I went for a prescription drop off and it was ready in the frame time promised 15 min or less. not like others cvs it was Saturday morning Deborah And Eunice super fast and polite customer service , so far I am happy to have this as my cvs store.

I would give it less than one star if I could. RPH Eunice Yoon, the pharmacist gave me an expired bottle of my son’s adhd medication. I didn’t find out until almost a month after. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional. On the CVs label on the outside of the bottle it has a different expiration date. Do not go to this store!! Dangerous

Had arguably the most surreal experience at a CVS ever here today. Woman jockeying the pharmacy cash register and I had this exchange which I'm still laughing over:-What's your name?-(full name)-What's your first name?-....? (first name)-What's the first three letters of your last name?-(first three letters)-What's your full last name-.....? (full last name again)-What's the rewards name on the account-(her full name)-What's her last name?-(last name)-What's her first name?-(first name)-What's her birthday?-(birthdate)-What's YOUR last name?-(last name)-What's your first name?-(First name)-What's your birthdate?-(What???)At this point I can't help but start laughing and I ask her if I need to have an attorney present. She then audibly tells her coworkers that customers are getting on HER nerves...amazing.I do not know if she was high, drunk, or both but it was absolutely one of the craziest things I have seen in a CVS in awhile. I do get the sense that the pharmacist does her best, but I strongly recommend you avoid this place unless you possess the sort of patience that would lead to you being venerated as a Saint.

I recently visited the store after a long time and was very glad to meet the cheerful new manager (Reethambhara) who very kindly and patiently helped me to find my hearing aid that I had lost in the store. I would definitely become a regular :)

Absolutely horrible pharmacy experience. At first they told me that another CVS pharmacy had deleted my prescription, my doctor called it back in, I tried to call the pharmacy to confirm and have my prescription refilled. The first time I sat on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up, the second time I called they took the phone off the hook so I could hear what was going on and after 10 minutes hung up on me. Stellar customer service!

This is honestly not a good pharmacy. Do not try and call- I, and others, have seen that they leave the phone off the hook to ignore our calls. Pharmacy staff seem either very rude and not suited for customer service or maybe they’re overworked. Either way you will have a bad time.

*Update: The pharmacist working today was a floater. I am filing a formal complaint against Pharmacist Messai Addi. I made an appointment for my husband to get both doses of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine at this location. We both adjusted our work schedules so that he could be vaccinated. Upon our arrival, the pharmacist could not locate our appointment and refused to acknowledge the confirmation on my phone. He said that he did not see it on his device. After I asked him to show me on the monitor, he said it did not matter that I had a confirmation because he could not “open the vaccine and waste the rest of the vaccines.” His female colleague stepped in and was able to find our appointment but tried to get us to go to another location for the same reason. 6pm is the last appointment for all CVSes so the other location was out. We specifically made an appointment for Friday knowing that it’s common to have side effects the following days, and they blatantly lied and refused to vaccinate him. She repeatedly insisted that “no vaccines were available at this location,” even though the pharmacist just said he had them but did not want to “waste them” on us. At this point, we left because we did not want them anywhere near us with a needle. I had been looking at appointments all week, and they have been wide open. Do not go to this location for your Covid-19 vaccination because they will turn you away regardless of your appointment. With the Covid-19 Delta variant on the rise, I don’t know how they felt it was ethical to turn him away.

Been trying for an hour to get through to a pharmacist. Couldn’t get my answer AT the store waited for 20 minutes. They kept helping other people instead of answering my question.They told me it would be easier if I called them from home?!Over an hour on hold.Update: now 1.5 hours trying to get an actual person, THEY told me to call. Now I know why, they don’t answer the phone.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I had a prescription called in literally at 8am and i went around 7:30pm to pick up my medicine and they said that it was never sent. When I went to call the doctor who prescribed it, they closed the gate in my face. As I was trying to ask them questions, they were being rude and told me that there’s nothing they could do (didn’t even try to help) and to “Try Bethesda”Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Very rude guy working. He was bald and wore glasses. I won’t be calling a prescription here again and if you respect yourself and your health, you wouldn’t either.

The staff at this store are always wonderful. Super polite. The general manager is friendly and hard working. The pharmacy has gone way beyond the call of duty to help me, countless times. They are busy and the phone rings off the hook, but they take the time to handle all the little problems and questions for each customer. They always remember my name! If I could vote best cvs in the world, this one would be it!

Pharmacy is very slow and understaffed. I've always had issues pick up prescriptions, and have had to go days without my medication because pharmacists haven't filled them even though the insurance has approved them and so have my doctors.

Great experience with pharmacy. They notify me via text when my prescription is ready, a couple weeks before I run out. This is so convenient. When I go there, my prescription is ready for pickup. Love this service!

The pharmacy had two pharmacists and one technician working, yet left the phone off the hook for OVER FOUR HOURS (noon- 4:30 pm). So I had to drive there in a snowstorm to see if my Rx was ready. When I arrived, I asked what was wrong with their phone lines and they told me they were “understaffed and busy” and had the phones off. The ringers were barely audible and continuous, but they didn’t care. The store was deserted, because of the snowstorm and only one other customer was shopping in the hour I was there. Seemed obvious the pharmacists working that day kept the phones off every time they worked because I was the only customer. Anyway, after driving all the way in the storm, the pharmacist tells me my Rx won’t be ready until tomorrow. THIS IS WHY I CALLED THEM OVER AND OVER — TO SAVE MYSELF A VERY INCONVENIENT TRIP. They didn't care at all

Sisay Sima was a terrible pharmacist. Messed up my order in 3 differnet ways and blamed me, insurance, and everyone but himself. Took no accountability and had a very rude attitude despite my frequent patronage. Had to come back twice and wait an hour the second time and my script is still not filled. Never going to this CVS again.

Reliably open until 10pm every night. There is usually a line during the day, for both prescriptions and regular items. Has most things that a CVS would typically have except a Photo Center.

Take care to check the expiration date of any food you purchase from here. We got some chocolates, CHOCOLATES, and they were past their expiration date. One can imagine how long these were sitting around in the store.

Simply small CVS location with free parking. They sell beer and wine. They do not have 1 hour photo/photo department here. The employees are very kind.

Fine for bare basic sundries. Utter garbage when it comes to OTC meds. They have half a full aisle for adult diapers but little else. Waste of space and understaffed. Can’t ever find what I need.
