they typically have anything I need, they're open 24/7 and the pharmacy is open late, too. and they also always had my meds and they have never given me an issue except the loud and annoying short beat cop with the locs that they used to have in thete from time to time.

I had a pleasant experience at CVS today! I was shopping for a simple Juneberry Red Bull - my current favorite Red Bull flavor - and it was actually in stock! It's a popular flavor and I'm usually disappointed to find that it's not at any of the stores I go to. On top of CVS having the Red Bull in stock, it was also easy to locate.I am additionally happy to report that I was assisted by a CVS team member at the self-checkout. I was a little bit stressed out trying to find my cash - I kept grabbing the wrong bills and dropping them on the ground - but the CVS team member was patient and politely pointed out where the dollar-insert was located when I was having trouble finding it.Thanks for the simple, polite experience CVS!

This used to be one of the few nice CVSs left in the city, but it’s really become a mess. Half the shelves are empty, the other half of the store is locked up and they’ve lost the key to some of the cabinets so you can’t purchase certain products even if they are in stock. The pharmacy some times opens late or closes early with no warning. They put up signs indicating when they’ll open but then no one shows up. Moved my prescription to another pharmacy today.

WORST Pharmacy I've ever experienced! It's taking a week to refill my prescription, including a simple albuterol inhaler which I have been needing for my asthma. The status checks told me it would be ready by a certain dated-- defeated, I just waited and waited and held out on my asthma symptoms until then but lo and behold, when I called on the day, it's still "in process"!!! WHAT! I'm switching pharmacies even if it means going out of my way to avoid this trainwreck. They don't care about your health.

This is the WORST CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy is an absolute joke. Truly, this place needs to be shut down. The employees that work in the pharmacy are so disrespectful to customers and are constantly out of medications.

The worst customer service ever, IF you’re able to even be served. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called this pharmacy. I understand they get busy, but I’ve tried at odd hours, day and night, several times, NO ONE ANSWERS. The 10% of the time they have answered, they’ve been extremely rude and short on the phone despite trying to be as patient and pleasant as I can given the frustration I feel.. I really go out of my way to be kind to service workers. But it’s ridiculous. I’ve been in person and watched as the phone rang off the hook, with 15 people in line and they have 1 person working on check out. Meanwhile 2 or 3 other staff members are just on their cellphones, ignoring the phone ringing, not opening another line. Drives me insane this pharmacy.

The employees forget they’re at work!Don’t go to this location if you want great or even good customer service. I walked in when they opened this morning (05/19/22) and they just looked at me as if I was lost. No one greeted me. I had to almost chase one of the employees down just to be helped and walked up to the counter to complete my transaction to find two having a full conversation and continued when they saw me walk up. I had to interject to get the one behind the counter to ring me up. Great location for convenience, horrible customer service.

The pharmacy simply refuses to answer the phone. I have been in the physical store and watched them ignore it even with no customers around. Further, they are utterly unhelpful if you have any issues with a prescription. Use literally any other pharmacy in the world

Pharmacy used to be good. But it looks like Dustin is gone and the new pharmacist does not know how to run a store. I heard her berate/argue with a customer whether a prescription has been picked up. She was very rude. The line to pick up prescriptions was 7 customers long, but out of 4 people working in the pharmacy only one was actually serving customers. The staff did not seem comfortable operating the checkout. The pharmacist had her mask on her chin the entire time. Ironic because she was surrounded by posters showing how to wear a mask correctly. I will avoid this pharmacy in the future.

The pharmacist was super nice, but there were two staff members behind the pharmacy counter not wearing masks properly. One had it down around her chin and the other had his nose sticking out. I asked if they could please put their masks on correctly and one gave me a dirty look, then snapped it on. The other didn’t hear and no one made any effort to correct him. They’re also passing pens from employee to customer without sanitizing and at a counter with no hand sanitizer available.

Joe, the manager of this particular pharmacy went out of his way to order my grandma’s much needed medication, which I went many different pharmacies to fill….. was initially given the run around, dismissive employees, or none NONE had the medicine in stock, in which they said would take over a WEEK to be delivered. Joe actually took the time to LISTEN to my plight and frustration, as I drive from over an hour away to help her pick up, as she is now slowing down so much she is basically bedridden Joe, had iit delivered and ready for her THE NEXT DAY. Thank you sir, your hard work does NOT go unnoticed. In the future i will always go directly to you, because you obviously care about your job, and your community.Love always

I am livid at their poor excuse for customer service. I had an appt for a flu shot tonight, but I was turned away because they ran out. I had scheduled this online and got confirmation and all but no notification that they had run out! They didn’t even apologize. I then checked with other CVS locations, and they said you have to have an appt. Well, geez! I had one, but I got dismissed! Thanks for wasting my time!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Hands down. Workers do not wear masks and they are extremely rude. Waited 30 minutes to get a flu shot that I made an appointment for. Pharmacist said I can wait another 30 minutes or leave. I left and will never return

I visit this store frequently but I am always prepared for some problem. Typical problems are time wasters: not enough staff to assist on the floor; store is untidy, lots of empty spaces on shelves where stock has run out and not replenished for many days; and, while the manager, and who I presume to be the assistant manager are friendly, courteous and helpful, the staff in general could benefit from some attitude adjustment and customer service training. Compared to other CVS stores in the NW of the District, this one needs help.

Most reviews referenced horrible customer service— totally agree. You will get an attitude for simple things: I wanted a cash back and said I needed to use the automated machine (clearly it stated no cash back on the machine). Then, pointed at the atm (but the machine charges a fee). Then, showed the attitude when the staff was forced to ring me on the machine. I guess some people just don’t have customer service skills.

What happened to the old staff? Looks like a corporate reshuffle to understaff and squeeze out more profit. The new staff is lazy, slow and inattentive. Big line just gave up as the attendant preferred stocking the shelves to serving pick-up customers. Is this a corporate strategy to downsize and force customers to unreliable “home delivery”?

Impossible to work with this pharmacy. I'm a nurse trying to get glucometer supplies for my patients. Stayed on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. Tried again the next day. On hold 20 minutes, a human answered, I told her what I was calling about, and without saying anything to me, she put me back on hold, indefinitely. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Came to pick up a prescription at 6:35 on a Thursday. The line was backed up 3 people because the woman working the register was clearly not focused. When I arrived to the front of the line, she asked for my last name. I spelled it over 5x before she got it right in the system, all while checking her smart watch and indicating that I was wrong about my name and birthday. Had I not needed to catch a bus, I would have complained to a manager. Awful service.

Dustin is the best pharmacist ever. He always refills my meds when needed. That should be obvious, a given but trust me, it’s not...I’ll go to other pharmacies and they say they can’t do it for me for any number of (bureaucratic) reasons and he somehow always gets it done. I have since moved away from the neighborhood but I keep coming back here to have my meds filled because he is so trustworthy and reliable. He has saved me so many times and most importantly, he treats me like a human. Thank you, Dustin!

I have waited on hold multiple times with the pharmacy over the last couple months and no one ever answers. Eventually I give up after 20-30 minutes. Now I feel forced to switch pharmacies which is disappointing because this location is in my neighborhood.

I made an appointment online for a vaccination, and when I went there in time, it took them 30 minutes to tell me that they are out of stock. I consider neither the result and their attitude acceptable, and to make it even worse, they charged me for the vaccination that I never received!

Unreliable pharmacy. If you can, go elsewhere. I needed to cancel a prescription to have it filled at another cvs location and they never answered my call nor the pharmacists at the other location. Good luck.
