Been trying to get my medication refilled for over 7 weeks. They are absolutely no help

I am at a loss as to where else to leave this feedback, so I'm leaving it here where hopefully people, including the CVS decision makers, will see it. I just called this pharmacy's direct line and was directed to a phone tree where I only got to speak with an actual human being after waiting for 6 minutes. I even asked where we can leave feedback on our experience navigating the phone tree, and the representative literally ignored my question. Amazing service.She then proceeded to ask me 4 times what state I'm calling from, and when I said DC repeatedly (which shouldn't matter--why does a pharmacy have a specific number with a DC area code if the number directs you to a phone tree that apparently handles, what, national calls?), asked me what vaccine I was calling about, when I'd said that VERY clearly at the beginning. I told her polio vaccine again, and no fewer than 3 more times, and then she said she would transfer me. She then put me right back in the phone tree I was just waiting in.I spent over 10 minutes total battling with their phone system. I said "representative," and it asked me if I wanted to speak with someone, and even though the automated machine understood the word "representative," it apparently didn't understand when I said "yes." (I even waited for the automated voice to finish, so my answer would be clear.) Then it asked me if I was calling about N95 masks, and I just had to hang up.Please seriously reevaluate how you direct phone calls. If a tech literate 26 year old is at the end of their rope, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for non-tech savvy or elderly people to navigate. Whew.

Their Pharmacy is top notch. Even when crowded they give you the adequate attention for your meds. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you get you meds. Def efficient. Parking, well that's another issue, lol. Either arrive by Uber or Metro. Parking is non existent. Also show love to the less fortunate, everybody needs a little help.
