This Wawa has quick-service and the best staff! They are always pleasant, smile, and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want to eat.Even the customers in the store are friendly, and show respect by smiling, saying hello and holding the door open for you.I believe this is all because of the attitude of the personnel in the store.They deserve a lot of credit and I hope they get it.Wawa, you got lucky with this group of people and I hope you show them that you appreciate it!

Easily the worst Wawa in Delaware, which I do not get any pleasure from stating. There is no bathroom here which is always a bad look. Nothing against the staff as they have been quite pleasant recently, but this store is slightly depressing. They can still turn this place around, I believe in you guys.

Wed, January 10th: All I know, the young lady fixing drinks the past 3 times I purchased my dulce latte they were absolutely 💯% PERFECT! Thank you young lady for your attention to detail and giving real love to your job because it shows. Trust me when I say, the right folks notice those of us whom put in the effort and your hard work will pay off. Keep on keepin and thank you very very much👍

Every time I order door dash or uber eat I specifically ask for and pay for sour cream with my Quesadilla and never get it. Like stop doing that. Train yall workers to pay attention.

Fast service. The store is always busy but I’m able to fine everything I need. Wawa is always the best after hours it’s like a mini club you never know who you might run into there

My partner and I visited this Wawa on two separate occasions and the nighttime hot food supervisor, Aayrelolia, went above and beyond both times to provide us with excellent service. My partner is vegetarian, and both times she explicitly asked us about their dietary restrictions and ensured the food was compliant. This, combined with her friendly attitude, professionalism, and empathy towards others made this experience unforgettable and desirable.Vegetarian options: Most employees, especially Aayrelolia, are extremely attentive and receptive to customer needs. If anything needs to be made vegetarian, simply ask the staff and they will do their best to accommodate guest needs.

I give 5 stars but the only issue I have is that I work overnight and when I see 4 or more employees walking around and the door is locked it's just a big let down, alot of folks work overnight getting off or going in and I get it Wawa has money to throw away, but what about the loyal customers, id understand if they had no staffing and had to but there's to many inside and someone can for sure ring the customers up just to keep the loyal customers happy. Nothing is open after certain hours, this is the only store open so it sticks out like a sore thumb when it's the only convenient store open and you can't get what you need. Gas isn't cheap to drive miles to another one.

The staff is very nice and always pleasant. My biggest issue is the coffee. It's inconsistent and most days tastes like water. Today I didn't take a sip until I was too far to turn back and I was very upset with the lack of flavor. I couldn't drink it so it was a waste of my time and money stopping there this morning. I'm officially done getting their brew coffee.

Very nice staff, I didn't get the employees names but the lady working at the register around 9pm on 04/23/2023 and the manager of the shift are very kind and helpful. My phone died, I missed the last dart bus of the night and I had a 10pm curfew at my Oxford house so I had to call my roommates to let them know my situation and they allowed me to use the store phone to get a hold of them, i know it doesn't sound like much but they were willing to help when no other store or person would so thank you again guys!

I ordered a blt and they forgot the bacon. I waited behind four door dash subs for a lettuce tomato sandwich. Before this I’ve had there coffee literally just be hot black water with no flavor. Terrible quality.

This Wawa has not had sugar containers for over a week..I have to manually use sugar packets every time..The lines are always backed up with little to no space to stand..The coffee area is always messy with no fresh coffee throughout the day..

Update I take back my positive review. Tonight they have a new girl working in the deli and instead of giving me the 10 inch custom double meat sub I ordered. She gave me a shortie and proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered and the price. But she contridicted herself and then tried to cover up her mistake by repeating that I would have to go back to the register and fix it even though the problem was with her. Not great customer service at all.

I saw a sign with a toilet sign and went to an open toilet. When I left, the manager accused me that I illegally went to the toilet of the workers of the Wawa.I said the charges were illegal and showed them the sign. He shyly closed the additional door with a restriction sign about which was knew only him. The impudence of the manager in blaming me as a client had no limits and was not justified.The manager refused to answer my legitimate request to give my name and told me to write a complaint to senior management. So what am I accused of, please explain?

