The pharmacist OsamaRefused to give my prescription1 st said it wasn’t readyThen he checked it was sent2 nd he said it wasn’t ready to fillAt which point I had informed him I was going to be traveling out of the country and he demanding a printed itineraryWhy would I be carrying this item with me?When he asked for a copy of it I told him to give me 5 minutes my mother who has the itinerary will send it to meI came back in to the pharmacyTo be told he will not be filling my prescriptionHe “spoke to my doctor and doesn’t want to fill it “Which doesn’t make sense seeing as my doctor filled the prescription in the morningSo after hearing 3-4 excuses about why my prescription could not be filledI asked to speak to the manager the manager did nothing but patronize meThis is has been one of the worst CVS experiences I have ever had to deal withThe pharmacist Osama was having a bad day and wanted me to share the bad day with him he didn’t feel like putting my anxiety medication together took 45 minutes out of my day to ruin itHow can a place suppose to be dedicated to helping people pick and choose who they would like to help and how they would like to helpThis makes no sense at all

Kudos and a hearty thank you to pharmacists Jessica and Osama. They worked straight through the COVID pandemic in less than favorable conditions. They are kind. They understand medicine and will voluntarily advise patients on medication interactions, etc. They demonstrate genuine concern for their patients. The store staff lead by Davida, the manager, is very good at trying to help customers. Occasionally one or two persons have gotten on staff that were rude, but they pretty soon disappear and you don’t see them in the store anymore. The unfortunate thing about this store is that during the pandemic there were lots of thefts and so now the hours for the pharmacy and the store have been reduced. That is not the fault of anyone working there. Overall, I’ve had very good experiences with the CVS.

The delivery truck block the whole street and I could not go through and I ask them if they could move and they just ignore me that’s how they treat their customer and this location that you can not even park because they block the whole street

I was a regular customer at this CVS store but today(08/20/2016) I went there to load money on my smart trip card and it was unusual that no one was there to help me out, I waited for about 15 minute and I gave a signal to one of the employee and she signaled me back that the manager or whatever will gonna help me and he came with UNHAPPY face, he tried to load money on my card and he couldn't do it . He even didn't say sorry when he let me go. I will never be back at this store anymore because of the customer service. It's not welcoming at all.

The low quality of the printed photo is just out of my imagination, it looks like the picture s melt by themselves, and everything is discolored and washed out. Cannot believe It can be called a business service here. CVS, just ask for donations for your photo print profit, and save the paper and ink for the Mother Earth, otherwise it’s an insult to your customers and photo print business.

Horrible pharmacy with horrible staff. They sold me a defective prescription (tube contained only approx. 20 grams of medication instead of 30 gr) and when I asked for them to fix the problem the pharmacy assistant and then the pharmacist herself told me that "it is a manufactured product and you will have to discuss it the manufacturer yourself". I am now calling CVS Corporate to try to get this resolved but no matter what, avoid this particular CVS at all cost if you can help it.

This CVS is the saddest I’ve been to. It’s usually understaffed and therefore they make you use the stupid teller machines. It makes an apocalyptic future reserved for sci-fi films feel like a reality. Avoid!

Please update the hours. This CVS closes at 5 pm on weekends. Otherwise fine experience but can’t rely on these hours.

This one is usually better stocked than the one in Woodley Park. However, one of the staff tried to sign me up for cvs care (?) without letting me know the monthly fee associated with it. Unacceptable.

Employees at the front and in the pharmacy are pleasant and professional. One thing to note is that the pharmacy doesn't open until 10 am on Sunday. The website says 8 am.
