If you go, expect slower service. With short staff, there's often a line at the pharmacy. Due to theft, there are no self-checkout lanes and usually only one person is behind the register.Despite the wait, they have all the usual CVS products from medicine to candy to greeting cards. Some of the more expensive items like laundry detergent are behind glass. (Ask a worker to unlock it for you.)There's street parking and a large lot by Lidl nearby.

Cvs on Good Hope Rd SE Sucks. They need a better system, hire more people. Come to work to actually work with a positive attitude. The lines always longs. They will send a reminder that your medication is ready but when you get there, you have to wait for hours. Not fair.🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worse store ever they started off good now you go in and they say they never received Rx you call corporate and it's right there don't have medicine in stock but don't give you nowhere else to go both myself and son had strep spent 30 plus minutes in store an hour on phone with no success finally took prescription to giant pharmacy on Alabama Ave and got our Rx with no issues do better and yes when corporate couldn't help but I was still speaking she sent it to a recorded message SMH do better for your people and just maybe they will do better for you

Great first experience visiting this location. I came to retrieve a few items and was assisted by a store representative Aquera and her colleague Judy. Both were very polite and had an uplifting attitude. Upon checkout they even insisted I sign up to become a cvs member and I gladly accepted. I instantly received $5 off my purchase and was very satisfied. Great work by the store team. Would highly recommend.

Not sure if the pharmacists went on strike or something, but I filled my prescription 2 days ago and it still isn't ready for pick up. Nobody answered the phone either. I'm gonna be going into the store to see what's the deal because I need my medications

I am utterly disappointed in this store. I drove out of my way to get there before they closed. I arrived at 8:52pm. The sign says closed at 9. There is a security guard at the door, a cashier, and another employee stocking shelves. Me and 4 other customers are knocking on the door. The armed security guard stated that the shift manager decided to close early. I respond that they aren't allowed to just close early and that consumers have rights. This is unacceptable and only happens in areas where consumer rights aren't reported (they would not have done this in Rockville). I'm reporting it and hope that they get fined. I would totally understand if the employee was alone. This was outright wrong!!

This CVS needs better people to work for them. The girls in the Pharmacy are horrible. They talk to the customers any kind of way. It need to be closed down if you ask me. It's dirty and there is never anything in there that you are looking for. One other thing the dress code there is another story

The pharmacy at this location is awful. The lines are always extremely long, no matter what time of day you go.Our family of three went for flu shots last week and had a horrible experience. We waited for 40 minutes, I finally get my flu shot and then the guys goes back inside the pharmacy. We thought he forgot something but he never came back.When my husband asked him what was going on, he said something about it being after 7:00pm and all appointments being wiped from the system. We stood there in disbelief and I asked him if he could just look up our appointment info and give my husband and son their shots. He goes on to say my husband and son were marked no shows in their system and there wasn’t anything he could do. How is that possible we were all there together? I couldn’t even make this foolishness up. All three of us were booked at the same time and all three of us checked in together at our appointment time. That is totally unacceptable. This pharmacy and this store are a problem, needless to say we won’t be back.

I have been coming to this location to pickup prescription since the closing of Walmart H Street NS which was back in March. This location need to close and reopen with a new team. Each time I have come over her I have literally stood in line for minimum 30 minutes with maybe 3 people in front of me. This is utterly ridiculous. CVS need to close all together and leave pharmacy and store to walgreen and Rite Aid

This is the worst CVS with very poor customer service I have ever been to. The Pharmacy manager is unprofessional and can't be able to manage the pharmacy and his clueless, rude, unmannered, and gh@tto assistants.All in all, avoid this place unless you want to wait 4-6 hours to pick up a single prescription.

First off this location seems to have no solid leadership. Even in the old trailer there was always not so good customer service. So fast forward to the new location service is still bad. I was just on hold for 42 minutes to check the status of my refills and still no one even picked up the phone. Wait! Maybe they were stocking those empty shelves that seem to be always be empty. I bet not! How is that though? When a store has been newly opened for months and there is no merchandise on the shelves. And not to mention the horrible parking at this new location just terrible. This stores days are numbered. After this prescription is filled I will no longer do business with this location. Save yourself the hassle and just go to another location!Update: Called this location today 4/22/22 to refill a prescription and was on hold for 25 minutes. No one even bothered picking up the phone and the call got disconnected. I will be transferring all my prescriptions as it seems no one gives a d@^ at this store. If your reading this review do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Every time I come to this location to fill a prescription there’s an issue. The lines are long, the staff is nonchalant (often dismissive). Once the pharmacy tech was eating chips while ringing up my meds. It always takes them long to find my prescriptions. In the process of transferring my prescriptions to another location.

