They closed the store earlier than the posted time. I arrived 15 min b4 11pm and the shutter was down. There are a few other patrons complaining of the same.

Super awful CVS. Drive to another one. The lack of customer care at this location is embarrassing. If they don’t need my money, I’ll give it to another location.

These two technicians are the worst individuals I have every encountered in CVS and the Young white pharmacist was of no help as in all 3 occurrences he witnessed his staff be very rude and disrespectful towards me. I have no choice but to go to this CVS as it is the closest CVS to me. I rarely ever post reviews regarding incidents I believe can be fixed but every time I encounter these people they are very troublesome towards me.

Marked up prices compared to the rest of the convenience stores around! Water bottles priced at $4 with toothpaste at $9, found better deals at the CVS and 711 up the street.

Walked from hotel to have them close the metal gate and give us the cut throat signal that they are closed at 5:52p.m. on a Saturday. Certainly an odd time to close and not the hours posted . Would it hurt to let us in and request that we be quick? Agree with previous comments about poor customer service. Also wish I could give zero stars.

Excellent and efficient service! I struggled with a few pharmacies in the area before I figured out that this one is the only one who regularly keeps my medication in stock, charges me in the most convenient way, and they even notified me when something was unusual in my prescription (my doctor accidentally prescribed me for an old medication that isn’t covered by my insurance, and they called me within half an hour to verify the situation). The rest of the CVS is a step above other in the area too, with everything being clean and well stocked. Everybody inside, from pharmacy staff to the cashiers up front are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Terrible service, terrible people. Do not go to this CVS.One of the staff members was on my tail 30 seconds into going into to store about finding something to checkout.I asked him about what I needed and he was over my shoulder the entire time.When I finally checked out, he asked the cashier: “did he pay for that?”Appalling, truly.

A good pick for non-prescribed drugs as well as for dry snacks or emergency food. Too bad most discounts are only valid for CVS card owners, thus excludin non-US people. Excellent location, self-checkout stands.

The manager, observed me shopping for cold and allergy medicine (watching me, as if I was going to steal something). After approximately 12-15 minutes of ready multiple "paper tags", I proceeded to the pharmacy. Please note that the pharmacy is closed on Sunday.Now, this is the first time that I've ever encountered a CVS Pharmacy( emphasis on pharmacy) that has NO hours on Sunday. Secondly, as opposed to watching me, perhaps you could've offered to help me; better yet, advise me that I wouldn't be able to purchase any sinus decongestant because the pharmacy is closed.Clearly, it's of my error to assume that all CVS stores have an open pharmacy on Sunday. I'm simply taken aback at the lack of "customer service" from the manager. The self service area was staffed with a friendly gentleman, whose presence seemed redundant ( I had to scan my own items to pay for them). He was the only friendly staff member to greet me.

Generally too impatient to deal with hearing impaired clients. Doesn't require a lot to communicate with such clients, and help ensure that they conveniently get their medications based on valid prescriptions.

Horrible. Cancelled my vaccine without letting me know but didn’t cancel it in the system so I can’t get one somewhere else. Wont pick up the phone when I call to get help.

Consistently fails. Minute clinic takes 90 mins. Photo developing out of service. Shelves empty. This place is a disaster. Go to Walgreens instead

Just had to pop in for a few essentials while traveling to D.C. Received a friendly 'hello' from the staff when I entered. Easily found what I needed and got out quickly.

Pharmacy service is terrible. It took less time for me to transfer my prescription to another location than it did to get an employee on the phone here. Hate to leave a bad review but here we are.

This location was closed 15 mn early for not apparent reason .. Doors were wide opened and no associates around ..You just lost on a 350 dollars transaction from my store ..
