The pharmacy here is severely understaffed. They rarely answer phone calls and always have a line for picking up prescriptions. I've gone before to pick up a prescription and they were turning people away telling them they could not get their prescription filled until the next day because they did not have enough staff. There are so few pharmacies in Ward 7. This is unacceptable.

What everyone else says: they never pick up the phone and there are always long lines in person. Though I had an appointment set days in advance, I got turned away from getting a vaccination because - as they themselves said - the line was too long. This is after I had already waited 30 minutes in line (and again, I had an appointment). Avoid them at all costs if you can.

STAY FAR AWAY!! They never answer the phones, lines are long, wait time is ridiculous & waits till last minute to start shelling your medication. Meds was put in at 2pm and at 7pm still not ready.

If you can get your Rx filled somewhere else please do!!!! This CVS Pharmacy will never answer the phone, the line is always very long, at minimum there’s 10+ ppl in line at all times, the system is slow which makes it worse on the staff that do help. As I’m writing this message right now I’ve been in line for 30 minutes. Today there are 5 people working in the back of the pharmacy but only one person is checking people out and at the same time that same person accepting drop offs.I’m not sure if this CVS is constantly understaffed but there’s always an issue. And don’t let the pharmacist call out because you’ll be up a creek without a paddle because they’ll close the pharmacy.

This store is awful. They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve waited on hold for hours trying to reach someone just to ask them a question, but no one has ever answered. I always have to drive there and talk to them in person just to address the simplest administrative things, like canceling my prescription order. One time when I got there at 10:00, I learned that part of the reason no one answered is because there was only one person working; the pharmacist was alone. He told me that he had been the only person working for his entire shift and he didn’t have time to answer the phones. CVS is so wrong for how it purposefully understaffs stores and overworks its employees. It truly takes a toll on its customers and reputation. My experience here and at other CVS pharmacies has made me leave CVS for good. They’re too focused on profits instead of actually staffing their stores at a level that allows them to serve customers.Also, as everyone has mentioned, their hours say 24 hours but they are not. I’ve called at 10 pm and the automated system said the pharmacy was closed. And on top of all of this, the store is not well-kept. There is an awful smell that persists. I think it’s in the old carpet and furnishings. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the associates that I’ve interacted with have been helpful.

When I visit usually late evening the pharmacy doesn't have long lines. The staff is courteous. I also visits the minute clinic and the staff there is very courteous and efficientThe rest of the staff is courteous and friendly.

The Pharmacy is horrible. Someone from this location just called me and asked me of my DOB. I ask what is the reason and she said she doesn't tell me until I tell her my DOB. When I tried to find out more, they hanged up. I will escalate this situation