PHONE CAMERA WAS RUNNING FROM START THRU FINISH.johndoes, Illegally arrested in Elsmere, Delaware, alleged misuse of WaWa cash machine to withdrawal rent money? While video your safe legal bike ride from WAWA to home, in newport/wilmington. It was only a $114.00 fine, pay it despite ~ handcuffed before interrogation & treated like a dog arrested & humiliated in public, redundantly lied too and called a liar. WaWa hero trolls & snitches alleged, johndoes, "greencard" withdrawal, OMG, 🤑 from Wawa cash machine & talking on cell phone while riding a bike. Wrong, onesided, relayed to officer by blue car in video parked beside officer, J. Giles., who immediately began racing after bicylist to autostop...see blue car informant from WaWa.TMobile, only releases EVIDENCE records to cops; or your lawyer, necessary to prove innocence or guilt. Gotta pay a lawyer.We like good cops. Pull the dash camera it's all there. No crime or offense. Denied in forma paupris status. Pass on this location for any food. I gave another chance only because the parking lot was empty and clearly being not busy didn't matter as the sandwich I ordered was poorly made. No one ingredient was added as requested. and it was given to me in a Box! What? A triple decker BLT sandwich Shoved in a Box, really?!? No salt, pepper, oregano, grated parm or onions, nothing! The receipt shows and pictures verify. I just had to Post this review and include all as I'm tired of wasting my money. $7.00 sandwich that I'm not eating with the hardest, dry and crisp bacon fr. I called and get no answer it just rings and rings. So, I'll Post it and save you. Disappointment in food services as directions can't be followed to bring the customers back. I won't be giving any chances again to this location. Horrible food service just save your time and money.

Literally the worst wawa in the Newark area, if you have the option I say go to the other ones. The management isn’t good at encouraging their employees. I was ordering my food and somebody said “everybody in here will get their food when they get their food, I don’t care.” And the manager just said “I’d hate to be a customer right now” I just left

Frozen coffees are effing horrible and when you try to critique them they get an attitude like I haven’t been ordering the same thing for years and I don’t know a a step was missed. I’m over this location I’ll go to DD across the street. Until y’all train your staff properly I will no longer buy here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Poor Customer Service and Stupid Policy.Ordered a fruit smoothie through Grub Hub but was forced in the app to select No Whipped Cream. I wanted whipped cream so I called the store and was told that with online orders you cannot get whipped cream. I asked them to add whipped cream and they refused saying it was against their policy. I asked what policy is this and they couldn not provide me a reason. She said something about a dairy product. I told her I live one block away and to please add it. Again they refused. Do they put cream in coffees or lattes?? This is the silliest policy I've ever heard of. And POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never order from here again.

What’s taking corporate so long to close this place down!? Worst wawa I have ever been to! It’s always something when I decide to stop by for a quick dinner. Today took the cherry on top. Ordered a family size chicken soup got nothing but 13 noddles yes, that’s all and 9 pieces of chicken the rest was all but soup. Horrible customer service this place is always short of things and it’s dirty as hell. WAWA do better!

I have had my coffee thrown away 3 times. Every time I am making my coffee the cleaning lady makes me move or makes rude gestures for me to move. I don’t know if she hates her job or her life but there is no reason to be rude and impatient with customers! Very disappointed with this rude employee I will be going to dunkin across the street from now on.

Normally the experience here isn’t bad but tonight around 8:30 my boyfriend went to get food and this is what he received.He ordered a Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bowl and did not get what he ordered, instead he received the breaded chicken Mac and cheese bowl and it was not filled. It did not have the correct amount of Mac& cheese spoodles, and did not have the correct amount of chicken. There was only 1 piece of the breaded chicken cut small.It won’t allow me to show the picture but if it did you’d see why a review was given. Was very disappointed in the wawa service given this evening.

There’s a new Latino guy working there and he yells at everyone. He makes it very unpleasant to go there. I love it here, and the staff knows our family as they do go almost every morning but this guy is very unfriendly. If it wasn’t for him I’d give 5 stars.

I love the people who work here but disappointed that in the middle of a Global Pandemic that people are allowed to walk in the store with no mask on. Also employees need to be shown how to wear a mask correctly. You cover both your nose and mouth. I had to walk out. I do not want someone who could possibly be infected not wearing a mask properly making my food or drink.

I ordered 3 hoagies all same size . paid for them and this is what I got . 1 smaller and the lady told me it was the way she wrapped it . lies . I wish people here did their job and didn't make excuses for their mistakes. Just give me what i ordered .

It looks like they threw together our food angrily and spitefully. Omelette and waffles were overcooked. There’s no point in having options if they’re not going to honor them. Smoothie temperature was disgustingly warm. Very displeased