The ultimate disrespect is when their pharmacy did not pick up your call the day before and you know good and well to call them at opening at 8AM the very next day to speak to a pharmacist. They put you on a hold for 13 minutes and then just hang right up after rushing out the words "CVS Pharmacy". If you do not care about caring for patients, why do you exist in the first place?

I was on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone for over an hour, they never have all their items stocked, they complain about being short staffed but don’t never hire anybody, the pharmacy is always late or delinquent with prescriptions I’ve literally had to go back in to the pharmacy because my prescription had less than the recommended dose of pills, the staff act like they don’t want to be at work, it’s always a long line whether for the pharmacy or at the checkout counter, you can barely get help getting items from behind locked cases and it’s just a horrible CVS!

Yeal or Wiele I’m not sure how you spell it was VERY disrespectful! He refused to give me his name at first I had to get it from his colleague! I came to pick up a 3 month supply and only received one month so I called my doctor he thought because 3 patches come in one box that it was a 3 month supply when it clearly says it supposed to be changed every week his coworkers around him even told him he was wrong he yelled out loud and told me to shut up and grabbed my phone that the doctor was on just for her to tell him he was wrong and didn’t give me an apology! Then called security when I asked for a manager!!

It always busy with only one attendance to attend to over 30 customers. This place is not a good choice.Even if you have care pass you won't get free delivery.

Staying here waiting for my family member's prescription and notice that people are calling in to the pharmacist.. They will let the phones ring and they don't have anybody directly in line (sitting in the chair) waiting. Procedures should be to acknowledge the person on the phone and let them know that they are at least finishing filling a prescription or helping someone. Don't keep people waiting on the phone.

Today's date is February 14, 2022 @ 12:14pm. I've been on hold waiting to for someone, anyone to answer my call and there's no answer as though the store is closed. This is indeed extremely unprofessional in every form there is. Who is managing this store? Once I get my prescription filled this time, then I'm done. Horrible services and still no one answers the phone period. This needs to be reported."

Kinda surprised to see other negative reviews here. Haven’t dealt with the pharmacy, but the staff (especially the security guard that’s always there) is always super friendly/helpful/funny.

I'm giving 3 stars only because the Pharmacist there is nice and if he hears that you have a problem he will try to fix it right away but the staff there is very unprofessional. They act like they don't want to work. They make no effort to try to correct even the simplest problems. There is not point in calling corporate, I think they gave up on them a long time ago. But I can say it better then the one on Penn/Branch.

Candice is the Best Pharmacist. The manager is some trash and the pharmacy cashier's. Son had six prescription that I filled on the 29th of July only got one that day. Said didn't have in stock found out that was a lie. They didn't want to do work.

This is absolutely the WORST CVS there is ! , I hung up the phone 3 times and called back to see if I’ll get an answer … NOPE ! They sit there and let the phone ring off the hook ! If you don’t wanna work there then don’t come period ! People come in with positive attitudes and all it take is for a CVS pharmacy tech to be rude then your whole day gone out the window ! I am really switching my son's pharmacy !!! I hope they get shut down for good one day !

Their electronic Rx system is broken. After fighting with them for four months, running out of medication every month, while my doctor sent multiple prescriptions and called repeatedly, I finally tried a new location. I immediately received my medication with no fight! For the first time! This location maintains that the issue is with my doctor, but clearly that's not the case. Go anywhere else.

I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR! And spoke TO NO ONE!When they where on Alabama ave in the trailer I could always reach someone on the phone with a quick question. It seems as though their phone is off the hook or they don't have one, but I know they do I've seen them on it.Since they moved nothing they do make sense anymore

Careful vaccine recipients! The CVS had stations where the vaccine doses were sitting in the windows in direct sunlight. - Not sure how long this has been going on.If the CDC is correct, Make sure you go to a station with someone not exposing the vaccine to sunlight!!!!
