I went i to the 7-eleven store at 4854 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave Ne, WDC at 9:44pm on 7/16/2023 to purchase a gulp cup with ice. When I filled the cup entire cup with ice. I paid for the rest of the items. My wife was using the ice to make an ice pack for her back and use some for her drink she already had in the car . Upon getting ready to fill her cup up, we notice a shiny silver piece of foil In the ice. This is definitely unsanitary and I should have followed my first instinct not to go this location. But with my past judgement from doing business in the area I said why not. 7 eleven store manager you have to do better.

Customer service is terrible!!! I purchased 2 drinks and got home, open it up and it taste like medicine. I bought it back to the cashier. And explain to her that the drinks was expired.. She stated that she can’t replace it because it’s open!

I tried going into the store on October 7th around 9:30 a.m. to use the ATM and the young lady was not allowing anyone into the store because she was by herself and feared for her safety which was understandable. At no time should she have been by herself, that particular location has a lot of traffic going into the store whether people are utilizing the ATM machine, making deliveries or buying items. This was unacceptable

The reason why I gave your store one star. The customer service is POOR. The only person out of the whole store who have good customer Services is Eddie. I go to this store every time before I go to work. If you don’t like your job. Why apply for it. This is the worst customer Services store off all stores. I don’t do reviews at all. But I had to. This 7-elven is worsted then Naylor Rd store.

The Worst Management, Staff and Service. They never have the correct items that are being displayed on the Billboards. You would think Manager would care if you came to her with a question or complaint, but she shrugs her shoulds as if it doesn't matter. Let alone having to deal with the unfortunate people asking for money so early in the mornings. Majority of the 7-11s surrounding this one have upgraded their appliances. All in all, I will NOT BE RETURNING! That store needs to clean house!

I read the comment and expected the week worse probably cos it earlier in day but service all and all good as long as you stay respectfulAnd civil it's business as usual 1st visit might change overtime

Every since the first month this store open there been a sign saying no cash back...i would love to know how could this be possible. ..the service sucks, there employees are so ghetto. ...the men always holding too much conversation holding up the lines ..the women employees always talking about there personal life that no one should know...

It might just be today but this place has no fork and napkins all dispensers are empty. I bought quarter pounder dog with chili and cheese and you know how missy that is. Store associates is 5 star but store supplies 1 star not coming back to this store.

I love coming to the 7/11 everyone is so nice . I kno the ower and her daughter. But the staff is very helpful. When it comes to baging my thing . I have a disability. The staff knows me by face and my son too

every time i go to this 7/11 at midnight to get my money off my card and put it on my cash app the machine is either broken or like tonight one person was working and closed the doors because she was the only worker, this is absolutely sad and unprofessional!

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!! Slow. Ghetto. Doesn't have the sells that all other 7elevens have. Cups behind the counter 🤔. Ice Cream case locked🤔. They treat the community they serve like animals.
