The pharmacy here is beyond awful. They have no professionalism and attitudes are terrible. I recommend a different Walgreens, any other one in Delaware. The one on Concord Pike is a hot mess. Talk about being annoyed, they have no patience for your questions or concerns and you can tell they hate their customers. Maybe the woman behind the phone was having a rough day but BE KIND because everybody is or has gone through it. I will never come back here for prescriptions.

This is by far the worst store I've ever been in my whole life and I've been in the ghetto in Louisiana, the shelves are basically empty, nothing is organized and seems to be everywhere with no rhyme or reason, it feels dirty and extremely poor inside.Not impressed compared to a Normal Walgreens. This store should be closed down.

This pharmacy is extremely fast, professional and courteous. My insurance requires some of my prescriptions to be filled at a different pharmacy, who shall remain nameless, and I literally loathe it. Usually when I leave my doctor, by the time I drive the 7 minutes it takes to get home, I have a text alert from Walgreens that my prescription is ready. Every time I’ve refilled through the app it’s ready early. I wish all the Walgreens were as good as this one.

I WAS a very frequent shopper at walgreens and have giving much of my money to this facility. This was until a worker kicked me and my friends out twice. We were minding our own business and she approached us and said “put you things down, get out” in a very harsh manner. Keep in mind we did nothing to get us kicked out. She even called security to make sure we wouldn’t go back in and we all felt very disrespected and we are not going to support there business much anymore. 👎😡😢😞

The pharmacy staff are great, but Walgreens needs to invest in a better system for receiving prescriptions. I had a prescription get sent over and it was totally absent from my profile, even after I checked twice with the medical office that sent it and with the pharmacy itself. I wasted time in this process and also money, since I wasn’t able to get the medication I needed from the office visit. Again, the staff here is obviously trying their best, but this store seems to have system issues.

The Walgreen phone system is WORTHLESS. I spent over six minutes trying to find out if they have COVID test kits. The idiotic automatic system kept routing me to a COVID vaccine announcement. Then I got a representative with a heavy accent who routed my call back to the original COVID vaccine msg. Last time I do business with Walgreens

I’m so disappointed. It’s a nice place but watch out for this grumpy woman who kicks random people out. I am a paying customer and I was picking something out for my sisters birthday. But this brunette “woman” said I could not shop here I said why she just pointed to the door and proceeded to talk to me behind my back.

I went in tonight to pick up a picture that I processed to be developed on the Walgreens app. My daughter last minute said she needed a baby picture for a school project. When I got there, it turns out, I never completed my end of the task on the app. I explained the situation to a worker(possibly a manager, I’m not sure) she immediately took me back to the photo counter and printed my picture in less than 2 minutes! Saved the day! Such good customer service!

I think the pharmacy staff could use some phone customer service training. When I called the lady was talking to other people during the middle of our conversation and asked me the same question three times because she was not paying attention when I answered. I realize they are busy but put the customer on hold till you can give them your full attention. The call took 3 times as long as it needed to because she wasn’t paying attention....

This Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. This one girl that is a pharmacy technician, she looks to be in her mid-30s and has brown hair which she keeps in a ponytail, is ALWAYS so miserable. I have overheard her on several occasions bad mouthing customers and rolling her eyes and giving people dirty looks, so incredibly unprofessional. Also, there is a pharmacist named Kristen Nicholson who I have dealt with on several occasions that is also SO MISERABLE, rude, and she would discuss patient's confidential information with them at the consultation window very loudly so everyone else there could hear it. She always has a bad attitude, and seems to go out of her way to inconvenience customers. I can't believe this Walgreens is still in business.

Your front cashier on Saturday at 7:11 PM needs to learn how to speak to customers. She did not speak to us at all during the whole transaction. She was singing a song to herself the whole time. Very poor customer service.

Oscar and the cashier were great!!! The older, heavyset White lady with blonde hair was so rude didn't offer me any wipes for the cart in the middle of covid and did not wear her mask. Shopped at 9:50pm today.

Pharmacist refused to complete my purchase of a refilled prescription and said it was Walgreens policy, which was confusing and untrue? I had to go to a different branch to have the prescription re-refilled and buy it. I have only gotten my prescriptions through Walgreens but may switch pharmacies after this ordeal.

I have gone to this store on several occasions early in the morning. For example 7:37 this morning to be exact. The store is locked and sometimes an employee will be standing outside telling people the store is closed. Like today 8/11/21. The sign on the door says they are open at 6am. Again this has been on multiple visits to this store. District manager should be aware of how this location is actually being ran.

I had given the staff my new insurance twice now and when I get my prescription, it is always the discount card not the insurance. I called and spoke to Stephanie....really rude and cold pharmacist and she told me basically my problem to fix with insurance company She definitely needs some customer service reconditioning Terrible

Avoid this pharmacy!The current Pharmacists are incompetent and the helpers are rude. They are usually under staffed and we have experienced multiple issues.Please be aware that if you are told they are out of the script try asking if they can partially fill it.
