I have come to this location at least 5 times in the month and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been closed. I went, AGAIN, today 01/01/24 and what a shock, they were closed. Lights are on, workers inside, but they are closed. Says, according to Google, they opened at 10am, so why are they closed still at almost 12pm??

Posted store hours are lies. The Pharmacy closes whenever they feel like without giving any indication. If you need prescriptions go elsewhere, ideally not CVS.

I gave this pharmacy a three because in the past they have been adequate and the staff is good. The pharmacist, however, shows a lack of concern for the customers. In the future I hope he learns that his job is to provide the customers with the best service even if you can't help them with a specific request. The behavior was so upsetting that I will chose to leave not because I wasn't able to get what I wanted but because I prefer not to be treated so dismissively.

They did splendid today! Not only they gave me a great service, but were super helpful with the questions and requests I had. One of the best CVS experiences I've had!

Despite other reviews, I have never had a bad experience at this CVS. It is right downstairs from my office building, so I'm usually in there at least three times a week. They are usually pretty well stocked (sometimes out of Diet Rootbeer, but I can let that slide) and the staff is SUPER friendly. I've only been coming regularly for a few months and they already recognize and say hi to me every time I come in. I personally recommend it!

I usually get my prescription at this place.Today I got usual prescription for 90 days (3 bottle of 30 pills each).When I arrived home in the evening and finally opened the packet, I realize that one of the bottles has been tampered with, seal was broken and there were only 9 pills inside. So clearly someone tampered with the prescription and took almost 20 days worth of pills from it! Coming back tomorrow to return and claim!Always check your prescriptions before leaving this place especially for the expensive medicines.

I have been getting my prescriptions at this location for a few years without any issues but last week I picked up new medication and they didn't mention it had to be placed in the refrigerator. After learning from a nurse (the following day) that the medication needed to be refrigerated I came back to talk to the pharmacist. They were dismissive and couldn't care less about my situation, they said I should have read the label (which was tiny) and took no responsibility. I relayed that normally the pharmacist indicates verbally if there is any special care for the medication. I had to pay a copay and can't take the medication. The customer service was very disappointing and their response was frustrating and, frankly, disrespectful.

I just love love love this pharmacy! They are quick and effective at getting my prescriptions. Bathrooms are always clean and they always greet me with a big, happy smile at the counter. Bring the whole family to the greatest pharmacy on the planet earth!

Great costumer service going above the rest. I needed to retake my child's photograph for a passport. The photographer and manager went above and beyond to get a good photo with a fussy baby.

This CVS store managed to lose a recurring prescription of mine; something I have been on since 2012 and picked up from 1 of 2 CVSs every 3 months. They couldn't not even see it "in their system" that I had picked it up nor got it fulfilled ANYTIME in the last 24 months. My allergist and ENT doctors shook their heads as well. Unacceptable.Furthermore, their pharmacists didn't even see an issue nor problem to solve so saw no need to tell their technology team or manager or HQ that their customer's RX went missing. Unacceptable.The conversation about "my other names" or "if I really did have that RX" was a real hoot as well.

I went at 5.40 pm to get a prescription filled and apparently they don’t accept prescriptions 15 minutes before closure even though it was for ibuprofen. They told me to go to another pharmacy a block away. Isn’t filling prescriptions your job?!?!? I was in immense pain when I went to get the prescription and am very disappointed by this treatment. I will follow up with the manager once I can think clearly again. An utter disgrace though

Poorly stocked on snacks/drinks, sometimes I walk the extra 5-10 min to another CVS, sometimes I just get something else than what I was looking for. I've been coming here weekly for over two years, it's always been this way. Staff is friendly.

Pharmacy missed the "ready by" date for my prescription. Didn't reach out. It still says "in process" on the website, now days later and I am trying to get a status update. Currently on a long hold (10 min and counting) trying to get through to someone. And I have to listen to these obnoxious CVS ads...

Good store but prices are insane. For some products, price are double what you can get online (walmart or other). CVS will be gone in a couple of year with these prices

I tried to find chewable vitamin C, but they didn't have any. There is seemingly always a line and it's pretty chaotic in there, but the clerks are very nice.
