product, and/or information on the labels themselves.Third, the selection of delivery types! Gummies, mints, teas, bottled drinks, tinctures, muscle balms... if you are in the market for this type of wellness care, you will find a delivery method that works well with your particular needs.Honestly, I could go on and on, but here's the tl;dr: The service is amazing, the products are high quality, the atmosphere is welcoming and lovely, and you really can't do better. Just go try it!

I recently visited a CBD shop and was lucky enough to receive excellent customer service from one of the co-workers named Ra. Ra was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and their uses, and was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. They even took the time to listen to my concerns and suggest products that were tailored to my needs.The store itself had a great selection of CBD products, from oils and tinctures to edibles and creams. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the products was top-notch. I particularly appreciated the fact that the staff was not pushy or aggressive in their sales tactics, and instead focused on educating me about the different options available.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this CBD shop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality CBD products and exceptional customer service. I came to this location with my partner and the staff was wonderful! She offered to make us some of the CBD coffee and offered water and etc. The lady was extremely helpful with any questions and knew everything about every product being sold. I'm in love with this store. The staff is super friendly, and they always take interest in my predicament. Their advice on what strains to use for my pre-rolls is on-point. I'm so happy that there's now a legal, totally psychoactive-free way to consume hemp. And this store is the most transparent interface to that product. Totally recommend it.
