This place is located near Federal Triangle, which I believe is the closest pharmacy to this mass of federal buildings. There is usually a crowd at this location, but the store has two check out lines, one for people who want a cashier and another for those who don't mind self check out, so the lines usually move along quickly. Now that this store has a second level, the variety of items available has grown. The staff normally are upbeat and helpful.

I went here because it started pouring in the area and turns out they have umbrellas for less than 10 bucks! Random but good to know! The staff was nice and I didn’t have to wait long on anything. The location was clean as well. No complaints about the location or service.

Went here 2x at different days, both employees (lady and younger guy) show how much they hate their job. They roll their eyes at you and act like they are lifting stones for you if you ask them for something. Go to Walgreens, they actually smile at you or say hi.

More than an hour wait with an appointment for the second time!!!This place is not a minuteclinic it’s an hourclinic, staff are rude and they are slow!If you have half a day to wait then pick this place!Extremely unsatisfied again

I recently went to this CVS because I’m touring dc with some other students from my school. One of the staff members was so incredibly nice and made that small stop to CVS one of the highlights of the trip.

Minute Clinic?? Huh, clearly by name only!! What a joke, first in the building 2 minutes after opening, first to sign in yet a message came back and said I had a 107 minute wait. Really? For What? You could hear crickets it was so dead and quiet in there. If I am going to go to a Urgent Care facility, I will skip CVS in the future, and go to a real one.

The minute clinic experience was very disappointing. The NP on duty was very unhelpful and eventually found out that she never submitted my claim for the visit, so from there began the six months of back and forth between my insurance and CVS.

Called before hand and talked with the manager. Came to store for a return and her a lady employee was very rude and judgemental. Waited 10 mins for the manager to which she said its her call to return. The employee wasn't a shift supervisor or manager. My experience was very disappointing and I couldn't return my medience after being told I could come in for an exchange or refund via money card. I wouldn't recommend this Cvs because the manager was very unprofessional and inattentive. Also her staff was very rude.

If you need anything other than towels you can go here. Staff seems to not know what they carry and will direct to general area leaving you to look for item.
