Whoever manages pharmacies for CVS needs to take a look at who is running this pharmacy. I was told last Thursday that my prescription would be ready in one hour. Four days later my prescription has still not been filled without any explanation as to why. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this location.

The staff is nice enough, but they’re not very willing to help solve problems. Also, the shelves are always understocked. This is the pharmacy closest to me, but I think I may switch because I can’t get what I need here.

Pharmacy needs to be better staffed in order to improve services so medicine is available on time and long wait times (especially during lunch) are reduced. Current staff have a good attitude, despite being understaffed.

This is one of the few locations that carries the Pfizer Covid vaccine so I made an appointment last night. Arrived on time for my appointment to find that the pharmacy was entirely closed with no explanation.

I believe the pharmacy Reps name is Diamond… she’s brown skin with thick dreadlocks that stop about mid back. She is HELLA rude. Not customer friendly at all… definitely made me wanna catch her outside … on multiple occasions.. I’ve deduced it to just needing to use a different pharmacy so I won’t catch a charge.They don’t answer their phone… if they do you’ll be on hold for upwards of 20 mins first.Most time when you go your medicine isn’t ready even tho the doctors sent it in days ago.. but because they don’t answer the phone you’re forced to go up there just to find that out, and now you have to wait.It’s all a mess… Covid has left many businesses short staffed which leads the actual ones still employed there to believe they have extreme job security. … therefore they speak to the customers ANY type of way… knowing their job is already short staffed and won’t fire them for small infractions… it’s not ok.I’m telling you… find another pharmacy.

Extremely understaffed. 45 minutes in line just to pick up an auto refill prescription. Recommend finding somewhere else.

I visited the CVS on 12th Street N.E. and while they were busy, the pharmacist, Jordan took the time to ask me questions about the medication that I had been prescribed to make sure it was safe for me. Also, the assistant at the pharmacy counter was courteous and efficient. Some of the complaints lodged by my neighbors are often unfair and don't take our current health crisis into consideration. Also, checking an attitude at the door rather than foisting it off on others might make some folks's experience better

The pharmacy's customer service was awful in this store and was put on hold the first time for one hour today! I call to ask what prescription they had ready for pickup and one minute; before the pharmacy technician to pick up the phone for a second time and put me back on hold for another 36 minutes. And no one ever came back to the phone.

Don’t bother calling them - no one answers. If you have an issue or question, you have to go there in person but there is always a long line so give yourself a plenty of time. They also keep messing up our insurance information.

When you're sick and need antibiotics is the worst time to find your CVS opens an hour late because they're understaffed and no one showed up. find a different pharmacy if you can.
